We're close to everything around the Oklahoma side of Lake Texoma. 1 mile from Catfish Bay marina. About a mile from 2 casinos. Less than a mile from Chickasaw Pointe Golf Course. 7 bedrooms, with queen beds & 4 bathrooms. Spacious kitchen/dining area. Huge great room with 65" TV. Large patio with firepit with plenty of room to relax & unwind. Lots of space to park, play and chill.

It is 9 miles to Madill and 13 to Ardmore, both of which have grocery stores and WalMarts although most of the restaurants are to be found in Ardmore. Stop on the way in and pick up your provisions, there is a full size fridge/freezer.

The large kitchen is open to the living and dining and has all your cooking essentials (full list of items given upon request). All beds have memory foam toppers. The master bed has a large shower and separate tub as well as double sinks and vanity. Enjoy the back deck with charcoal grill and outdoor eating area. Only 5 minute drive to marina and beach area!
