Forget the worries at this great place-it's an oasis of tranquility! Located in an area very close to everything, just 50 meters away is a beautiful river/seafront promenade. 15 minutes from the best beaches and 10 minutes from the city center, the nearest supermarket is 3 minutes away. In the area there is a great variety of restaurants and breweries. Very close by, is the Monastery of San Martiño de Juvia, which dates back to the 10th century.

Completely renovated and furnished apartment in July 2022. It has everything you need to enjoy a pleasant stay: appliances, kitchenware, toiletries, etc. Our cozy apartment is located just 1 km from the city center, in a busy area with all the services just a few meters away (supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.). Just a 15 minute walk from the bus/train station and Plaza de España and the Dolce Vita/ Odeon and Alcampo shopping center.
