This detached, traditional farmhouse is full of old world charm with stone flagged floors, exposed beams, wood panelled walls and studded oak doors. There are three reception rooms, two with wood burners and two kitchens with granite work surfaces. Five very comfortable bedrooms await you with old oak floors and beams and a 6th mezzanine bedroom. Beautiful totally refurbished cottage .

We live in the same village as the cottage so will be available if there are any problems or if you just need information on local area. The cottage has a private south facing garden 40 metres away with off road parking for 2 vehicles. Soutergate is 1 of 3 small hamlets in Kirkby which has 2 pubs a post office a small cafe plus the train station and bus stops also childrens play area all within walking distance from the cottage. (Guests have full control of the heating).
