Nice little home for couples, singles, 5 minute walk to the center, Emperor´s Palace (Kaiserpfalz), 15 min to the station, no kids, pets, candles, barbecue, smoking (old city/Unesco). One steeper staircase to 1st floor, bath (shower) & hall (ground floor). Curtains, blinds except in bathroom (milky glass, garden). Key locker. Own lockable cellar (2 sledges, for bike, ski) if needed. Close to all sights, hikes, swim (Herzb. Teich). Near to Wernigerode, Quedlinburg, Thale.

We are a friendly family and rent here our 60sqm apartment for max.4 persons. The apartment is in the basement of our 2 family house! Local tourist tax is payable on site!!! The apartment is located directly on the forest (with forest playground) with access to hiking and mountain bike trails! In the beautiful Lautenthal you will find many hiking opportunities, excellent cycling trails and mountain bike trails. For bikers Lautenthal is a great start to the winding Harz!

Haus Regina is an independent little townhouse on two floors with a private entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: the large one with a double bed, the little one with two single beds. As usual in holiday homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the motorway.

Our apartment is located in an old forest house "the power house", which was built in 1902. It is a bit remote, in the middle of nature. The Schalker pond is within walking distance. We offer a laundry package for €12.50 per person (towels, blankets and pillowcases). The contribution for the spa company is €2.40/night for adults and €1.62/night for children from 6 years. It is not included in the accommodation price. Payment is made on site.
