Charming upstairs cottage, isolated from the main house, in a quiet and peaceful setting. You will enjoy the surrounding countryside, the river and its beaches in summer as well as the pool, garden and terrace. A perfect place to disconnect. Between Garonne and Canal, close to historical and tourist sites and close to the Bordeaux vineyards, there are many choices for walks. It is important to know that we live with our 4 cats who occupy the premises!

In a warm atmosphere combining all the charms of the buildings of yesteryear as well as the most modern amenities, you can enjoy the 80 m² of this apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people.
