Very secure and very quiet despite being in the centre of the capital city. The area is very affluent, near the famous Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia and EX mall. Close to many 5 star hotels and many of the best nightlife in Jakarta. As the apartment's balcony faces the pool - No noise pollution at all. Cabs such as Blue Bird and Express (best in Indonesia) stationed just downstairs. Other mode of transportation - motorcycle taxi (ojek) also stationed downstairs. The Gambir train station is located just 8 minutes by taxi. From and to the airport takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour with no bad traffic.

  • Milly’s place is in the city center. Everything is accessible, including shopping malls and groceries. The tourist spots are also nearby and can be reached via Grab. Although we experienced a minor problem on the first day when we reached at around 630pm and the place has not been cleaned yet, Milly was very responsive and urgently sent a maid to clean and replace the bed sheets and towels. The unit itself may have seen better days but still, it’s a good value for the money. Will I stay here again if I visit Jakarta? A big fat YES.

  • Location location location. The property is located on top of a mall with generous options of food and restaurant. I was planning to order food from online service upon arrival but I didn't have to. The place is squeaky clean and the internet is fast for streaming movies and binge watching. A little suggestion, a better pillow can be nice.

The unit in 22nd floor with the city lights view. •Amenities Everything i want is provided in the unit. Iron with the board, washing machine, and extra sofa bed ( which is my favorite spot to enjoy some indonesian culinary + choices of movies from netflix ) . •Interior Just love it!! Modern and very details with all the decoration and the light u can adjust for sleep mode. The most important thing is HOMY. I dont wanna go out, just stay and order some food from GO-JEK.lol Overall with the price, location and inside of the unit is WORTH THE PRICE. Definitely, will book Jan Airbnb again for my next trip. From the airport, easily reached by several DAMRI buses: Rawamangun, stop when the bus exiting the toll road at UNJ bus shelter continued by busway to Dukuh Atas direction (stop at Pasar Genjing shelter) and walk for 5 min to home. Alternatively, bus Gambir station at destination. From here, the easiest way is to take a taxi starting from 20,000. From my house you can go to other parts of Jakarta using taxi, Jakarta buses (transJakarta), train and other means (ojek), and a combination of bus and train.   • The location is a bit corner but you can use the grab. The entrance is a house with vines up the wall. A little later, the pool comes out and you can enter your own room. The rooms are spacious and include a bed, table, two chairs, a refrigerator, a chest of drawers, a shoe rack and a kitchen table. The bathroom has a toilet and chest of drawers. Wash basin water pressure is not strong, but shower water pressure is strong. It is clean and tidy. There are outlets on both sides of the bed for you to use. The host is friendly and I think the pool looks bigger than it looks. It is highly recommended for those who are in danger of being out of bed, who value the comfort of the room rather than the surrounding facilities.

    The building is right next to the ocean, where you get beautiful views straight towards the ocean from the Swimming Pool. You can also get a nice ocean view from the apartment balcony. We design the space with less clutter and slim furniture, so you have more room and space in the apartment. A spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, with a large double bed in the master bedroom and a pullout single (can be turned into a double) bed in the smaller room. The apartment itself is 75m2, with 2 bedroom fitted with Queen Size beds. Extra mattresses are available upon request. WiFi is provided with the apartment, and basic amenities such as paper towels, shampoo, soap, towels, various cooking ingredients, among others.   • We really enjoyed our stay at Aji’s place. It was cosy and we felt like we were in our own home. We liked that the place was clean, had all the basic cooking utensils, and even a towel rack. Location wise, superb. Close proximity to Muara Karang / Pluit meant we never ran out of food options. The was also a mall below the condo which had a supermarket, restaurants, and kids play areas (a life-saver considering we had a very active toddler with us!). Convenience store and laundry was just a few steps away from the lobby. Aji himself has been a very responsive host and very pleasant to deal with. If there’s one thing we could be pedantic about, was that water not draining properly in the main bathroom shower. While showering you need to turn the tap off periodically so water would flow down the drain and not pool around your feet. Overall, we loved our stay and couldn’t recommend Aji’s place highly enough. We will definitely stay again. Thanks for everything, Aji!

    Rumah Komering is located at Central of Jakarta, it is very close to many shopping center such as Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia, Mall Taman Anggrek, Central Park etc. As well as nearby to the National Monument, Gambir Train Station, Istiqlal Mosque, many office buildings and plenty of restaurant choices. Rumah Komering is in small complex at the central so the road to access this complex in the evening is only one access for safety reason.
    Our 3 storeys house is renovated with modern and cozy furnishing 4 bedrooms and 3 wide common space. The house is really spacious for big family to spend holiday in Jakarta. The house has many common spaces such as lounge, living and dining room, pantry, kitchen, upstairs lounge, and huge common space at the basement. This house has kitchen appliances that can be used. Size of bed : Master Room at second floor with 1 king size bed (200x200cm) and 1 en-suite bathroom 2 Rooms at second floor with double bed (160x200cm) with one shared bathroom 1 Room at first floor with two stacked single bed (100x200cm) with one bathroom We also provide airport transfer and breakfast with certain fee and you have to inform us at least 3 days before your arrival. Our cars are 7 seaters cars so it can only fit for 4 people include the baggages. Our new service for our beloved guests is body massage. Guest can order to us prior check in for body massage in our house for only $8 per hour.
    The house is very close to mini mart, restaurants, Starbuck, 24-hour KFC and McDonald that can be reached by walking distance.

  • Overall a very nice place, fancy, easy to access (near gambir & grand indonesia) and comfortable. Some lights were quite dim and some didn't even work (I forgot which room) but it didn't really bother us. Common area is scarier than the picture so we didn't use this room. Ms.Chaterin and Ms.Lina (co-host) are very nice and responsive. All house assistants are men and they are nice and helpful. Definitely will come again. Thank you for the great experience.

It's a short 5 - 10 mins, 150 meters walking to Grand Indonesia, Thamrin City, and luxurious Plaza Indonesia shopping malls, also 5 star hotels such as Grand Hyatt, Mandarin Oriental, and Kempinski, as well as 15 mins walk to historic Hotel Indonesia roundabout. You can shop, go to cinemas, and hop on to some of the best restaurants in Jakarta :) There are laundry services, ATMs, mini market just below the apartment. Recently renovated, so everything as new as it can be and very clean. Convenience stores, restaurants, pizza stations, banks, dry clean services, and taxi stands are all here. Gym, Sauna, Whirpool, large Swimming pool, and tennis court are all in the building. We provides coffee equipments, we have french press and manual drip brewing, so caffeine junkie have no worries. We prepare towels, toothpaste, shampoos, but please bring your own toothbrush and do NOT take the ones in the flat. Please :) We speak Indonesian, English, and German (my wife), so feel free to ask any! Plus, a lot of foreigners are living in the same building as well, so you can probably get some friends.   • Dicky's apartment is located right beside MT Haryono road, near to Cawang Train Station (5 mins walk) and also near to Tebet which have lots of meals and leisure options. The apartment itself are not quite packed and noisy at all. It has 24 hours security, bank and atm in the ground floor, minimarket at the basement. Gym and pool available for us to use. Laundy also available in the apartment building. Overall we do enjoy to stay at Dicky's place. :)

  • It’s a very worth stay compared to the rate. The check-in process was easy, even though we need to read the instructions very carefully. The room is sparkling clean, enough amenities (don’t have hairdryer and iron) and spacious. However it doesn’t have wardrobe so I don’t think it’s suitable for long-term stay. Since MT Haryono has a lot on-going public infrastructure installation, the environment was a little dusty, crowded but I think if this is the most valuable offering if you have to stay overnight around Cawang and MT Haryono.

    Hi to our future guest/s ;) This is our second listing for central Jakarta, this time it's a bigger space, it's a 100 square meters modern styled apartment located in the heart of Jakarta downtown, very central. It's just above Thamrin City (where you can find as many batik or muslim clothes you wish for, for a very good price), a short 5 - 10 mins, 150 meters walking to Grand Indonesia, and luxurious Plaza Indonesia shopping malls, also 5 star hotels such as Grand Hyatt, Mandarin Oriental, and Kempinski, as well as 15 mins walk to historic Hotel Indonesia roundabout. You can shop, go to cinemas, and hop on to some of the best restaurants in Jakarta :) There are laundry services, ATMs, mini market, and also a big supermarket just below the apartment. The space used to be rented annually, but the tenant has kept good care of it, so it has been well maintained so far. Convenience stores, restaurants, pizza stations, banks, dry clean services, and taxi stands are all here. Gym, olympic size Swimming pool, jacuzzi, garden, and jogging track are all in the building. We provides coffee and tea equipments, so you should be good to go for a quick breakfast. We prepare towels, toothpaste, shampoos, but please bring your own toothbrush and do NOT take the ones in the flat (in case the previous guest left them). Please :) We speak Indonesian, English, and German, so feel free to ask any! Plus, a lot of foreigners are living in the same building as well, so you can probably get some friends. Please keep things clean and be responsible. Don't leave your leftover foods in the fridge, wash the dishes before you leave, no shoes inside, in Asia we take off our shoes in the house, please obey :)
    Surrounding areas are lively, busy, you'll love it :D Make sure you walk next door to "Tanamera Coffee Roastery", have breakfast with a cup of cappuccino there, it's a gem and it's usually packed ;)

  • A really airy and fantastic apartment in a central location - although I had some difficulty explaining to taxi and grab drivers on where the lobby is. I had a comfortable stay with my family. We used the kitchen a lot during our stay, and I would recommend that some of the cutlery and cookware could be retired and replace completely. Miranda should also consider providing a gallon of water for the guests to make the stay more comfortable.

  • The apartment was spacious and had basic amenities needed for a short stay. The apartment is centrally located near malls and restaurants. Thamrin area is probably one of the best areas to stay. My apartment is a strict non-smoking room. You can head to the balcony (behind the big curtains in the picture) and kindly close the balcony door to do your smoking so smoke won’t get inside the studio room.   • I had a good time spending night in here :) everything looks exactly like the photos (even better), and also very clean. Braelyn is a very warm and nice host. She also explained everything thoroughly so I found it’s very easy to check in & check out. plus it’s very near to Central Park Mall and Neo Soho Mall, just 2 mins walk. Thank you Braelyn for the wonderful accomodation and also your kind hospitality. I recommend you guys to book this airbnb if you need accomodation around Jakarta Barat.

  • If you looking the most strategic place, this is what are you looking for. It was spacious, clean, and had a nice view in the bedroom. The kitchen stuffs was enough (it’ll be greater if the host add more stuffs and change the old one). Recommend.

  • The place is ideally located....easy to access....food easily available and for those who like shopping will not be disappointed... you can spend the whole weekend to explore the whole mall. Pretty clean ..ideally for 2 person only .....towel is too small....not enough clothes hanger...a bit stiff in price but still a place to be recommended
