Our apartment is good for couples and solo travellers. Attached to our house, this is a small but very comfortable and modern space, with private entrance and patio garden. We are situated in a village within the Tamar Valley which is on the border between Devon and Cornwall - close to both moorlands and coast. You have easy access to all areas of the Southwest, particularly the parks of Dartmoor and Bodmin, Plymouth and the town of Tavistock. It is a great area to explore or just to relax!

This adorable barn was converted by my dad and I, using as many upcycled materials as possible. Where we couldn't use recycled materials we sourced locally ( All the timber was processed 5 minutes away!) The Barn comes with its own enclosed south facing garden and personal vegetable patch you can harvest from! We are located 334m above sea level in the Tamar Valley and within walking distance to Kit Hill Country Park. The views from the barn are incredible especially at sun rise!

The whole place has underfloor heating and is all on one level, with its own garden. Our farm is tucked away in a small hamlet, with lots of lovely walks to be had both on and around it. There is also an excellent pub within walking distance. We are happy to accept well behaved dogs.
