There are also surf spots and golf courses nearby, so you can enjoy surfing and golf. You can walk to the sea in 10 min. Qingdao Beach is also busy in the summer. All furniture and appliances are new.The newly renovated kitchen and bathroom are very clean and popular with guests. Please be assured that we have professional cleaners who come in every time to disinfect alcohol. Parking is available for 2 cars. Trains, buses are an inconvenient area with only one an hour.We highly recommend coming by car. 　This house has been partially renovated from a 50-year-old house, a limited number of people per day (up to 8 people). 　Living/dining room is a dirt floor specification with no partition.Provide a relaxing space with a carpet mat and a sofa that seats more than 8 people.
