  • Place was beautiful and Amber was very helpful! I highly recommend staying here! Was lovely and warm considering it was so cold out! The space is big, hot tub was lovely also!

  • This is truly the best place the location is incredible for going out in the day and coming back to the lovely warm fire and hot tub or just stay in enjoying the lovely scenery around the pod. There was a variety of games to keep us entertained at all times. 100% recommend and will be coming back.

  • Had such a fantastic weekend at Ambers place! Very cosy and amazing area for walking!! Would 100% recommend!

  • We went for a 30th Birthday and it was lovely! Amber was a lovely host and easily contactable she showed us everything before she left, made sure we was happy, and made it known she was available 24/7 if anything happened! The pod was stunning, and the views are incredible! It is private and you have the hot tub and kitchen to yourselves which was great for us! I would highly recommend, such a lovely place for such a great price you can’t beat it! I would stay again!

  • This was a really special place to get away from it all. The rural location of the dome, set in a private garden, with hot tub and sauna, was just magical. All the little touches - wood burning fire, blankets, games, flowers, fully equipped kitchen, fairy lights - made this a warm, cosy little holiday. Our boys (15 and 12) happily went without their gadgets for two whole days and had the best time.

    Chris2019-11-03T00:00:00Z
  • The dome was a fantastic place to stay. Huge size, great views, nice king size bed with an infrared sauna and an outdoor hot tub to boot. Our stay was made extra special by Virginia who went out of her way to ensure that our return to the dome as a newly engaged couple was unforgettable. Highly recommend... you will not be disappointed.

    Chris2019-10-20T00:00:00Z
  • We have just spent a long weekend at the dome for my friends hen do. The farm and it’s surrounding setting is beautiful and it was so lovely to have our own garden, hot tub, outdoor kitchen and bathroom/sauna building to ourselves, the amenities were all excellent. Amber was an amazing host and helped us to get the fire in the dome going and ensured we could relight it to keep toasty warm the following day, she also helped out when one of our party had a flat tyre before we left! Everyone at the farm was super friendly and gave us plenty of help with regards to good local walks and places to visit. We can’t recommend the dome and Amber enough and would all love to come back for another visit as we felt so welcome.

The Tree House is elevated and built amongst the tree tops. It has a cosy, spacious and light ambience . A short walk through a wooded valley, following a pretty stream with a mill pond leads to a quiet and sheltered cove that's good for swimming with a natural diving pool in the rocks refilled with every tide. Or enjoy the spectacular views of the Pembrokeshire National Park. Please note, bookings between 18th July and 29th August 1 week minimum changeover on Saturday.
The unique location and access to the coastal path and cove is a great draw. There is a sense of being in the trees as it’s built on the side of a National Trust valley which holds the highest conservation status. Also, check out our famous tree swing, just below the property. We moved here because we can just walk out of the house with a cup of tea in hand and stroll to the headland in minutes, stepping into wilderness. My dream was to live in a place with nothing between me and the sea.
The house is 5 minutes drive to St Davids, Britain's smallest city, which has numerous restaurants, cafe's, activity centres including some of the best surfing in the UK and heritage sites. The village of Solva, also 5 mins drive or 20 mins walk, is considered one the prettiest harbour villages in the UK with pubs and shops for visitors as well as boating facilities. You can walk to both along the spectacular coast path and get a regular bus back to the Pink House. Guide Book for The Pink House/Tree House and Shepherds Hut This is by no means an exhaustive list of the places I love to visit or eat and drink in: Solva: Mam gu – Amazing Welsh cakes baked on the premises. Lots of different flavours as well as the traditional version. Based on a recipe passed down in the owners family. Also lovely coffee and a variety of herbal teas as well as food. The Lavender Café in Raoul Speeks Gallery. Eat delicious homemade cakes and drinks surrounded by art and Heather’s photo’s. Strong Cuban influence infused with Welsh flavours. Back coast road between St Davids and Croesgoch near Berea. Perennial Garden and Café SA62 6DB – Newly opened and my very favourite place at the moment. Very interesting range of coffees and teas. My daughter had coffee from Lake Atitlan in Guatamala (having swum in this sacred lake on her Gap Year) and I had Earl Grey with Blue Flowers. The tasty sandwiches came with organic salad. You can also buy bags of salad and the most beautiful bunches of flowers. I’ve decided to cycle across the Dowrog Common to get there next time I visit. The Druidstone SA62 3NE I have always loved “The Dru” as it is affectionately known. A hotel set on cliffs overlooking St Brides Bay. The beach below is accessed down a steep winding path with the best rock pools for blennies we’ve found. Eat in the posh restaurant and watch the sunset or in the cellar bar where you can choose to sit outside on the terrace or in the walled garden. Full of art work and host for various music and drama events. Porthgain Interesting walks through fascinating industrial architecture and coastal walks where you hear and catch sight of Grey Atlantic seal pups with their mothers. Here you can visit the Sloop Pub which has a great outdoor sun trap of a terrace. Watch your children playing on the green as you relax and catch the last rays of the setting sun. Or get fish and chips from The Shed – a restaurant that specialises in local freshly caught fish. Nearby is The Blue Lagoon. Enjoy cliff jumping here, the site of the Red Bull championships. Learn how to jump safely first please – google it! My sons friend dislocated both his shoulders by not taking due care. Well worth the 45min trip up the coast for an outstanding meal in the restaurant or cellar bar or outside in the garden. Children and dog friendly. Great art and ceramics. I am bias of course because my daughter Louise and her husband Ed own the hotel and restaurant / Ceramics by Adam Buick (son-in-law)/Art by a selection of the best artists in Pembrokeshire. While you are there visit The Witches Cauldron, an extraordinary geological feature On a calm day swim through the caves and arches at low tide. And of course visit Whitesands Bay – café and amenities have not spoilt the natural beauty of this wonderful beach. Watc the local surfers zoom down to the beach when they hear the surfs up. I love the walk to St Davids Head from Whitesands. If you’re feeling energetic walk around Carnliddi or up and over the top. See if you can spot the cromlechs that are littered around – a slight exaggeration! On our little hand written map , where Wrecks are written check out this story on google. The 3 tugs were shipwrecked in 1981 the year before we moved here. My children loved playing on them and its well worth a scramble down the well worn (though not obvious) cliff path to see how the beach is strewn with tortured metal from the tugs. Talking about which- in the inaccessible cove beyond Elephants Head (written about by a travel writer in the 50’s as a place that tourists will flock to in the future like they do to Wookey Hole in The Cheddar Gorge) you may spy smugglers steps hewn into the promontory on the Solva side – my children tell me now how they used to climb down them (my blood runs cold at the thought)!! And before I finish this weeney guide book – I want to tell you how I told my daughter off for exaggerating when she said that the sea was really warm in the cove. I had to apologise because I was astonished to find that it was – and I am a real coldy custard. Because the south facing cove has pillars of black rock that get warmed during the day if the tide’s out, they act like storage radiators and warm the water significantly when the tide comes in at the end of the afternoon. (you’ve got to get the conditions just right though) I hope this gives you a taste of this lovely area and what it has to offer. Please let us know in the guest book what you have enjoyed during your stay here.
  • This place was hands down the best airbnb stay I have had. The location is unlike anywhere else and the host is incredibly kind and helpful. Very warm and welcoming place with incredible views.

  • Elizabeth's communication was impeccable. The directions and check-in were clear and straightforward and the house exceeded our expectations. It is exceptionally warm and cosy and the central heating works very very well. The wifi is fast and reliable, the kitchen spacious and very well kitted-out. Best of all, is the light and relaxing living-room space at the back of the house, with its double doors opening to a table and chairs outside on the decking and a beautiful field beyond. Perfect for star-gazing and bird-watching with your morning coffee. The location can't be beaten. Your own cove is a 5 minute walk! Mattresses on the double bed and on both bunks are very comfortable - we slept so well! Thank you, Elizabeth. We loved the Tree House!

  • We had a fabulous weekend stay despite atrocious weather. Wonderful treehouse experience in a gorgeous location. The tree swing was a massive hit with my son. We definitely plan on a second stay and a longer one.

    Donna2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • This Treehouse was like a little peace of heaven on Earth! It was beautifully clean, comfortable and so relaxing! Every comfort had been thought of and there is a library of books to keep you entertained!! We had a small problem with the shower which Elizabeth fixed immediately for us! The wonderful views were so close, only 5 mins along the lane to the most breathtaking scenery!! I have a very demanding job and The Treehouse has an amazing way of making you feel so relaxed! 5 stars!! We will be back!!

  • An absolutely stunning little retreat in Wales. It felt ever so special driving up to the Castle and being greeted by peacocks roaming around before meeting the warm and welcoming Prue. The room was gorgeous and everything we needed was there and all super clean. Highly recommend for a quiet retreat away from it all.

    Tanya2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • We had an amazing time! Getting to stay in a castle and have such lovely hosts (Prue and Steve), we couldn't have asked for anymore!

    David2020-02-02T00:00:00Z
  • The castle was the perfect mini break. Prue is an amazing host who gave us so much information on the local area. Breakfast was fantastic. Can't recommend enough.

    Jessica2019-11-02T00:00:00Z
  • Rich in history, the castle is set in a charming countryside setting. Prue and Steve are wonderful hosts and are very welcoming. The natural environment makes for a relaxing and quiet stay.

  • A great location, fantastic accommodation, an amazing garden and all made better by two lovely hosts. Thank you both.

    Sarah2019-09-15T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing place to stay!!! Such a cool experience to stay in a castle, it was beautiful.

    Heidi2019-09-08T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely place at a great value. The public gardens are beautiful and well taken care of. No complaints. The place is even complete with a wonderfully friendly cat and dog that roam the castle and grounds.

    Kevin2019-08-24T00:00:00Z
  • The tranquility and peacefulness is incredible. I sat sketching in the rosegarden and wandered around on my own for a couple of hours, while my partner was resting upstairs and it was very, very lovely. It's not just a castle, it's a warm and welcoming home and that is what makes it even more special. Prue and her husband (must) work very hard but manage to make it look and feel effortless. Loved that the gardens are very well kept, but not overly 'tamed'.

Walk down the wooded valley right from the back door of this restored historic miner's cottage. Period features like flagstone floors and beamed, vaulted ceilings meet contemporary conveniences such as underfloor heating and a free-standing tub.
A lovely spacious cottage with rustic Pembrokeshire character situated right next to the coast. Two double bedrooms, open plan living area, large kitchen and spacious veranda. There is a good sized master bedroom with amazing views and a kingsized bed. There is a second bedroom with a comfy double bed with an ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms have adequate storage and hanging space for clothes. The main bathroom has a stand alone bath, which is great for relaxing. Overlooking the flowery meadow is the south facing veranda which is perfect for watching the dramatic coastal sunsets. Situated in the heart of the Pembrokeshire National Park and surrounded by National Trust land, Carren Bach cottage is part of the Southwood Estate. Spot all kinds of wildlife, surf, and discover numerous nearby villages, pubs, and restaurants.
  • The perfect place to stay for a bit of relaxation. The veranda is a great place to chill out on a sunny day and the homemade jam was a lovely touch!

    Rebecca2020-03-25T00:00:00Z
  • Had an amazing 3 night stay in Carren Bach. The cottage is absolutely beautiful, everything is so tastefully decorated. Hot tub is incredible with amazing views. Lots of board games to keep us entertained when the weather wasn't so good. We had absolutely everything we could have needed for a lovely break. Would definitely return.

    Bethany2020-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • What else to say that hasn't already been said in all of the other 5* reviews? We had a wonderful weekend relaxing and unwinding, even in the rain this place is still magical. As another review said, if you're thinking about booking here, just do it!

    Henry2020-03-09T00:00:00Z
  • If you’re after a stunning, secluded location, yet close to amenities, an increasingly space full of character and are inspiring decor and views.... look no further!! We could have moved in and wished we could have stayed far longer. We hope to visit again in summertime. Watching the sun go down in the hot tub was certainly a highlight I’d like to repeat!

    Mariza2020-03-05T00:00:00Z
  • This property is amazing. No detail is forgotten about and the whole place is stunning. The photos show the property off well, bit don’t do it justice! We stayed during a pretty stormy weekend and the weather actually made the weekend better - the underfloor heating is lovely, the living area is stunning and the light and airy upstairs bedroom has wonderful views, whether the sun is shining or the rain and wind beating down (the feature window!). The owners have kitted this place out so there is nothing you want for, the retro record player was a brilliant touch (along with an excellent and “varied” record collection), as is the coffee machine. Obviously though, the hot tub is the main “extra”, being based in a very cool hut with sliding barn doors so you can enjoy wide views outside whilst being out of the elements if the weather is harsh (as it was when we were there!). It’s amazing to sit sheltered in the hut (with the cool retro decor) whilst the elements do their thing. Would fully recommend this property and we can’t wait to go back in warmer months to enjoy the outdoor spaces (BBQ area, seating deck and lawns).

    Alex2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Stayed here with my wife and 1 year old child. Would give it 6 stars if I could, absolutely amazing. Would definitely recommend to any couples on their own or with a small child as the under floor heating and cleanliness makes it great for them to crawl around on. The itinerary was great and Emma gave us some ideas for things to do, just think beaches, small towns, coffee shops, pub lunches etc. A must book if you haven’t already stayed here, breathtaking views and you genuinely feel like you’re ’off the grid’ in your own little world.

    Maniel2020-02-24T00:00:00Z
  • We had a very enjoyable experience at Carren Bach. We wanted somewhere to unwind and escape our busy lives. Emma was a super host made us feel very welcome and very helpful. The place is beautiful and very cosy.

    Dafne2020-02-20T00:00:00Z
  • We loved our stay at Carren Bach Cottage, which kept us warm and cosy throughout the storm! The rooms were beautiful and the amenities - especially the kitchen - were fantastic. Heated floor was a lovely touch, as was the record player, and we loved the style and decor too - it's clear lots of thought has gone into making Carren Bach a wonderful place to stay.

  • Really enjoyed our stay here. Great size for 2 people, very nicely decorated and has everything you need and more. It feels very private and Glyn qnd Jill were very nice. Would stay again :)

    Rena2020-01-03T00:00:00Z
  • The Cwtch is a wonderful little retreat! A perfect size for two people. The space was spotless and there were plenty of amenities for cooking, washing etc. Coming back to the Cwtch after cold days of walking and swimming was lovely. Glyn was very friendly and happy to answer any queries we had. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a cosy base to explore the beautiful Pembroke coast. Thank you Glyn and Jill!

    Edward2020-01-02T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed one night here and it is faultless! Easy check-in, Glyn was very nice and friendly and explained everything we needed to know! The off-street parking was awesome to have, and the place itself is like a studio apartment separate from the main house, very warm and insulated! The heart wall is adorable :) the place has everything you could want! Since Glyn and jill had nobody arriving the day we left, we were told we could leave whenever - we had a lovely relaxed morning and are very grateful for their flexibility! Would definitely recommend this place!

  • What an amazing stay! A wonderful little pod - we will definitely be back and we have recommended highly to family and friends. Waking up to otters, herons, owls and swans! It is so peaceful. The pod is immaculately clean and a wonderful little place to stay. We didn’t want to leave.

  • Really enjoyed our stay. Something a bit different. Great base to see Pembrokeshire or just to hang out.

  • Loved this pod. It was like a luxury hotel room in a pod. Would definitely recommend it.

  • We had a fantastic stay in the Haven Pod. The marina office were super helpful for local information and an easy check-in, the toilets were always very clean and they are very near to the pod. We hired bikes from the marina at £15 for the day each and there is a great 9 mile cycle route to Haverfordwest that you can take. The pod was very clean and comfortable with good amenities. We weren't able to eat at the restaurant at the marina but had a great cooked breakfast from the cafe underneath! Always a parking space (free). Was a good base for exploring, had a lovely time.

  • The haven pod is a really fantastic place to stay... so cute and full of great details too! My two kids and I got along with the space in the pod. But I could imagine, that it suits best for not more than 2 people. Especially during rainy days :-)

Rogeston is situated in a secluded rural location on a quiet country lane just three miles from the sea and the National Park yet only five miles from the supermarkets and amenities of Haverfordwest. Druidstone, Nolton , Broadhaven and Newgale are our nearest beaches. Being more or less mid way along the Pembrokeshire coast, Rogeston is ideally located for exploring all of the county with its beautiful beaches and attractions for all ages including highlights such as the picturesque seaside town of Tenby and the tiny city of St Davids with its stunning cathedral. There are numerous options for walkers including the spectacular coastal path which runs the length of the Pembrokeshire coast. Woodlands , mountains and estuary rivers provide alternative scenery for walking or cycling. In the spring and summer months a wildlife spotting boat trip to one of the islands is a must. For eating and drinking we are lucky to have the famously quirky Druidstone Hotel with its relaxed and welcoming bar and restaurant ( look out for the regular 'Feast' nights ) only an 8 minute drive or a 45 minute walk from the cottage. The sea view from the garden and restaurant is glorious - the perfect place to watch the sun go down or for a winter lunch. Despite the region's attractions traffic jams are few and far between. Beaches are never overcrowded even in the summer months making Pembrokeshire an ideal destination for a seaside holiday without the crowds. Information leaflets and recommendations are available in the cottage.
  • The cottage is perfectly located for exploring the beautiful coastline and countryside. It is very nicely furnished and well equipped, with a very good vinyl collection and a very efficent log burner that we made full use of. The cottage was dog friendly and Ralph our greyhound felt right at home straight away. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, the countryside location and the fact that unlike other Air BnB properties, this felt like a home, furnished with thought and care.

  • We had a lovely stay at the Stables. The combination of the log burner (with unlimited wood), super comfy sofa and bed, excellent remote (but not too remote!) location, fab kitchen set-up and spacious shower-room made for a very relaxing break in Pembrokeshire. We did the walk to Druidston from the cottage as well as some trips further afield (Manorbier, Freshwater West) - it's a great place to explore the area from. Highly recommend Kay and Charlie's place!

    Caitlin2020-03-20T00:00:00Z
  • The perfect place to get away from the hustle & bustle of town/city life! The Stables really is a home from home & we feel well rested & lucky to have stayed there X

    Tina2020-03-14T00:00:00Z
  • Highly recommended for a short break. Perfectly situated for Pembrokeshire coast and walks and a lovely bolt hole from the world. Kay has done a fantastic job kitting out and the master bedroom in particular is really comfy. The woodburner is a central part of the experience if cold too! Clean, welcoming and easy to find.

    Tim2020-02-19T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful cottage in a beautiful part of the world. We were visiting during Storm Ciara but felt completely protected against the elements, especially with the unlimited firewood for the woodburner! Lots of thoughtful touches from the hosts, and helpful communication when storm was forecast to meet our trip :)

  • Stylish, cosy and in the perfect spot for exploring the West Wales coast. We loved our stay tland the place is really well equipped. Thanks Kay and Charlie for sharing The Stables!

Modern, contemporary beach side holiday apartment with amazing views of St.Brides Bay, directly located overlooking the fantastic Broadhaven beach. Furnished to a high standard providing a great base for visits to wonderful Pembrokeshire. The apartment suits families, coastal path walkers or couples wanting an escape to this great part of Wales. Close by are 2 pubs, supermarket and additional pubs and restaurants can be found in Littlehaven which is a 10 minute stroll along the beach.
  • Very nice, modern apartment with amazing views over the beach. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and little touches like tea, coffee, milk and the provision of a high chair for our toddler were very much appreciated. It’s a great base for accessing the beach, coast path and exploring Pembrokeshire and we’d definitely stay here again.

There is everything you need in the apartment to enjoy your stay and make the most of your time. Paul was very welcoming and helpful with suggestions. We did not want to leave and would love to stay here again.

This Annex is independent from our house. It is very comfortable & warm in the heart of the village of St Ishmaels, it has off road parking, on suite double room with tea & coffee making facilities. Sheets, blankets, towels & toiletries are included. We have beautiful beaches & Islands to explore, all in a protected National Trust area. The village of Dale is 3 miles away with great water sports, sailing, kayaking, windsurfing, surfing, kite surfing & fishing trips to mention just a few.
This place is great for couples or singles wanting to explore the Pembrokeshire coastal path or take part in water sports, it also has a wealth of interesting places to visit near by like Solva and St Davids and Dale. There is plenty of room on the drive, there are no steps or Stairs at Sunnybrooks Annex so access is easy and if a guest needs anything they only have to ask. The Annex is warm and comfortable with a good on suite and toiletries provided. It is very quiet and relaxing space with a comfortable bed.
We are located in the heart of the village of St Ishmaels which has a good pub, The Brook Inn, sports Club and Nurseries which all do excellent food at very reasonable prices.
  • I stayed in Traceys annexe while walking the coast path and it had everything I needed and more. I was warm, comfortable and made to feel very welcome. Tracey is on hand next door if you need anything but otherwise leaves you to enjoy your stay. The village is a quiet, rural place with lovely walks close by. Many thanks Tracey for a lovely stay.

    Emma2019-10-16T00:00:00Z
  • Tracey's Annex is lovely, clean and so comfortable I could have stayed a week! There was a helpful heater in the room so my shoes could dry out, and a cool box to store my lunches. I was walking the Coast Path with no car, and the place is conveniently located close to some of the most stunning parts of the walk. There's also a bus to Milford Haven and Haverfordwest a couple of times a day. The village is small and I sadly didn't get to try the local pub food as they weren't serving that evening. Tracey went out of her way for me and I'd love to stay again.

    Megan2019-10-08T00:00:00Z
  • Tracey’s Annex is really lovely and she helped me a lot. Wonderful beach nearby. Definitely recommend it!

    Jing2019-08-16T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great time in the Annex. There is a nice pub on a walking distance and you can have a lovely breakfast at the garden centre. The room is small and basic but well taken care of. A minor remark; the bed is a bit soft and bumpy.

    Lieke2019-08-13T00:00:00Z
  • Perfect! We were here for a wedding, her place was exactly what we needed. Tracey is really lovely and we highly recommend!

    Rosie2019-07-07T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing accommodation with thoughtful touches, Tracey made our stay wonderful with great tips for our travels, a little peaceful haven. Thoroughly recommended

    Pete2019-06-28T00:00:00Z
  • Very easy to find. Comfortable and very clean. We loved the fact the pub was walking distance and good food. Tracey was welcoming and lovely to talk to. Close to Skomer Island to visit the puffins. Wish the weather was better but lovely and warm.

    Karen2019-06-08T00:00:00Z
  • We really enjoyed staying in Tracey's annexe. It was well furnished, sparkling clean, & had everything we needed (including an enormous range of toiletries!) - the perfect place to retreat to after a day's walking. Tracey is very friendly & right next door, should you need anything.

This is a basic, comfortable and clean chalet in a sheltered location within walking distance from the amenities and beach in Broad Haven. The chalet is quite private in the location of an old stone quarry with a pond and has off road parking. There are facilities to self cater and gas central heating and a shower. There is a shed which has bike/board storage. It is in the grounds of a family home and is pet/dog friendly. A baby/toddler bed with bedding and highchair are available.
The chalet is located in a disused wooded quarry next to a stream and pond on a quiet lane on the outskirts of Broad Haven. It is in the grounds of a family home, but is quite private. It is a 10 minute walk into the village to the beach, shops and pubs. There are lots of walks you can set off from from the chalet.
The chalet is just up a small lane on the outskirts of Broad Haven. It is a lovely peaceful spot, yet it is only 10 minutes walk to the seafront and the shops/cafes and pubs in Broad Haven and a 30 minute walk to the picturesque village of Little Haven. The funky Druidston hotel is a 40 minute walk North on the coast path. Broad Haven beach is a family friendly safe lifeguarded beach and there is a Puffin Shuttle bus that runs up and down the Pembrokeshire Coast.
  • Excellent! Hazel is a great hostess, friendly, helpful, attentive, thoughtful. The house is as described, it is comfortable, very clean, quiet and has everything you may need during your stay. It also has a folder with a lot of information about all the activities that can be done in the area. The location is very good, very close to the coast and the Prembrokeshire Coast Path. We have felt at home! I recommend Hazel's accommodation without hesitation and of course I would return.

Guillemot Cottage was built from the ground up in 2015, part of our new complex over looking the sea. Inside is a modern 3 bedroom cottage with an large sized kitchen, along with a open planned living and dining room. There is one downstairs shower room and a bathroom upstairs. At just 50m from the beach at Nolton Haven Puffin Cottage is ideal those looking for a family holiday or perfect for walkers looking to explore the coastal path. We are just over 50m from the local pub/ restaurant.
Guillemot Cottage sleeps up to six people. A double bed can be found in the master bedroom along with the back bedroom leading onto the enclosed terrace garden. The final bedroom is a twin room. It has off street parking for multiple cars in our large private carpark. Puffin Cottage is pet friendly with free WiFi throughout.
With Nolton Haven’s central location it makes us the ideal choice for a beach strolls and to take the opportunity to sample many of the water sports on offer locally. Our onsite office enables you to make enquiries and book many of the boat trips, surfing courses, paddle boarding, beach horse riding or even sample coasteering in the areas that it was first introduced!
  • We stayed in Guillemot Cottage - from the outside it looks small but inside it is really spacious. The living room and dining room are well furnished. The kitchen is large with a fantastic American style fridge. We had a downstairs shower room and WC (ideal for washing sand off and not walking it through the cottage). Upstairs there was a bathroom with bath and separate shower, 2 double bedrooms and a twin room. The double bedroom at the back led into a small garden. The cottage is south facing so the front garden got the sun all day so we spent a lot of time enjoying the weather and the view. Being able to see the sea was great and the dog loved running on the beach. Overall a superb cottage, location and amenities. We will return!

  • A great cottage set just up from the beach. Nice coastal walks either side and pub right out front! Comfy house with pretty much everything you need.

    Dave2020-02-24T00:00:00Z
  • Wow! We loved the setting, the view of the haven and bay, and the privacy. Guillemot is well-equipped, quiet, private and very comfortable. The help 24 hours on hand was reassuring and very friendly. We took our dog, who loved it! Being January, the Brasseries was closed, but the Mariners was open for drinks, and other pubs/restaurants around were open, and we got a Tesco delivery on arrival, which was really helpful. Beautiful beach, slightly scary cliff path (I have vertigo) but all-in-all we'll definitely be back!

  • A fantastic little cottage in an incredible location. We loved our stay here, and are already planning weeks to come back next year. Although the cottage is beautiful, the welcome is warm, and the views incredible, make sure to bring your own tea/coffee so you can relax after the long drive to get there. Also would have been nice to have hand soap in the bathrooms and more than half a roll of toilet paper in both bathrooms - or for this to be stated in the listing. But these are little touches that didn’t ruin our stay in the slightest. We’ll definitely be back!!

    Max2019-11-29T00:00:00Z
  • Had a lovely weekend stay here. The scenery is beautiful, so close to the beach. Which is clean and great for walks and searching for shells. The cottage was clean and had everything you need while away from home. We would highly recommend a stay here.

    Carol2019-09-09T00:00:00Z
  • We had a lovely relaxing stay at Cowslip Corner, the view is beautiful and property set in a very tranquil and peaceful area. Jan was an absolutely wonderful host and very kind (we had car trouble so arrived very late, she messaged to check up on us etc) plus the breakfast left in the kitchen was superb! Communication was brilliant and Jan sent clear directions a few times, no problem finding the property at all, even in the dark. The room is very beautiful & spacious with everything you could need, from plates to coffee plunger, hairdryer to iron, note pad to toaster, lots of books and a huge local guide folder. There is a small utility/kitchen area, and a fridge where the delicious jam and cold items are left and a sink so you can wash up. Fantastic Airbnb, a much needed short rest, will hopefully stay again soon, can't recommend highly enough. Thanks again!

    Annie2019-09-08T00:00:00Z
  • Great place, spacious room with private dining & working space included and a garden with beautiful sea view. Jan is very welcoming & fast responding to messages. Continental breakfast basket is a lovely touch.

Rockfield is a recently renovated cottage, with woodburner, on the Pembrokeshire coast. We have panoramic views to west and south across St Brides Bay, and access to the coast path, just five minutes from Broad Haven beach.
Rockfield has been recently renovated to provide bright open-plan living space, enjoying magnificent sea views. The living area has open ceilings and oak floors, with ample seating around the woodburner. Double doors open to the garden and patio, with wide views across Broad Haven beach and St Brides Bay. A large dining table occupies the south west corner, surrounded by windows to best enjoy the views. Accommodation is all on one level. The kitchen is fully equipped, with microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas hob and electric fan assisted oven. A separate laundry cupboard provides a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is broadband and TV. Bedroom one - A double room with two south facing windows and sea views. Two built in wardrobes with hanging space, shelves and drawers, writing desk and chair. Bedroom two - A double room with south and north facing windows, and sea views. Large built in wardrobe, with hanging space, shelves and drawers, writing desk and chair. Leading to bedroom three. Bedroom three - Leading into bedroom two, two bunk beds, with room for travel cot (provided). Built in wardrobe with hanging space and shelves. Bedroom four - Two single beds, with one north facing window. Built in wardrobe, with hanging space and shelves, and a separate set of drawers. Bedroom five - A small cabin-style room with two built in bunkbeds, views to the east, and cupboard with shelves. Bathroom facilities - Main bathroom, with over-bath shower, toilet and washbasin. Shower room, with toilet and washbasin. Separate toilet, with washbasin. There is parking for three cars on the driveway and adjacent grass. All heating costs are included in the price. Unfortunately we are unable to provide wood and kindling for the woodburner, but this can be easily bought at the Tesco store in Haverfordwest, or at local petrol stations. I am sorry but we are unable to provide towels. Please note that a welcome pack is not included in our prices.
Rockfield is well situated for trips to north and south Pembrokeshire, and is just 7 miles from the county town, Haverfordwest. With its long sandy beach, surf and kayak hire, and many rock pools, Broad Haven is one of the most popular beaches in the National Park. It has a lifeguard service in summer (check the kiosk on the sea front), and a wide range of water sports equipment is available for hire or sale at Haven Sports. There are several pubs and restaurants. Five minutes by car, or 10 minutes walk across the beach at low tide, Little Haven provides a picturesque contrast to busy Broad Haven. The small enclosed bay lies tucked into the cliff side, giving shelter to a few fishing boats and sailing dingys. Three pubs offer a range of excellent dining opportunities, and there is a small café. In early August, the Little Haven regatta attracts water sports enthusiasts from across Pembrokeshire, and St Brides Bay is filled with the sails of competing boats. 40 minutes from Rockfield, at the north west tip of Pembrokeshire, St Davids is the UK’s smallest city. Although it has only 2,000 inhabitants, it’s cathedral gives it this status. The ruins of the bishops palace and the cathedral tell of the history of the city, and there are many gift shops, galleries, cafes and restaurants. The picturesque harbour of Solva is 10 miles from Rockfield, on the road to St Davids. The village lies in a steep river valley running to the sea, where fishing and sailing boats shelter in the deep inlet. You can pick up the Coast Path from here, or stop for a while in one of the many pubs and cafes. Haverfordwest, the county town of Pembrokeshire, provides the major shops, a cinema, swimming pool and large supermarkets. The castle and town museum are also worth a visit. A little further afield, Pembroke is well worth the effort. The magnificent 12th century castle sits above the historic old town, with long passageways, high battlements, and a cave under the foundations to explore. From Pembroke, the beaches of south Pembrokeshire are just a short distance further.
  • Gorgeous cottage with stunning views overlooking the coast and great location not far from the leisure centre and town.

  • 5* place. If you’re looking for a group getaway with enough space for 8+ people, this is your place. The views are incredible, and only a short walk/drive from local amenities. Little Haven is lovely. We will be back!

    Oliver2019-11-10T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing location and really thoughtfully renovated, it’s truly a home from home with a well kitted out kitchen and it’s also kept very clean and tidy. The views across the bay were incredible. Even when it rains, to sit at the dining table and watch the weather through the lovely big windows over a steaming mug of tea was a delight! Lovely and quiet with not many other properties around but only a short walk to Broad Haven. Stunning beaches and great walking in the very near vicinity.

  • You dont belive the view, but it is true. The house is wonderfull and special, in the midle of the nature. Near to the village with inn´s and shopping. Great walks from the house. The small rooms are not for tall persons, but we had 2 small vomen in the group. We had lovely days in Broad Haven. And - very unusual - only 5 hours of rain in 6 days.

    Jens Moller2019-09-04T00:00:00Z
  • This is the most amazing place. We had a fantastic family weekend. If you are looking for a little peace and calm, look no further. We had fantastic weather we took our own BBQ and we had the most amazing time. It’s a short downhill walk to the beach. Do bring dishwasher tablets the one thing we forgot, as local shops are sparse. The views are something else. The lounge/diner also offers a fantastic view inside if you didn’t get the weather. You have neighbours but your not really over looked and even when everyone is outside they are far enough away.

A cosy, warm cottage in winter, cool and airy in summer, sleeps 6 in comfort. Two minutes walk from the beach. Everything you need for a family break away, or a romantic getaway by the sea awaits. Large, comfortable king sized beds in both double bedrooms, bunk beds in the little bedroom. The bedlinen and towels are all top quality. Sitting room & dining room comfortably seat 6. Fully equipped kitchen & the family bathroom is large and bright. Additional downstairs cloakroom.
The sunny rear garden is fully enclosed and safe for pets and little ones. The front garden boasts a large drive for more than 1 car, parking being at a premium in the village.
Broad Haven is quiet, friendly, with a vast, clean and safe beach. At low tide you can beach walk to the neighbouring village of Little Haven, or go via the quiet coastal road. Both villages boast fab, dog friendly pubs, coffee shops, whilst Broad Haven has a wee convenience store, a chip shop, a gift shop, surf , kayak and paddle hire equipment. The Pembrokeshire Coastal Path is easily accessed and there are beach, path or woodland walks galore, straight out of the front door. So many activities are on the door step-watersports, swimming, golf, coasteering, pony trekking, fishing, messing about on countless quiet beaches. St Davids, the UKs smallest city is a sort drive or Puffin Shuttle ride away, as is the Blue Lagoon, the Preselli Hills, farm parks, childrens activity areas and Haverfordwest Leisure Centre. Swansea is a 90 min drive approximately, with Cardiff being another hour beyond that, with all the delights they offer-Rugby, football, shopping, concert venues, theatre and the arts, sight seeing. But why leave Broad Haven? It is perfect.
  • Shirley and Dave's cottage was a great place for us to stay for a few days on the beautiful Pembrokeshire coast. The high quality finish throughout the cottage shone out. The bed was large and comfortable, and linen and towels were top end. Everywhere was perfectly clean when we arrived. The cottage was extremely well stocked with everything a guest may need. Although there were only two of us staying (plus a dog) the cottage was large enough to have accommodated a further two adults and two children with ease and without feeling cramped. The village of Broad Haven, and its close neighbour Little Haven, are super places to relax in. Both have plenty of eating and drinking options, both have wonderful sandy and safe flat beaches, and both have lovely walks with views over St Brides Bay. The only downside of our visit was that four days weren't enough! Thanks Shirley and Dave for brilliant stay.

  • Hosts were so kind to let us stay! During these crazy times, all hotels were shut down and we had no where to go. Hosts replied quickly and were compassionate to our immediate need for assistance. We were taking a ferry from Ireland to Pembroke so we arrived at 2 am. Hosts stayed up to wait for us to check us in. Gracious, kind people! The room itself was spacious and very comfortable. Bathroom was sparkling clean. Highly recommend!

  • Dave and Diana have been really helpful regarding places to visit. Their place was really nice and cosy. We had good communication. We enjoyed our stay at their place.

  • Dave & Diana were lovely hosts, and more than happy to take the time chatting to me about where is best to visit in Pembrokeshire.

    James2020-01-19T00:00:00Z
  • Dave and Diana were lovely people and very welcoming. My room was spacious and very clean and lovely touches in the room - chocolates and water. Breakfast was help myself and this was most acceptable. Facilities are convenient for disabled people as well.

    Wendy2020-01-10T00:00:00Z
  • Dave and Diana were very quick to respond to messages and changes on the website. Their house was easy to find and everything was pristine. We stayed for a week and I would take Diana or Dave's advice on places to visit when we didn't have a plan for the day. Will definitely return in the future if we were to visit Wales again!

Small but well equipped twin bedroom annexe with ensuite wet room and separate entrance for guests with own key. Sits centrally on the Dale peninsula - ideal for trips to Skomer island and Pembrokeshire's best beaches! This is an annexe bedroom to our home - a beautiful barn conversion equidistant between Dale and Little Haven. We are far from the madding crowd tucked away behind an old Manor House. This listing is for the annexe bedroom only, not the whole barn.
The Accommodation:- Guests will have a small twin bed room with a contemporary en suite wet room. It has its own separate entrance and guests will have their own key providing privacy and flexibility. It has recently been refurbished and redecorated from an old outbuilding and is full of character and charm. There size of the annexe does not allow for a kitchen or lounge area the room contains tea and coffee making facilities together with a mini fridge. We leave available a simple breakfast of muffins (in a cake tin), granola and orange juice for breakfast which guests have in their room. There is a flat screen wall mounted TV and two arm chairs. There is a walk in cupboard in which to hang clothes and a chest of drawers. To the front is the main garden and a patio by a wildlife pond which guests are welcome to use in fine weather. Location:- We are in a very rural location in the middle of the countryside between Dale and Little Haven although technically we come within the parish of St Ishmaels. To enjoy our home, you must relish tranquillity and remotenss! We live in a converted barn behind an old Manor House, it is accessed via a driveway from the nearest lane. Please do read directions before you come. The nearest village is St Ishmaels (one mile away) with a pub called The Brook which serves reasonably priced pub food (note - in Winter, food only served on certain days of the week). Dale is three miles in one direction and Little Haven is three miles in the other. Both these have excellent pubs serving great food. (Note- The Griffin in Dale is closed from November to Easter) . The nearest towns are Haverfordwest and Milford Haven -10 and 7 miles away respectively. You will need a car as there is no local bus service. Local Area:- The attraction of the area is the stunning coastal scenery, the coastal path and the beautiful beaches of Marloes, West Dale, Little Haven, Broad Haven, Druidstone and Newgale. Further along the coast is the pretty village of Solva and the Cathedral city of St Davids (the smallest city in the UK) which is really a very pretty large village and is well worth a visit. It's about 20 miles away. It is ideal for those looking to stay in Pembrokeshire for a few days and particularly suitable if you are planning a trip to Skomer Iskland. We are just 10 minutes from Marloes and 15 minutes to St Martins Haven where the boat leaves for Skomer. Catering:- Our accommodation is not self catering as the space does not allow cooking equipment or a dining area but if you wish to bring back home made pizzas from Camille's in Marloes and are happy to eat them from your armchair- no problem! (Camille operates from home and makes the most fabulous pizza's but it it is a seasonal facility so please do check with us that is open before relying on a take home pizza). There are plenty of good eateries within a few miles and most if not all of our guests eat out. We leave available a simple breakfast of muffins /pastries (in a tin) orange juice and tea and coffee in the room for breakfast. Another option is to pop up the road and have a wonderful cooked breakfast at St Ishmaels Garden Centre (5 mins drive). Unfortunately we are not in a position to offer a cooked breakfast for guests . Hugh and I are both busily retired, we have two very friendly dogs and a couple of horses! There is parking for one car.
The Dale peninsula is situated in the very west of Wales. It is perfect if you enjoy walking, boating, cycling or surfing. Pembrokeshire is renowned for its beaches and stunning coatal path along the cliffs. We are very fortunate to have some of Pembrokeshire’s best beaches within a stone's throw. West Dale, Marloes, Little Haven, Broad Haven, Druidstone and Newgale are all within easy driving distance. The ferry port to Skomer island is only 15 minutes away. Dale is renowned for its microclimate and is reputed to have more hours of sunshine than any other village in Wales. It is generally mild and very often sunny even when just ten miles inland, it is gloomy with either rain or onimous clouds. There are great pubs close by- check out The Griffin (Dale) and the Castle, St Brides Inn and The Swan (Little Haven).
  • This self-contained, private annexe on a two hundred year old ex-dairy farm is remote enough to be wonderfully peaceful, but an easy drive from any number of beautiful Pembrokeshire beaches and villages. The room has comfy twin beds and a connected, private bathroom. There's wifi, TV, tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge which super-host Barbara keeps topped up with fresh milk and fruit juice, together with granola for breakfast, with delicious fresh pastries every day. Super glad to have found this place on Air B&B and very much hope to be back soon.

  • Barbara and Hugh were wonderful hosts and went out of the way to ensure our stay was comfortable. The annex has recently been respecced to a high standard, and is warm and cosy. The cottage has easy access to many of Pembrokeshire's gems. We had a superb time!

  • A lovely secluded spot and all we could ask for. Great for walking Marlowe Peninsula and Dale Peninsula and up to StDavids and the coast there. Recommend pubs in Little Haven and Griffin in Dale when it’s open, check before you drive there 🧐. Warm at home feel to accommodation.

    Mark2019-10-27T00:00:00Z
  • Barbara’s wonderful little unit provides everything you need to enjoy a stay in SW Pembrokeshire. Compact and comfortable, peaceful and well placed for exploring this beautiful corner of Wales. Nice touches and a warm welcome. The wet room is perfect for soothing aching legs after a long walk on the coast! Highly recommended Adrian & Sue

  • Really great little place and was just what we needed for a weekend diving late in the season. Clean, simple and most importantly warm! Easy communication and lots of extra little touches, you won't have any problems here!

    Tin-Tin2019-10-13T00:00:00Z
  • "The Old Diary" is part of a spacious, old estate, surrounded by nature. This would also be the problem named, concerning the journey. It is advisable IN ANY CASE to follow the description of Barbara and not to rely on googlemaps. Once you have found your way, the guest expects an atmospheric and protected facility. This consists of one and a half floor, lovingly restored buildings where the hosts live. The center of the complex is formed by a pond and an outdoor terrace surrounded by numerous flowering plants that guests can use. Beautiful, absolutely quiet and peaceful. The cultivation is as described quite small, but also with its own character. Guests are provided daily with juice, milk, cereals and pastries. We had 5 days of sunshine and a wonderful time at the end of September!

  • This is a really nice place to stay. It's very comfortable, with lots of space, and great views of the harbour from the lounge and large kitchen. Tesco is round the corner and a chippy is just up the road. Our best trip was to Marloes beach. Tenby and Saundersfoot are also worth a visit

  • What a lovely base to enjoy our time in Pembrokeshire. The house was very comfortable and we really enjoyed our time in Milford Haven.

    Eileen2019-11-03T00:00:00Z
  • This place is a gem. It's a spacious terraced house that has been tastefully modernised into a beautiful and functional space. Great family spaces for socialising together, and good sized bedrooms. The supermarket a short walk away is really great. Lot's of pleasant walks nearby but a car is essential to enjoy the best that Pembrokeshire has to offer.

  • This little cottage is a perfect place to escape for the weekend. We had a fabulous time exploring the coast paths and relaxing by the wonderful log burner. We couldn't recommend this place more highly for a getaway in a stunning location and Paddy and Lou were both so welcoming and hospitable.

The weather wasn’t great but it didn’t matter as the Dairy was so inviting and comfortable we opted to come back each night and cook dinner in the well equipped kitchen. The surrounding coastline is absolutely beautiful and Paddy & Lou were great hosts. Already planning out next trip ☺️

Eclectic, homely, traditional town house with many curious original features and tardist-like proportions! The room has a wall-mounted tv, mini fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. There is parking available in near by streets and Asda and Tescos and newsagents are a short walk away. Maps and guidebooks of the area are available if required and I'll answer any questions regarding places to eat and visit.
Homely room with plenty of space and high ceilings.
Pembroke Dock has many interesting historic buildings and places of interest as it was established as a Royal Navy Shipyard and Dock
  • Mark is a such a generous host I can't give detail in case he feels committed to the same generosity in future. The decor is traditional B&B but none the worse for that. The bed is so comfortable I overslept and got a parking ticket. To stay with Mark is an experience in its own right. Airbnb does not get better than this. Mark, thank you!
