Newly renovated throughout and close to bars, restaurants, theatre, amusement arcades, Gorleston High St (>1 mile), Great Yarmouth (4 miles) and Norwich (20 miles). As is traditional in these cottages the stairs are steep and not suitable for people with mobility issues. 50 paces from the Pier Hotel featured in the film Yesterday and in the heart of Banksy’s Spraycation public gallery around coastal Norfolk and Suffolk!

A stunning 5 bedroom Victorian house that has just undergone extensive refurbishment. The house is a stones throw from the beautiful Gorleston beach. There's plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs within walking distance. The house itself is set over 3 floors with 2 large living rooms both with Sky TV including sports and movie channels and plenty of games, books and toys to keep the children entertained. The garden is a lovely sun trap with rattan furniture and a BBQ to enjoy alfresco dining.

Gorleston beach has been listed in the top 10pc of attractions across the globe in the 2020 TripAdvisor Travellers' Choice. It has a long sandy beach with a children's splash pad in the summer and boat pond. Lighthouse View is 5 mins walk from this wonderful beach. Lots of nearby pubs and a fairground. The house itself has 5 large bedrooms (2 with views of the sea), kitchen, family room, sitting room/dining room. Pretty garden and hot tub. There is parking for 2 cars at the back of the house.
