Bathroom with shower. 2 spacious terraces, communal swimming pool (July an August open and free to use). Beach within walking distance, in front of the door! Beautiful penthouse in the waterfront area

Guests will love this house for the brightness, silence, the many comforts and the beautiful view of the harbor and the waterfront. In the morning you can enjoy the sun rising from the sea and in the evening appreciate the sea breeze after the heat of the day, or go down to be in the middle of the Crotonese nightlife, eat good fish or a simple pizza in the many places on the waterfront without having to use the car while the children can play in the areas equipped with the inflatables.
