Michael is a very symapthique and welcoming host. The proposed room was large, comfortable bed, a private shower room. Everything was very clean. In short, I had a great week, even though we could not cross us very often because of professional obligations.

I rented the Airbnb for my brother for 3 nights. The room is very comfortable especially the bed Clean. Well localized, just like its description in the announcement. Roubaix Eurotéléport is right next door. Cats are very nice. So we did not know Michael was available and well welcoming friend. Beware if you have much luggage because the room is in a 2nd floor and stairs are small. If you think tardes stay for the night, be aware that the house is quite old and not hurt noises that may disturb others. My brother had a good stay. I recommend this option.

Francois was an exceptional host. The apartment was spacious with secure parking in the building. Upon arrival, Francois met me, then ran me down to the local supermarket to stock up on food. When I needed assistance he was always quick to help, even to point of giving me a coffee machine to see me through those far too early mornings and suggesting nice places to go for my morning runs. Book with this man. Exceptional value for money.

Where to start? Benoit and Francoise were not just my hosts, they treated me like family during my week here as I got settled. Besides being very kind, they are also interesting people with lots of international experiences and wisdom to share. They are also knowledgeable about the city, what to see, how to get there, etc. About the house, it’s very charming, warm and bright, with lots of unique touches such as the living room which has Japanese decor. The bedroom is very spacious, with a comfortable bed, a balcony that looks over the city, and a desk in case you wanted to get some work done. If I were passing through Roubaix, I wouldn’t hesitate to spend the night here :)

We felt very well at Pierre's place, I can recommend it for the flat itself, for the personality of Pierre, who is a good-to-talk to guy. The neigbourhood is just fine during the day, but a bit empty during the night time, but for us it was all good.

Small 4 nights to (re) discover Lille with 2 children. And here's the perfect spot: a loft in Roubaix! Unbeatable value for money, metro or tram 5 min walk (across a commercial street discounters! The dream for my daughters!) to go live in Tourcoing (Ouigo station) or Lille Flandres Or Euralille. The museum The pool is 1 station (or 20 mins walk) and the Condition Publique 5 minutes! We visited as many as Lille Roubaix with its cultural venues. And the apartment is really huge, quiet and clean. Beranger is charming and fussing! Many cordial exchanges! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful apartment, lots of space and charm in a purely industrial style. I recommend it for a week or a professional romantic weekend. The terrace is very nice and has a clear view of the Roubaisienne metropolis. You can go there with eyes closed.

I arrived at noon as agreed but the apartment was not available, was the host for the weekend and it was her younger brother who took care of the rent and lived in the apartment. After having wait twenty minute host arrives and tells me he can leave the apartment until 18h. The apartment is like the pictures but it lacks a bit of soul. The bedding was not comfortable and I had to get my own bed linen because AC had not been changed. The elevator is blocked since returning in very poor condition. Young very nice man but it simply lacks experience in the luxury to give its tenants.
