Amazing sauna cabin (floor area about 39 square meters) by the clear-water Valkealampi! There can be four people staying overnight. The cottage has a sandy beach , in winter an opening. You can fish in the pond or fish in the summer. You can take a dip in the lovely steam of the wood sauna. Relax in the peace of nature. Nearby there are, for example, Kontiolahti ski slopes and trails, a biathlon stadium, Paihola's disc golf course, a summer cafe (approx. 6 km), Pielisjoki and Joensuu (21km) and Kolin National Park (approx. 54km) services and activities!

Welcome to a neat, well-maintained studio! You'll have the entire apartment (37 m²) to yourself. Free parking with a heating pole in the yard, which is rare for a car in this area. In the apartment, you can enjoy a sauna and a spacious balcony. The property has a well-equipped kitchen. You can quickly reach the city center via the Ylisoutaja bridge, for example, by using the bicycles included in the rent. The apartment has an air heat pump, so the nights are cool even in the summer. Partying is prohibited.

Alapiha Arboretum Guesthouse and Sauna

Cozy guesthouse and sauna in a wild tree sport park. The area has about 250 different varieties of woody trees and shrubs on two acres. The tree was planted in 1970 and forms its own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is partly still in a natural state and the area is undergoing renovation. Rakennus sijaitsee samalla tontilla omakotitalon kanssa kuitenkin täysin erillään ja omalla sisäänkäynnillä. Läheltä löytyvät: sairaalan palvelut 1,4km, S-market (auki 24/7) 700m, apteekki, ravintoloita sekä hiihtoladut/lenkkipolut alkavat takapihalta. Vieraalla on käytettävissä kaksi polkupyörää. Villa was build 1999-2000 as a second home from the family with basic facilities criteria for everyday living. Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers. A cozy, 35,5 square meter studio apartment located in the city centre of Joensuu. The studio is in the second floor of a peaceful apartment building. There's a parking spot and an elevator. Bedlinen, towels, soap and shampoo, hair dryer, drying washing machine, kitchenware, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven and stove, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, a 43-inch smart-tv and WI-FI are included. For toddlers there's a travel crib and toys.

Kuohu - sauna cottage on the shore of a rapid

The spark is atmospheric, a warm sauna cottage that was completed in 2015 by the small river. In the noise of the water you can relax in the sauna, barbeque, or in the flame of the outdoor fire. The cottage is located on a small sand road, in complete privacy. Koli National Park is about 30 min drive away, Höytiäinen beach is just over 2 km away. We have canoes for rent and lunch packages with local products available.
