Deine Wohnung blickt in den kleinen, gepflegten Hinterhof des Hauses und du hast alle Annehmlichkeiten der Stadt vor der Tür. 30m zum Bäcker, 70m zum öffentlichen Parkplatz, 100m zur Donau und 200m zum Ludwigsplatz mit Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house close to the famous Passau Triple River Corner directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet, only the living room has a window to a schoolyard in which temporary students noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, so enough laundry, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.

Apartment near city center. It looks bright and very friendly and is mainly booked because of the location, the tasteful, well maintained. Equipment, the pretty balcony, the almost immediate location at the inn and the complete equipment (spices and other kitchen utensils, also shower gel etc) You can leave the car on the parking lot and on the walking and cycling path in 10 min. walk to the city center. Shopping and bus stop approx. 100 m
