It consists of two bedrooms, bathroom and toilet, terrace, living room and kitchens both independent. It is accessed by the national road 340 at the roundabout located in the Hotel Santarosa towards a rural road of 1 minute by car and walking 3 minutes at a distance from the beach of about 200 meters approximately.
