Cozy, fully-equipped one-story house, located a few meters from the beach and steps from the main square. It has a hot water tub, kitchen, cable TV, Wi-Fi, a gazebo, and parking. In addition, exclusive access to the swimming pool area with a slide (Summer season only, with COVID restrictions), soccer fields, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts in the complex. Pingueral, it is possible to enjoy beaches, forests, lagoon, river, native flora and fauna, traditional gastronomy.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place because when you wake up you will hear the singing of birds that live next to the Tiny house. The small house is part of a region of three Scandinavian-style houses, widely visited both to stay or to observe its architecture and design. It includes Wi-Fi, cable, a washer-dryer, a large refrigerator, a charcoal grill, a covered barbecue area, and a large terrace. Pets are allowed. Sheets and towels are included. Su acceso es fácil, los colectivos te dejan frente a la puerta. Tiene una estufa que calienta muy bien el lugar en invierno. vienen muchas mujeres solas o con su hijo pequeño y se sienten tranquilas y seguras.
