I had a fantastic stay at Jonathan and Melody's cottage! It's very cute and cozy. It's located conveniently near the downtown area and has easy access to the interstate. The cottage was clean, the bed comfortable, and surprisingly spacious (perfect for 2 people!). If you are looking for the value of being right in the heart of all things UT and downtown Knoxville and don’t want to pay up to 100.00 over in all the extras, consider this! It’s no frills, but Jacob is very up front about this. He is very accommodating, very clear in what he needs from the guest. He even allowed us to take advantage of the pet fee at the last minute. Our sitter was ill. Definitely a must see if you are traveling on a budget!

We came for a quick trip to Knoxville to see friends and attend a concert. This spot was perfect, it was super clean, comfy, had lovely personal touches (Amen, the hot tea and coffee!), along with an amazing shower and cozy bed. We would certainly return and you can beat the spot for the value, you will not be disappointed! Enjoy the "fire place" and reclining couch!

We had an AMAZING stay at Emily’s place! It was spotless and she provided so many sweet touches like snacks and toiletries - gotta love when you don’t have to pack dry shampoo. Jacob’s place was amazing! The place is so pretty, the beds were really comfortable, and the location couldn’t be more perfect. My roommate and I loved staying there for a week! Jake was very quick to respond before, during and after the stay. Just a little heads up, as it’s written in the listing, the bathroom is on the top floor of the unit. So if you take the bedroom in the basement, you will have to take stairs for 2 floors up to go there. My roommate and I had no issues with it, but just for your information! Thank you Jake for hosting us! It was such a lovely stay!

This place is adorable and intimate, the location is close to some of the best restaurants Knoxville offers, we only stayed for one night but our beds were great and the apartment is adorable and clean, clean! No trouble finding the location, I had a parking spot, private entrance, easy to get in. Thank you both for your hospitality.

JR and Liz have a lovely and cozy space! We didn’t want to leave! You could tell it was cleaned with lovely essential oils. So homey and stylish. The furnishings are comfortable and there’s plenty of room!

Great location, easy access to several food spots, bars, and dancing. Loft was clean and ready when I arrived. Train is located right outside the bedroom window but train ran about 3/4 during day and once at night. so not to bad unless you are a light sleeper. Overall nice place

A great place to stay in Knoxville! Be aware that it is directly next to the train tracks (as the listing says) so, the trains are quite present, but, wasn't an issue for me or my traveling companions. The host is very responsive and even made a special delivery for us to fulfill a special request. The space is very large and the ping pong table provided us lots of fun!

Located in a safe quiet neighborhood just ten minutes from downtown Knoxville, Sue’s place offers everything you would need in an air BnB and at a great rate. She is quick to reply, too! We will definitely be using her again in future trips to Knoxville!

I debated between 4 and 5 stars for this lovely space, and here's why: I would say it's a 5-star version of a 4-star property, which is still very good. I just stayed overnight so this is not a more complete review, but I have stayed in enough properties that I am starting to identify the components that are most important to me. Based on this, the bed is comfortable and the room has the capacity to stay dark even after sunrise, which is important to folks with light sensitivities. The refrigerator is full-size (I've learned that sometime advertising a refrigerator means a micro-fridge). The shower has good pressure and multiple-direction water flow which is nice. There are many thoughtful touches like all of the "discount cards" for local grocery stores. The characteristics of the owner shine through as a person who is caring and truly interested the guest's comfort. The apartment is a basement setting, so there is obviously some issue with musty orders that the owner takes care of with carefully placed bags of bamboo charcoal to soak up any moisture or odor. Also, there is no way to adjust the central air conditioner because it is on the same system as the apartment upstairs. so apparently when it is cool in the basement it is hot upstairs. A guest who wants the temperature adjusted has to text the owner. or use cardboard cut-outs to tape over the air vents to reduce air flow. It's workable, just different. Again, it's a lovely inviting space even with the above comments and I would stay again.

Great little oasis in town. If you want to be close to town but not in the middle of the city chaos this is the perfect place. Apartment was spotless and nicely furnished. Shelby was so quick to respond to my friend and I’s request to book the day of for an overnight rest stop on our road trip. The place was exactly as described, private and perfect for a quick pit stop.

The house was beautiful, very modern, spacious, full of light. The rooms were very comfortable. The house is in a quiet neighborhood but yet close to the grocery store, gyms, and downtown. Jake and Jacob were awesome host and really worked with us for checkin and checkout times. They were very quick at responding to my messages and very accommodating to my needs. The little extra that I really liked was a basket full of treats and snacks, after the long drive it made us feel like a home away from home. I would definitely recommend if you want to come visit the beautiful city of Knoxville.

Jake’s place was great for the six of us. Felt brand new inside with perfect amenities for us. We had all the equipment we needed to cook meals. We also really like how close it was to the convention center and downtown area.

This house was amazing! We just stayed overnight on our way to Charlotte, but the beds were cozy, clean and comfortable. Jake was very communicative and made sure everything was just right, even though we were only going to be there for 12 hrs. I can’t wait to come back when we can stay and hang out a bit!

This is a perfectly located house and is well furnished for a very comfortable stay. Beds are super comfortable and we had everything we needed. Very close to two great coffee places - K-brew and Wild Love.

Adorable, unique home in a wonderful location. I was close to EVERYTHING I had planned around downtown Knoxville. Atha's kindness and hospitality was impeccable, and his dog Nikos was gentle and friendly. The guest room is clean and spacious, with comfortable bedding and stylish furnishings. It included acces to a nice, private full bath. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Atha's home again should I return to Knoxville.

I had the pleasure of being a return guest to Atha’s home and it was even better the second time. His hospitality and kindness really are priceless.

Gordon's place is as pictured. The co-owner Amy was so sweet and checked on me shortly after I arrived to ensure all was well. She was also quick to respond to my communications. The location was convenient to my daughter's apartment that is off Cherokee Hill, UT Medical, about 10 mins to Chapman Hwy where there is a Walgreens and Kroger and less than 10 mins to campus with a Publix, pet store, and Cumberland Ave with the many restaurants including Starbucks. With that said it is a short distance to the downtown area from campus. The place is very cute with all the necessities provided (soaps, paper towlels, toilet paper, kleenex, coffee, sugar, creamer,...) and it has enough cookware for light cooking and decent appliances (I had to use my daughter's blender as we are smoothie queens). Nice coffee mugs and matching dinner and lunch plates/bowls and additional pasta bowls is a nice touch. There is a lot of space for groceries. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a large fenced in backyard. The front porch swing was my favorite. The place was clean and decorated nicely with a roomy comfortable leather couch and matching loveseat. There is a cute electric fireplace that has optional heat making it very cozy. I only used the master bedroom that had ample space. The king bed (a rare find) was firmer than I usually like but I slept very well. There are two nightstands, a dresser, a pretty leather chair, and enough closet space with wood hangers which helped me keep organized. Note there is a street light next to the bedroom so it doesn't get totally pitch black but it is diffused with the curtains. The bathroom had plenty of towels and necessities. There is a private gravel driveway which is nice not to have to park on the street. Enjoyed the stay. l hope to book again if I can find it vacant when I go next time. 😁

Jake’s place is beautifully renovated and right next to UT’s campus. It’s a lovely place to stay if you want to be right in the middle of the buzz of campus life! My dog, Finn, also loved it! The pet friendly environment was icing on the cake.

Scott’s place was comfy, welcoming and had thoughtful amenities! It was within 10 minutes driving distance from the convention center so my husband and I had easy access to a homey retreat after a late event there.

The loft was stylish and located in a fantastic area of downtown. It was spotless and very modern decor. It was quiet and safe yet a short walk to restaurants, and theaters. Very clean space with super comfy beds!

We had a wonderful stay at Kevin’s Place. The beds are very comfortable, I slept great and that is saying a lot! The decor is modern and comfortable and the space the perfect size for our group. Location was great for us and worked out great getting in and out of downtown. Overall a wonderful experience!

This was a great little house for our weekend. Kevin was very quick to respond to my questions. The beds were both very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. It took a little bit to get used to the sloping floors, but old houses are quirky! FYI don't use the washing machine and the heater at the same time... I blew a fuse!

Stayed at Jake's place for the 2020 High School Swimming Championships at UTK. Perfect location and can walk to about everything. Even better was the parking pass that allowed me to park in the garage for the weekend. Easy access in and out and was clean and updated. Would stay again...

Nice room, the cats were welcome. Didn't have the chance to meet Carolina because I was too tired, fell to sleep before she got back but she was so nice and help me through text.

Nice quiet place close to everything and the back yard is next to the woods. House was fully stocked with toiletries, cleaning supplies, and TONS of coffee. Cool touches like a map to mark where you're from and free Moonshine Manor koozies.

Jacob is always easy to work with, responds extremely quickly...great house....porch views are awesome and private...saw another fox...clean, nice and comfy!!

Thoughtful touches all around, beautiful rooms, every household basic (and then some), and sparkling clean! Would have loved to stay longer!

The house is in an awesome location to the trails and nicely tucked away bordering the woods. It feels like a home away from home! The coffee bar inside is so cute as well. And the side deck would be so perfect for a summer cookout. Would definitely love to come back in the future!

We absolutely LOVED staying at Moonshine Manor. It was beautifully tucked away and we enjoyed the serenity and quiet. The coffee bar was awesome and it was a very cozy place to stay. Now that we know it’s there we will definitely stay there again when we visit in the future. It was clean and very comfortable.

While you’re in part of Marcie’s home, you’ll never see her or her family but. trust that she’ll respond to any communication in seconds via the app. Everything is as advertised. Enjoy!

Even more charming in person. The decor is awesome. The neighborhood is quiet. The bed was heavenly. We wanted for nothing. Would definitely stay here again!

When we walked in, the unit looked just as beautiful as it did in the pictures. Everything was brand new, clean, stylish and thoughtful as to what might be needed. There were two fans in the bedroom which were much needed just because we happen to sleep with two fans at home! Not because the unit did not heat and cool quickly, because it did. We just like fans blowing on us while we sleep. I found that very thoughtful. There was also an Air mattress with a battery pump neatly tucked inside the coffee table in the living room. They had a wonderful assortment of movie channels to choose from including Hulu and the Disney Channel! Marcie was kind enough to elegantly decorate each room for Christmas which made Christmas away from home more special than we could imagine. Special thanks for the help receiving packages delivered to the home!The kitchen was immaculate and stocked with everything we needed. There were even complimentary Keurig coffee cups! I’m glad the bathroom at a hair dryer because we forgot ours! There were tons of clean white towels (great because we use a lot!). After staying for 12 days, we wished we could move in! I think that’s the highest compliment! Oh and they were super nice in terms of responsiveness to anything we needed and I appreciate being referred to a fabulous hairdresser and got a great haircut from her!

Marcie was great! She was super willing to help myself and my partner learn more about Knoxville and to assist us outside of our Airbnb stay. The suite was cozy and perfect for us. And the bed is super comfortable!

I was at Marcie's place for a week, and it was great. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay - full kitchen, TV and comfortable living room, even coffee and snacks. I would definitely recommend it!
