We had the perfect stay at Tina’s place - couldn’t have asked for more. The apartment is spacious yet cosy and the beds are so comfy. It was also lovely and warm which was great for getting our wet ski gear dry. Tina was super responsive all the time and made our stay so relaxed, especially after a stressful start with cancelled flights and missing luggage! The apartment is in a great location - easy walk or 5 min taxi into Kitzbuhel - with plenty of parking. Tina recommended a couple of restaurants - Gasthaus Hagstein and Gasthaus Ruetzen - we went to both and they were both fantastic. We didn’t try Alpenpizzeria just over the road as it was closed on a Sunday but 10 mins walk into town is Don Luigi which is randomly upstairs above a sports centre and was super delicious.

Four of us (2 x couples) stayed at Tina’s apartment for skiing this February. It was well equipped and very comfortable for our needs - would have no hesitation to rebook. The apartment is slightly out of town but very walkable. There were two bus stops in close proximity that took us to the main ski area. The supermarkets are 5-10minutes walk away - so ideal. This was the first time we had skied at Kitzbühel but we hope to come back next year!

A cozy and clean apartment in a great location!

This apartment was perfect for my friend and me. The kitchen is well equipped and although the apartment is not in the centre of town, the walk wasn’t that far. It was clean and ready for our arrival. Tina responded quickly to any questions that we had and check and out were easy.

Good place, quiet and Just few minutes to city centre and the slopes

The apartment is the perfect choice for a skiing holiday in Kitzbühel. It was cozy, clean and the city center was easy to reach on foot. The four of us had more than enough space and could enjoy the time there!

The loft is a lovely quiet space whilst still having easy access to everything Kitzbühel has to offer.

Clean, exceptional location, quaint, and nice hosts!

The apartment is super almost directly on the slopes. It is fully furnished and super clean. Peter is a certified ski instructor and you can learn a lot from him. The kitchen is fully equipped and you will find everything you need to cook. Even a kettle and toaster. Everything is there. The friendly nature of the hosts is also to be emphasized and the dog was also allowed to be there. It was an experience and the apartment is a little insider tip in Kitzbühel. We will come back for sure. Oh yes. A parking space in front of the house is also available.

Peter's place is very close to Hahnenkamm, which is the main ski lift in kitzbuhel. During the stay, Michaela (peter's assistant) had been a great help with local tips on where to go. My daughter and I also had a ski lesson with her which we enjoyed very much.

We have been here for the third time and we just like it a lot!

We stayed at Peters place for two nights and had a fun and relaxing time. We really enjoyed the pinball machine, the BBQ and having a beer with Peter over a few rounds of Mario Brothers. Thank you so much for the great time! It is such a just a beautiful location we can only but recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Elisabeth’s place. The amenities are great - we had everything that we needed. We had a car so we were happy that there was plenty of parking around. The location is great for walking to town and to the gondola (taking the bus was also very convenient). We didn’t get to meet Elisabeth, but she is very easy to communicate with, she answered my numerous questions and provided plenty of local tips.

This place had everything we needed and felt very homey. Nestled in the Austrian mountains, a five minute walk to the station and less to a market, the location was perfect. I would gladly stay here again or recommend it to a friend!

Tina was great! My entire family could not believe the views that we were treated to. We even got to enjoy a great Football match from our terrace on the first evening. The kitchen was ideal for cooking big meals and the space was more than enough for everyone. Tina made our stay as easy as possible. Many thanks for that!

First of all it was really nice to organize the trip with Tina, she’s really flexible and we could come whenever we wanted and she makes sure we’re happy with the place when we get there which shows she really cares that she wants the people to enjoy their trips in her place :) This place was great! We were 6 girls and there was a lot of space for all of us ! The terrace is the big advantage of the place with such a beautiful view on the mountains 😍 It was really clean and perfect when we got there!

Beautiful place surrounded by nature and icebergs

This is a lovely place to stay with great access to the slopes. Be prepared for a nice hike down the hill for restaurants but once you have a few drinks the hike up isn’t so bad. The room is so cosy and warm - almost everything is provided which is great and there’s nearby supermarkets (5 min drive) if you need anything.

Barbara was a great host. She has a wonderful personality and is responsive to any questions. She helped us with a restaurant reservation by contacting them herself and left a special treat by the door on my husband's birthday. Thanks Barbara and Rudy ( whom we met briefly ) for making our stay a memorable experience.

Awesome hosts! My brother and I skied 5 days and enjoyed the convenience of staying just a 5 minute walk from the gondola. Barbara was very helpful in assisting us with whatever we needed. Clean, cozy and convenient, our stay was fantastic. Highly recommended!

Barbara was lovely and so was her apartment! Convenient to get to the slopes (a short walk up the hill behind the apartment, and a ski down to the main gondola). Barbara went out of her way to help us out, getting up at 5:45 in the morning to ensure we got a taxi to the train station alright. Thank you!

The apartment is reflecting the all Kitzbühel atmosphere, very nice and so charming. The flat is super clean, so easy to find, easy to use and with a balcony, 2 actually. The host are very helpful and communication is never a problem. It was super lovely to have coffee and some fruits in the apparent. 100% top recommandation. (15 minutes walk (going up) from the train station, but it totally worst it)

Absolutely LOVED staying at Rudi and Barbara’s! Gorgeous apartment, super clean, loads of nice extra touches and the hosts were lovely. They gave me and my boyfriend an upgrade was really very kind of them. Hill up to the apartment is big though - be prepared for the trek!

Apartment is perfectly equipped, the location is really good for various excursions around Kitzbühel. Check in was very relaxed and totally relaxed on the day of departure! The landlady was very nice and helped with information.

A lovely little 1 bedroom apartment with all of the useful amenities and appliances you can think of. Manuela and Christoph were super helpful and responsive.

Apartment Helga is a one bedroom studio apartment located at the edge of town, but within walking distance to everything. Manuela and Christoph are excellent hosts! They are very communicative and helpful. The apartment has a full kitchen. A small bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe. The living room has a table, TV and sofa couch. We are a family of 4 and we had a comfortable stay for 3 nights.

Beautiful, spacious and cozy apartment in a great location. 2 balconies with great views. Perfect starting point for beautiful walks on Lake Schwarzsee, right outside the door the cross-country ski trail and in the village (Kitzbühel) a few minutes by car, you could also walk. The ski lifts are also very easy to reach. Barbara and her aunt, who lives under the apartment, were very welcoming and helpful. Value for money unbeatable. We will be back :-)

Very clean room in a beautiful house situated in a nice quiet area. I had a great time skiing in Söll and Kitzbühel. Excellent value and I highly recommend.

Silvia was a lovely host and showed great hospitality. She was very concerned of my well-being and helped me in many ways even when she did not have to. Can't recommend enough, the ski buses pass by a short walk away bringing you to the surrounding ski areas.

Theresa’s place was cozy and perfectly located. I was looking for a place to stay and ski without breaking my budget. This place was great because I was just a 20minute bus ride from the ski villages. Theresa was also very kind and helpful, meeting me at the bus stop so I wouldn’t get lost (I don’t speak German) and giving me tips about where to ski. And after a long day on the slopes, she offered me some warm tea. It was lovely.

Nice, quiet room on the outskirts with balcony. Good starting point for hikes. Attention: after 20h possibly no longer accessible by public transport (on foot about 30 minutes to the train station). I felt very well.

If i could put 10 stars for location i would. And 10 more stars for hospitality. Oh, and 10 for the breakfast! Andrea and Johan are wonderful hosts. I hope i get a chance to visit again someday.

Very cozy place in the middle of Kitzbuhel. Even better than the pictures.

Johann and Andrea were fabulous hosts, accommodating us with a late arrival and assisting us with the parking options. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast in their cafe downstairs every morning. The apartment was plenty big for 2 people. We easily walked from their place to shops, restaurants and to the Hahnenkamm lift. We would definitely recommend staying here and we’d stay here again!

We felt very comfortable with Karin. The rooms were very clean and cozy. We love to come back when we are back in Kitzbühel.

This is an absolute gem in Kitzbühel! Super convenient with luggage (easy 3-4 minute walk from the train station), close to everything in the center of town (lovely 10 minute walk), yet blissfully quiet at night. For skiers the ski room and laundry availability are awesome, and it’s an easy 15 minute walk or a 3 minute train ride to the Hahnenkammbane. It’s a small studio, but very stylish and brilliantly laid out. The full-sized refrigerator and complete kitchen were a godsend (especially during the World Cup races), and there’s a grocery store with a bakery on the next block. The armoire was big enough to keep my (rather large!) ski and regular wardrobes organized, and the breakfast nook and balcony were both great. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom/shower are great, and the climate control keeps it nice and toasty inside. Helene is a fantastic host - she’s super responsive, there were ski maps and town maps ready when I arrived, and she even kindly and quickly fixed things when I locked myself out (totally my fault 🙈). I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Kitzbühel - my friends who paid a lot more to stay at hotels were quite jealous and ended up hanging out at my AirBnB more often than not!

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. It's quite small but well equipped and very cozy. The location allows to explore the city only by foot what we really appreciated. This place is perfect for skiers and bikers because of the ski/bike room where you can store your equipment.

We had a wonderful trip to Kitzbühel. The apartment was very comfortable for four adults. Suzy was very accommodating, she even provided us with pasta and sauce when our arrival on a Sunday evening was delayed. We would stay again without hesitation.

We loved everything about our stay at Chalet Schoenblick. It is a cozy and comfortable house with a lovely yard and an incredible view of the Hahnenkamm. We arrived by train and did not need a car to walk to and from the town and the Hahnenkamm each day. (We stored our skis and snowboard at the mountain.) Logistically, it was a bit far to get our two small kids to ski school at Hahnenkamm (which is a bit farther) each day without a car. That said, we loved the location and it was very nice to be just outside of the town to have some space for the kids to play in the yard. Suzy was a wonderful, warm and welcoming host whose thoughtful touches made our stay memorable and one we hope to repeat. Thank you, Suzy!

The location is great even for guests without a car. We managed quite well as the chalet is just a few minutes walking to Hornbahn and a few minutes ride with a bus to Hahnekamm. The chalet has its charm, very clean and with everything you need. Even though we did not meet Suzy, she made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us regularly. Totally recommended!

Suzy was a wonderful host! She was very responsive and flexible ahead of our arrival and greeted us so warmly, with helpful advice for our stay. Importantly, the wi-fi code was offered even before my 12-year-old son thought to ask for it(!) and the wi-fi was surpassed his expectations too! The apartment has a great location, walking distance from the Hornbahn, and was nicely decorated, super clean, with all the space and amenities we needed, and more. Some thoughtful touches too, that made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed meeting Suzy and her husband, as well as her friendly pets and the whistling giraffe tea kettle too. A really great stay. Karin is a very good host who tries hard to make sure that your guests like her. She looked after us extremely friendly and gave us lots of tips on eating, skiing and going out. The accommodation is typical of the place, without luxury but very pretty; our room was prepared with many simple but lovely details such as coffee maker, cards and other small touches. The room is big enough with a nice balcony, the bathroom is small but very clean. We would love to come back and can recommend it to everyone!

Supernice studio, perfect for 1 person. (or two, if you like coziness). Very clean, nicely decorated, close to the trainstation and village, and on the background the charming sound of cowbells. Nice detail: coffeepads were present for the senseo machine. Would absolutely recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay at Evelyn's small studio apartment, which was perfectly comfortable and safe for me on my skiing holiday. I arrived early by train and took a taxi from Kirchberg station as I had heavy luggage and I knew the house was up the hill, which worked very well and cost 10 Euros. I called Evelyn on the phone and she appeared in an instant to welcome me. As it was early, she allowed me to leave my luggage at the house while apartment was being cleaned. Evelyn showed me around and gave useful directions. I went for a walk round the village and to supermarket, and by the time I returned my apartment was ready with lovely welcome board with my name on directing me to it. The place was spotless with charming touches like a large pack of coffee pads for the coffee machine, which lasted me all week, sweet treat and welcome note. I had a small charming balcony with lovely mountain view. Evelyn came to check on her guests in the evening to make sure they are settling in and are comfortable and was very responsive to any requests. Although I heard people in other apartments occasionally, all of them observed "quiet time after 10pm" rule and my stay was generally peaceful and quiet. Many thanks for wonderful welcome, Evelyn!

We are very positively surprised by this studio. The stay was spotless and fully equipped. The house is within walking distance of the center and has a carport to park the car (snow free). The studio is located in a building with several apartments. You do not suffer from the other guests. The hostess is very friendly and everything has been thought about, from check in to check out. We felt very welcome and highly recommend this stay.

Lovely studio - had all the amenities you would need for a very comfortable stay and we had a great break in Kitzbühel. Loved being so close to the town centre and also close to larger supermarkets when we wanted to buy a few groceries. Our hosts were really helpful and recommended some great restaurants and even helped us book a taxi. Highly recommended.

This property is really well located. Here you have wonderful peace and it is a good starting point for excursions and skiing. In 15 minutes on foot you are in the center of Kitzbühel. The apartment offers everything you need. Martina is a great host.

Martina's apartment was quite a bit bigger than anticipated based on pictures. Very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed skiing in Kitzbuhel, the nearest ski lift was a couple of km away. Car is needed for skiing as the nearest ski bus stop is down the hill (not very convenient with ski boots and skis). We knew this beforehand, and had rental car from the airport. I can recommend Martina as a host!

We loved our stay! The apartment was spacious but felt cozy for the cold and rainy weather we had while visiting. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, gorgeous views, friendly hosts, plenty of toys and enormous play area outside for our kids. The fresh eggs waiting for us in the kitchen was a lovely surprise! Thanks for a great stay, we’d love to return some day!

Super room for a family of 5

We highly recommend this place. Perfect localisation (only 15 minutes) to Kaprun and Zell am See. The accomodation is suitable for families with children with all facilities. The host was very nice and ready to answer for all responses.
