Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 14 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

In the heart of the western low mountain range lies the picturesque Götzens. My place is centrally located in a quiet location. Innsbruck is a 15-minute bus or car ride away. Shopping and culture in the Alpine environment! In the immediate vicinity are 2 supermarkets, a bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a doctor. There is also an indoor swimming pool, skating rink and a tennis court nearby. The ski resort is 300 m away and is a 5-minute walk. Pets are not allowed.

The apartment is set back in the courtyard/garden or on the Lech and completely on the 2nd floor. The apartment offers 35 sqm in a sunny location with sun terrace, which can be used to relax. The apartment is a 10-minute drive from the Axamer Lizum ski area and a 20-minute drive to Innsbruck. Since there is no supermarket, it is best to stop at the supermarket "MPreis" in Kematen (Oberinntaler Strasse 11, 6175 Kematen).
