Fun space, super clean and comfy. Jason is quick to respond and very accommodating if you have late arrivals or last minute needs. Would stay again.

This was our first AirBnB! We had such an amazing experience at the Captain’s Quarters. It was clean and well put together. We were so glad that we were able to have our dog with us. Jason even allowed her to play in his yard.

LOVED this place! Great location and Jason gave us a few places to check out while we were visiting as well! Can’t wait to stay here again, hopefully soon!

Wow, what a find, we have stayed in a lot of airbnb small properties and this has proved to be one of the best. It was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. No hesitation in recommending it to any couple wanting a few days in the area!

A lot of TLC went into this guesthouse that really suited our needs. Our host takes pride in his rental and it shows. The price is so reasonable that I'm certain it rents quickly so don't hesitate.

The space was lovely and just the right size for my wife and I. Bed was comfortable. The bottle of wine was a lovey touch. Great location, just minutes from downtown Jacksonville.

A charming and well appointed space. My hubby and I enjoyed 3 days and nights. Pro's: quite roomy studio, very clean, and a large and gorgeous front porch with beautiful outdoor space. Also need to check in with the on premise owners to retrieve the key to your studio. I appreciated that. Even tho you are essentially in their backyard, with their home being very close - we enjoyed absolute privacy. A few very good restaurants within walking distance, with a caveat below. Cons: Horrible bed, Queen Size. Very soft, with a big dip in the middle. We woke up each morning feeling 100 years old and sore. Sleeping with our head at the foot end only slightly helped. The shower curtain rod refused to stay put, randomly crashing to the floor whether you were in the shower or not. No cable TV, and the internet is spotty. The immediate neighborhood was sketchy, glad that my very big husband was with me. Overall, a clean and nice place to stay, for a very reasonable price. The cons can be easily addressed by the hosts, except for the location. With all this being said, I would still recommend this place.

Me and my newlywed husband stayed at Alyssa's place for part of our honeymoon. It was a beautiful historic place to stay. It was like a duplex on top of another house instead of on the side like we are used to. My husband loved the unique paintings found in the hallway. We felt right at home the moment we walked in with a thought welcome in sign there to greet us. We also went to the local Bold Bean coffee shop she suggested and it was a big hit. (We are both very big coffee people) I would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed here with our young kids and Alyssa was so helpful! There was a crib for our baby and even some toys and books for them to play with. The place was so cute and clean. The location was great too; quiet but super walkable to restaurants and shops. So glad we picked this place for our trip!

This Air BnB perfectly captures the essence of what it is to live in and enjoy Riverside! It's location is ideal, very close to all the restaurants and bars on King street and also very close to the historic Five Points district! You even have one of the best local coffee shops within a five minute walking distance. In terms of easy access to the neighborhood and getting to enjoy how walk-able this community is this listing can't be beat! The house itself exudes the historic Riverside charm that as a former resident I absolutely love. The house is tastefully decorated and you will have lots of space to lounge in on a rainy day and a full kitchen to cook in case you need a break from eating out in town. I could sit inside by the windows in the living room just spending an entire day reading! Alyssa is also such a wonderful host. Her responses are very prompt and she clearly is passionate about being a host and ensuring that you fully enjoy your experience staying in her Air BnB. If you're looking for a place to stay while you visit Jacksonville please look no further, you've found the spot!

The first floor apartment here is a wonderful, charming oasis, licated in a hundred-year old neighborhood with countless cafes, restaurants, bars and coffee-shops nearby. Check-in was very easy with precise and accurate instructions. The entire place is spotless, and furnished with excellent bed linen and plush towels. The bed is large and extremely comfortable. I particularly like the original wood floors. Alyssa is a marvelous host, friendly, reponsive and full of helpful tips and suggestions. I highly recommend this superb value, located in the terrific Riverside neighborhood...

This home is a gem in Five Points (downtown Jax). Alyssa is quick to respond and very helpful with local ideas and ways to make yourself at home. The house is a cute 2-story duplex in a very quiet, safe neighborhood. The convenience to grocery, coffee shop and downtown are added bonuses. The home is updated and her decorative touches make it extra upscale. The bed is super comfortable and it’s so nice to have a full kitchen and washer/dryer. There is a convenient glass dining table to do work, share meals or enjoy as part of the ambiance. She makes great use of the space to house more people. The heater works quick and well. She has a coffee available as well, which was super helpful.

Wow...this is the best Airbnb experience I have ever had. The apartment is immaculate and chock full of small details that make the stay feel like you are in a home away from home. The space itself is decorated incredibly well, the beds are comfortable, the whole process was 5 stars. Location is a quick few minutes from downtown. This place should be used as a template for all other Airbnbs to follow. Absolutely professional and every facet of the stay was top notch. A+

Was a great stay

This was my first time staying in an Airbnb by myself. At first I was a little nervous, but once I got there I felt right at home! The set up was amazing, everything was so clean and comfy. When visiting Jax, I’ve stayed in hotels that were 20-40 minutes from my sister, and I picked this Airbnb not knowing the location, and it ended up only being 10 minutes from her which was really nice! I had such a great experience and would definitely go back!

This place worked out perfect for my husband and step-daughter to stay in. We went to a concert at the VyStar Arena and it was less than 10 mins. away. The space is meticulously and tastefully done and very comfortable. Feels like home!

I love the quick responses to my questions from the very beginning. The Apt. was very clean and had a nice ambience. Simple but yet refreshing. The host was very considerate and provided lots of info on the local area. All in all, it was a great stay, and the adjustable bed was a nice surprise!

This unit was so stylish and comfy! We stay at Airbnb often and in several cities - this unit ranks as one of the very best! It was the perfect size for two (plus our small dog) and had all the amenities we could hope for. Jorge and Stephanie were so helpful at check-in, with restaurant suggestions and on check out! The apartment is so cozy and quaint, but also tastefully decorated and the perfect size for two people. Located in a quiet neighborhood near town. We flew in the day before our cruise and needed a place to stay for one night. Jorge and Stephanie were very accommodating and always very quick to respond if we had questions. The apartment itself is so comfortable and homey, not to mention spotlessly clean. You can really tell they put a lot of care into the place. Check in was very easy and convenient. WiFi, Netflix, and Hulu were available for guests as well as light snacks, water, and soda. We would definitely stay again! Highly recommend!

Very tranquil atmosphere. The owners did a great job putting thought into every corner of this place. I really enjoyed the complimentary snacks and the lighting. Definately would reserve this place again if down in Jacksonville again.

We enjoyed our stay at the tiny home! For our first time in a tiny house it went fairly smooth. The composting toilet was a little intimidating at first. The book of local tips lead us to a delicious dinner and leftovers for breakfast at a local Mexican restaurant.

Although a only had a quick one night stay on our way through Florida we thoroughly enjoyed it. The host was very responsive and the directions were perfect. Wish we had more time. Everything was very clean which is always a big plus for us.

Nicole and Todd's place is lovely! They have thought through all the details. It was the perfect place to relax in between a work conference. They even had snacks waiting for me when I arrived!

This tiny house is excellent and just as described. I only stayed for one night but it was exactly what I needed - private, quiet, clean, and affordable. Javier and Esteffany were very responsive to my questions; getting in was easy, and the tiny home is very cute and clean. Unfortunately, it was probably one of the coldest nights ever in Jacksonville and while the heater did help, it wasn't enough. I'm sure this is rare though.

They are great with accommodations! There was an issue with me and my husbands stay. I thought I booked for a guesthouse and ended up misunderstanding the add. Javier and Estefany accommodated me and my husband to another one of their locations! We will definitely be back in the near future! They were great their places were super clean and very quiet!

Thanks for the awesome stay! Everything was made simple, and was very easy to deal with. He provided us with the check in details (including the wifi password) a few days prior to arrival, which was important for us as we are from Canada and could not use data on our phone. The tiny house was more than we expected, bigger than it appeared in the pictures, and located right off the highway for easy access to the events we had planned during our stay. Would stay again and would definitely recommend to our friends :)

We booked her Airbnb less than 24 hours before our arrival time and when we got there the place was immaculate and also personalized with recommendations and a very warm welcome overall. Alyssa had extremely fast responses when needed and made myself and guests feel very comfortable for our stay. I would book again and if I ever need to come to Jacksonville in the future, I will 100% book one of her places if they are available. This is a lovely property full of character. The furniture is steeped in history, yet the host has made it a charming space that has an ideal location to help explore Jacksonville.

We left vacation in NC and we’re looking for a halfway point to home as we were traveling with our 8 week old daughter and my grandmother. This was a perfect spot for the night! Alyssa has it decorated just perfectly. Not too much and not too little. It was absolutely cozy! She was prompt and quick with her responses even before booking.

Josh is such a good guy ! His house is such a big wonderful place. The kitchen is great, and we made a big meal there. All roommates are polite, including the friendly dog. We also do laundry, just like at home. Strongly recommend!

This Airbnb is the perfect location! You get everything you need. It’s clean, there’s amazing dogs (extremely friendly! Named Pancake). The house is beautiful, quiet neighborhood, located close to a beach and food. This is our second time staying here and there will be a third time!

Wonderful host!

Warren and his wife are truly great hosts. I spent 3 months staying with them (Nov-Feb). You have the whole top floor to yourself (which can be locked from the inside if you feel the need too) and if you are staying for any considerable length of time you can use their kitchen and laundry facilities downstairs. The breakfasts are so yummy and a nice touch to ones stay, plus Warren catered to my dietary requirements (one less meal to sort out is always a bonus I feel). Their two elderly dogs and their cat are so sweet and pleasant natured, no barking or jumping just a friendly tail wags. The neighborhood is safe. I ran, cycled and walked around the area and even in the evenings. Publix is within walking distance (only crazy British people like me don't rent a car whist in Jacksonville). Really powerful shower and the big double bed which was very comfortable, such a nice surprise! I will definitely book to stay here again if I was to return to Jacksonville.

Very nice, clean, reserved and nice space. Warren gave us all the attention and declined any time to help. In the three breakfasts we had the opportunity to spend, Warren prepared very good sandwiches. Each day was a different and well-done breakfast. It is located in a very nice region.

Johnny’s place was clean, nice, and well worth the cost. His place was very convenient to the airport and the access to inside house with the electric lock was awesome.

Johnny was super sweet! Him and his wife showed me the place when I got there and were very welcoming. Bed was super comfy and the location was close to pretty much everything.

Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Johnny was an amazing host who responded to my questions within 5 minutes or less each time. Instructions to check in were very simple. The house was very clean and well furnished. There are a lot of areas in the house that you’re allowed to use freely. I’m pregnant so I was really hoping the bed would be comfortable and I was not disappointed, I got the best sleep ever literally. You don’t have to worry about interruptions as the house is extremely quiet. Johnny was also helpful enough to accommodate my last minute schedule change with no problems. Best bang for your back if not even better, would definitely recommend you to book your next stay here.

Not only was check-in a BREEZE, Po made everything super simple. She gave us fantastic directions on how to check in, where to park etc. There were no questions on our part. The guest cottage was SUPER COMFY and had great amenities! The tv even had Netflix! There were spare blankets and pillows offered and wifi for visitors. the cottage was in a really nice town and pretty close to the highway.

Po’s place was even better than what I could see in the photos! The cottage was even bigger and nicer than what I expected from the photos! There was a full kitchen so you can bring food and cook if you like, a bathroom which she has stocked with plenty of shampoo and soap if you forgot yours like we did, oops. A big closet of you want to settle in and a desk if you need to work or study. It was very spacious for two people and she had many personal touches that made it feel just like home. She even provided us with a huge list of local activities and restaurants that she recommended. She was very quick with responding to any inquiries. The cottage was sparkling clean and very private. If I’m in the area I will definitely stay here again!

Lovely space for one or two, you really think you are at the beach:). Lots of thoughtful touches and the hosts are very responsive and welcoming. A private space close to tons of good restaurants, stores, etc and most importantly, the beach!

My husband and I stayed here and lived like a local ! We Enjoyed all the amenities near by ! Super great location in Jacksonville Beach FL. Close to Anything you need . Great Trader Joe’s 10 min away, restaurants ,handfuls of great beaches! The beaches in the area have been dog friendly and absolutely wonderful ! Great spot to call home , and wonderful host . Will return and stay here in the future !

This is a quaint little place that is described well in the listing. We were there for personal matters and found the location excellent. Close to Mayo Clinic and Jax Beaches. Including Atlantic & Neptune Beach which is our favorite area in Jacksonville. James and Sarah's communication and hospitality was well above average and the space was very clean. We will plan to book again on our next trip in the area.

Bonnie gave a very warm greeting and was very helpful with suggestions of places to go out. Her place is right in the heart of Jax Historical District. It is a great 1926 home. The decor has a lot of interesting touches that makes you feel like you are in a special place. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable single bed. The back yard is a wonderful place to sit and relax. Highly recommended to any solo traveler.

Great place. The room is beautiful with lots of natural light. We had plenty of privacy - you even get a private entrance. We didn't see Jennifer at all. Location is great. There's a bomb taco place right around the corner, and the whole neighborhood is beautiful.

What a great place to stay.

The bunglow is comfortable and has everything you need. It has accessibility comforts at home with mobility limitations and also has the necessary equipment to have a long-term stay including washing machine, kitchen, implements and others. Ambre replies to the messages quite quickly and was very helpful at the time we asked for his help. 100% recommended

Great place. Very stylish, easy check in. This was perfect for my weekend trip but also nice for a long stay. I advice bringing a game console or streaming stick (e.i. Firestick, chromecast) in order to watch something other than cable tv. Overall, 10/10 stay!

Great space, with plenty in the area to explore. The European Sandwich cafe nearby was worth the stay alone! Clean space and friendly host. I felt right at home.

This is a great place to stay while visiting Jacksonville, especially if you are bringing a dog! It is close to the beach and the Riverside Arts Market. Drew and Stacey were fast to respond which I appreciated! The bungalow was well equipped with everything I needed- coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge, and even dog bowls! The best part is the large fenced backyard, which my dog loved exploring!

We spent a weekend and loved our stay. The room was exactly as advertised plus additional nice touches (snacks, plenty of towels, gorgeous yard). We will definitely try to stay here on our future trips to Jax.

Stacey and Drew are delightful hosts. The guest house is cozy and comfortable in a quiet, residential neighborhood. It was a perfect place for me to stay on my way south.

If you’re wanting to stay close to the football/baseball stadiums or VyStar Venue, then this is the place! Access to an Uber within six minutes, thoughtful snacks left out by the hosts, charming bungalow in the backyard with a lovely backyard. Definitely recommend.

My daughter & I were in town to attend a concert at Vystar Veterans Arena. After trying to find a reasonably priced hotel in the area & not having much luck, fortunately I found Cristina's place on AirBnb. Her place is incredible! They have restored this home to an absolute beauty. My daughter & I had plenty of room & enjoyed the coffee, snacks & chocolates thoughtfully provided for us by our host. The beds are very comfortable. Cristina had even provided extra blankets for us since there was a cold snap the evening that we stayed. The home is perfectly located if you are attending an event downtown. The arena was a short 10 min Uber ride for us which beat driving! If attending another event downtown, I won't hesitate to stay at Cristina's place again!

Great historic property that has been well restored. The house was very clean. We were out and about most of the time but we never heard the guests above. The beds were comfortable. Cristina’s communication was on point.

The Blue House is a gem! Possibly the best AirBNB I have stayed in, especially for the value. Great location in an historic neighborhood close to downtown Jacksonville. The house was sparkling clean and stylish in design. I like older houses, and the renovations to this place were carefully crafted while maintaining the character and charm including a big front porch, wood floors and high ceilings. The amenities were amazing! Pool, ping pong, foosball, hammocks, and pool table just to name a few. Within walking distance to great restaurants. We really liked BB's (be sure to get a desert). We would definitely stay here again if we ever get to Jacksonville again!

We loved our stay here. It’s central and within minutes of great area restaurants. It’s impeccably clean and modern. Parking is easy, right in the building. Amenities are great. I would highly recommend it.

This is a really cute space! It’s very welcoming & the decor is great. Loved the hanging plants! It was quiet & comfortable. I wish we’d had time to take a bath, but the shower pressure was awesome & tons of hot water to enjoy! There were so many nice touches like the IPA’s & chilled glasses & coozies in the fridge as well as the Brita pitcher full of cold water, & everything we’d need for coffee or tea! There were a lot of really helpful toiletries & whatnot in the drawer in the bathroom that I wound up really appreciating! The bed was very comfy & we had everything we needed. We were in town for a wedding & hope to come back to use this space for the beach as it’s intended! Thank you Amber & Joe!

This “surf bungalow” was the cutest and coziest Airbnb I’ve stayed in! Although it was quaint, had everything I needed. Jacksonville beach is so easy to get around and park places, but it would have been great and a close walk to the beach as well. If I ever find myself in Jacksonville again, I would love to stay there for longer. :)

Really enjoyed the stay

Charlie was incredibly communicative and helpful. It was a little cold our first night, and unprompted, he brought up blankets just in case we needed them. I will definitely be staying here if we return to Jacksonville. This is the host you want, I promise!

Charlie’s place was excellent. I really enjoyed my stay there, he was very responsive to my messages and he made the overall experience wonderful. When I go back to Jacksonville, I will definitely look up his place first.

House was great and ready a bit early for us as we had all been traveling from different states. Ran out of a few things here and there but they were quick to respond, we took care of a few things because we used them, seemed only right. Everything was clean and comfortable. As described.

Everything was clean and check-in/accessing the property was easy. Responsiveness was also very quick when I had questions prior to and during the stay. Such a nice, quiet neighborhood.

Vicky and Freddy’s place was perfect for our family weekend in Jacksonville. Everything looks great just like the pictures show and is very spacious. It was super clean and had many extra touches, include snacks and coffee. The beds were all very comfortable and the sheets were soft and clean. The master shower is straight out of a 5-star hotel! As an Airbnb host myself, I appreciate their quick responses and great space. It is conveniently located to many restaurants, shopping, and everything Jacksonville has to offer. We really liked the quiet neighborhood and quick drive to the interstate. We will definitely be back. Thanks again Vicky and Freddy!

The Carriage House was so cute and cozy. The neighborhood was adorable. The only items we could have used were a coffee cup or 2. I’d stay again if we were to visit this area again.

This carriage house is cute as a button. In the heart of the Springfield Historic District in Jacksonville, we were within walking distance to everything we needed that weekend. The neighborhood is in the middle of a beautiful revitalization, and pride in the neighborhood is evident. The host provided suggestions for everything from food and entertainment to beaches and everything in between. We had everything we needed plus some really beautiful touches. They even left popcorn for our stay-in-movie-night-in-the-rain. We loved the neighborhood so much we’re hoping to move here! Such a beautiful weekend! Thank you so much!

The airbnb was extremely clean, cute, and stylish. If you are a fan of tiny homes, this is the perfect setup for you. They managed to consolidate everything you could possibly need into an absolutely adorable space. Getting in was easy and parking was provided. It was right next to a Wawa so getting coffee & gas on the way out was really easy as well!

Very clean. Close to highway and local businesses. Great for 1-2 people to spend a couple nights. Great value. Only cons are as mentioned by others very loud main road which shakes the house at times. Also there are multiple airbnbs at this location so no idea who is who walking around the property.

We were excited to stay in a tiny house because it's something we've never tried before. The reviews were pretty accurate. The place has everything you need. We were under a tornado warning, so we probably should have evacuated...but we hunkered down & rode it out just fine. There was no live tv, but we were able to get updates on our phone so that was ok as well.
