There is also a small roof terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Parking is available right by the apartment, also for electric cars.

The house is brightly furnished and modernly decorated as a tiny house with everything you need. The kitchen and living room are open with plenty of light, and from the kitchen window, the living room door and the terrace, there is a limited view of the water, depending on the season. Outdoor spa on the cozy terrace with the forest as a neighbour.

There is a large, beautiful living room and two bedrooms - both with 'king size' double beds and therefore plenty of room for 4 adults, or for 2 adults and 2-3 children.

Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.
