Vinterbonat century house in lovely agricultural environment in Roslagen. Close to the sea, forest and lake as well as a small community with various shops. The house is close to the main building. In the nearby area there are farm shops, cafes and restaurants within bicycle distance. In the house there are several tiled ovens, fireplace and wood stove. Large bathroom with shower and WC and sauna on the upper floor. The kitchen is a large charming country kitchen with modern equipment such as integration hall, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.

There is possibility to rent sauna and a smaller boat for any fishing. To the jetty there are 30m, swimming area with walking distance about 200 meters. The house has four beds. To shops and restaurants it is about 6 km. There's a golf course, including mini golf. Bikes to rent if you want to go on an excursion.

The nearest lake is Erken, where there are several different bathing areas and scenic areas. At the cottage there is a wood-fired sauna.
