Great place! Desiree was very helpful and always quick to reply. We were lucky to meet her mother who offered to pick us up from the airport - so friendly and kind! The place was great, just as described. Clean, all the basics for cooking (though we did not end up using the kitchen), fluffy towels, and a seriously comfortable bed and pillows. The stairs to the loft are a bit steep and narrow, it is something to keep in mind but my husband and I had no trouble with them. There were other guests around but it was quiet. Being a bit farther away from centertown, we found the nights quiet even with the window open (though a/c is also available). While it is a bit of a walk to get down town (about 40-45min at a leisurely pace), there are superb bike paths that run right from Desiree's place and bikes were provided for our use. Also, at 1.5 blocks away on the main road the collectivo goes by frequently, takes 10 min to the centre and costs 10 pesos per person. While there are not a lot of choices for places to eat nearby, there are a few local digs, one modern coffee shop, a big hotel, and two major grocerie stores within a 15min walk. Once we discovered the right route, the collectivo was our preferred transportation method. An uber to the airport on our way out was also very affordable and only a 10min ride. Definitely recommend and would book on a future visit in La Paz!

Amazing place. It has everything you need and more. A little removed from the center. Very close to self-service stores. Wonderful hostess, we didn't see her but all the communication flowed and helped us with every doubt.

Cabaña Weris is just the perfect place. It has everything you need, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, the place is cozy and beautiful. The location was good, quiet but 20’ mins walking to Malecón. Desi was very helpful and responsive. Will definitely come back.

Although on our arrival the hostess was not very kind to tell us how to access the little hotel, we received it impeccably clean. The space is wider than the photos show and it has hot and cold water, space to wash dishes and air conditioning. At the time of leaving now we were lucky to say goodbye to the hostess and very kindly accompanied us to the exit.

It is an excellent place, the igloo is super cozy, it is a mini house with everything you need to spend an incredible vacation in La Paz, it has many places nearby to buy groceries or things to prepare food and the connection to go to Balandra , the Tecolote, etc. It is super simple and fast, walking you can find an exit to the boardwalk, a very quiet place to go for a walk. An excellent place to rest

We had a fabulous stay at Desiree's igloo. It was fitted out well with everything you could need - specially welcome were the coffee maker, hair dryer, fab fridge and lovely soft towels. The place was immaculate and comfortable. The location was nice and quiet and it was easy to follow the bike lane onto the Malacon. The housekeeper, Lupito cleaned our place during our stay and made the place spotless and stocked up again. There is a lovely resident dog who we loved having around! Desiree provided us with all the information we needed and lots of recommendations. Highly recommended.

Claudia's house is very well placed in the center of La Paz a few cuadra from the malecon. The house is very beautiful, pleasant and typical of Mexico. The bedding is comfortable. Everything was perfect !

Wonderful place in a terrific location, with much accessible by walking - the malecon (boardwalk) with restaurants and cafes, a full and large grocery store, a mini mart a block away. Dayana keeps the place sparkling clean, and is super friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a simple place with all the basics, in an excellent location, safe, well cared for, and at an excellent price, this is it.

A welcoming, clean and quiet place where my husband and me felt very comfortable. It doesn’t feel like a cold, anonymous hotel room, instead it is a cozy place within a residential area. The booking process, the communication with Karen and getting there was easy. We left our heavy suitcases downstairs in the patio, which was no problem. It’s close to the airport as well as to the Malecon. I absolutely recommend this place!

We had a perfect stay here. Andrew and Ana are both super easy to communicate with and very helpful. The apartment is REALLY nice. Everything is top notch and brand new and sparkling clean. The beds are comfortable, the views are unreal. The kitchen is very well stocked, the pots and pans all looked brand new, everything worked well. We were really impressed and kept talking about how nice the place was. They provide a book full of information on things to do and places to eat. The location is PERFECT on the malecon, we walked everywhere, and it was easy to hop in our car and drive to the nearby beaches directly from this place on a straight route. We will be back for sure!

STAY HERE! We felt lucky to be staying at this beautiful condo. It really was so perfect! We flew into Cabo San Lucas and drove to La Paz. We called Ana when we were 15 minutes away and met up with Rodolfo outside of the building. He was very friendly and professional showing us everything on the property and explaining the garage and rooftop features. The views from the balcony and rooftop are amazing! Parking in the garage was a wonderful amenity giving extra security especially with the elevator that went directly to the floor of the condo. The space is decorated with lovely artwork that reflects the ocean life that we came to La Paz to see. The condo is spotless and has new appliances and modern conveniences including beach towels, and a washer and dryer. The beds are more comfortable than any place we’ve stayed. The location is perfect and within walking distance to everything. Andrew has provided a very thorough binder with recommendations for everything. There are even bird identification books which we appreciated since we always do some bird watching when we travel. I hope we get a chance to stay here again and we highly recommend this place to anyone visiting La Paz.

Well appointed, beautiful apartment, possibly in the best looking building along the Malecon. We had a great time here and Andrew and Ana have thought of everything. There is a supermarket six mins away for supplies and restaurants all along a kilometre stretch and beyond. Loved the view - something even more spectacular in sunset than you could imagine. Space was more than sufficient for our group of five (3 adults, 2 kids). La Paz is a gently modernising town. We loved discovering various parts of it and then coming back to the clean, lovely condo in the evenings. Thank you Andrew and Ana!

We loved our stay here! The location is absolutely fantastic! It’s close enough to walk to many bars and restaurants, but with enough distance to stay away from the late night noise. We always felt completely safe in the area, and loved that the malecón is right outside the door, offering a great walkway to and from the marinas and historic town district. The apartment itself has a great little balcony to watch the sunsets. We also loved that it has laundry machines in-unit. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

This is a great little apartment. It’s very close to the Malecon, and there are many great restaurants within walking distance. Paulina was very helpful and always responded quickly. I would recommend this place to a single person, or couple. Anymore people than that would get a little cramped.

Totally worth it

Really great top floor apartment super close to the Malecón! City center is minutes away and the immediate area is lovely. There is a local skatepark that my wife and I loved to go sit and watch. Paulina is really sweet and accommodating. I would stay here again.

Paulina’s place is incredible. The view is breathtaking and it’s better in person. It’s so close to the Malecon. Paulina was very nice and helpful with whatever you need. If I ever come back to La Paz, I will definitely book again!

This fit my needs perfectly. I was visiting from nearby Todos Santos. I felt safe within the gated patio and my room. There’s a small refrigerator and coffee maker (with fresh ground coffee, etc) in the space also. The bedroom area and bathroom looked very new and modern. The place was sparkling clean. It’s 3 blocks to the Malecon. Had a truck and found a parking spot in front of my outside patio. I walked everywhere I wanted to go and with the street construction it was great not to need to drive. I’ll be back to see Jesus and Jose!

The location of the place is very good, the place is super clean and cozy, just consider that being on a street with traffic there can be noise on a regular basis to sleep and the curtain is something transparent.

The location of this apartment is great. We were able to walk everywhere. It is about 10 minute walk from the bus depot on the Malecon if you are taking the shuttle from the airport. Yeyé gave us lots of tips on good restaurants and if we had questions she answered my messages quickly. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Self check-in was easy, with keys in a lock box, but we had a problem with the lock box when we were leaving and had to make other arrangements for the keys. We would recommend this apartment.

We recommend your place. We loved your location. We really enjoyed jogging and walking on the malecón and walking to cafes and coffee shops. You were a close drive to Playa Balandra. We highly recommend. It rained one full day so we will have to wait to return to visit Playa Tecolote, Isla Partida & Isla Grande Ensenada. We swam with the Tiger Whales 3 years ago; couldn’t this time. This is a must do adventure. Food: walking distance 15 minutes each way DoceCuarenta- excellent iced coffee ; food and bakery are Ok. Anzuelo- very good restaurant for breakfast, beautiful view of the Marina. Yummy Eggs Divorcados & MangoCoconut milk shake. We would go back to try lunch or dinner. Sorstis Mediterráneo- high end place. We enjoyed the lobster, wine, and octopus & mushroom risotto. (Very generous w/ingredients), excellent service , very pretty decor.

Wonderful Airbnb for a short trip to La Paz. Very clean and cozy. We slept really well! If you are up for the walk to the downtown area it's great but if not you should bring a car. We did both and enjoyed this location.

Nice place, accessible and close (by car) to the center, nobody bothers you, you have everything to make food there, and it has a bed and a sofa bed. The TV has Netflix although the internet is not the best. It has washers and dryers to avoid wearing a lot of clothes. Feel safe is a good place.

Expect the best of this place, well everything, beds, bedspreads, details throughout the house, some things to cook, mini-bar, water, soap, shampoo, clean towels, cleaning products, air conditioning in all rooms, which They will make you feel at home, we first booked for three days with the intention of booking in Los Cabos, but I liked it so much that we decided to stay there for 5 days and transport ourselves by car. This house is ideal to rest there is no noise as I imagine that in some houses near the boardwalk if there could be. The main roads (towards sloop or the capes) are very accessible you avoid the traffic of the center. Without hesitation I would return to this stay, I loved it !!!

The department matches 100% with the published photos. It has all the services and its details are welcoming. There is a supermarket with pharmacy nearby (walking distance) that closes very late in case you need to make emergency purchases. If you take a car, the garage is safe and closed. I would return there without a doubt.

Nice place close to malecon

My husband and I stayed at Pau’s place for 4 and 3 nights during our time in Baja and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Pau had excellent communication throughout and was flexible in terms of check in. Both her and her mother gave us excellent recommendations and we found her place a true home from Home, so much so that we came back a night early from Cabo to stay longer as we loved la paz and the flat so much. The flat has really secure parking and entrances, although we never felt unsafe in La Paz. It’s on the third floor, had a really nicely designed space with good sized bedroom and storage and a nice kitchen and bathroom. Everything was well equipped and comfortable. The roof terrace is lovely and we enjoyed the jacuzzi, following other people’s advice to allow time for it to heat. I can not recommend Pau’s place highly enough, every aspect was perfect. It was well located and there were so many nice places to eat nearby. If you’re visiting La Paz as a couple, you should definitely stay here!! Favourite air bnb to date.

What a beautiful apartment in a perfect spot. Just a short walk to the boardwalk and a 15 minute stroll to the center of it all. This apartment has it all. The best part was hands down the King Bed. It was by far the most comfortable bed I've slept in for a long time. Only suggestion, if you are looking to hot tub, turn it on when you arrive and it should be warm enough by the second night of stay. If you are only staying one night and would like to hot tub, you'll need to ask Pau in advance to turn it on. Otherwise, everything was superb. Would highly recommend.

This place was so conveniently located just a block or two from the boardwalk. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious and you will find everything you need. There is also a jacuzzi on the rooftop and a bbq, we had a lovely dinner up there at sunset and grilled some fish. Could not recommend this place more!

Great location, loved watching sunset from roof though hot tub didn’t warm up. Very helpful staff. Covered secure parking was great. Definitely 3 floors to lug suitcases up! Also liked sitting on small deck off roof to catch sun.

A beautiful concept, they give you an experience more than just an accommodation, we use bicycles to ride at the carnival, we use the kayak to go around the sea (there is a beach two blocks away), they have a super friendly dog, the Bathroom is beautiful, the barrel incredibly original and comfortable, there is parking and hot water is always available. They gave us beautiful tips and recommendations, in addition to that I would say that the Fire and Firewood Restaurant is very good (it is close) and to see whales you must go to Puerto San Carlos or Lopez Meteos!

The house is like in the photos. The colony is 15 minutes from downtown and with good access to beaches and the airport. We felt very comfortable there, and the hostess was super friendly and communicative.

Alejandro was an excellent host,. he responded immediately to any of our questions. We had difficulty with directions as our internet services did not work. Alejandro answered our call and went the extra mile to meet us and escort us to the unit! The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was super clean and furnished very attractively. The only drawback we encountered, which we did know about before hand, was the construction noise next door, which began at 7a.m. That being said, we would stay again!

Saulo’s place is amazing! The space is absolutely gorgeous, with plenty of natural light and lots of windows and sliding doors to let the ocean breeze in. If you’re staying longer, the kitchen has everything you need if you don’t want to eat out. And the shower is so luxurious! Only recommendation is to bring shampoo/conditioner—soap is provided! As far as parking goes, we were there for about 48 hours, and never got towed parking out front on the white curb. Tried to confirm with Saulo, but he didn’t respond by the time we’d left. Would stay again!

What a great place - perfectly located to downtown, the Malecón and great restaurants. The place is great - looks just like the pictures and the bed is super comfortable as were the sheets. I would highly recommend Saulo’s place!

A beautiful modern space with enormous comfy bed and well equipped kitchenette. Super close to the Malecón and several lovely restaurants. Would recommend!

It is a very comfortable and beautiful house. The primary access roads are nearby, shopping centers less than 10 minutes away and very quiet around. Angela and her husband are very kind and attentive people.

Rauls place was great. Close to everything, clean, comfortable. Best of all, he and his co-host were super responsive. I had a medical issue while traveling and they were able to help me with a clinic right away. They were great!

Great host and helpers. Space is stylish and very comfortable. Hot tub on the roof was great!! It is near lots of typical city noise such as machinery repairing roads, church bells ringing in the morning, cars and motorcycles zipping by etc. Not a problem, just something to be aware of if you need/want a super quiet experience. The upside to the location is how close it is to many things to do such as dining, biking, water activity etc.

It was a great place to stay, very secure and clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. Raúl was really understanding and accommodating as we booked another night stay last minute. We stayed in Aparment B and then stayed an extra night in Apartment E - we probably preferred apartment E as it was quieter in the night. The location is less than 10min walk to the Tart of the malençon, not a bad walk and Ubers are readily available. Great stay, and would definitely recommend, thank you again!

Very happy about this place. Don’t miss the rooftop sunset in the hot tub! Big bedroom, hot water, nice little private patio. A few blocks from the malecon and plenty of amenities, with a late check out. Thank you!

Beautiful apartment, the location is very good right at the start of the boardwalk. To arrive there is a private street which would be good to specify future inhabitants. The facilities are the best. In the common areas of the condominium there are 2 large hot tubs with hot water, the pool is not heated and is communal and has a roaster fridge and utensils. The guards are very attentive and helpful at all times. The construction next door is in the pool area so there are people during the day however it is not uncomfortable. Definitely how widely and would stay again!

Gorgeous apartment and spotless. Would definitely come back. Really convenient location if you want to be on the Malecon all day. But it would not be conducive for those with physical challenges that cannot take steps. Really beautiful view of the marina. Modern kitchen and bathrooms. Was pretty cold during the week I was there or would have considered the jacuzzi. The view by the jacuzzi was spectacular.

Lilia’s place was very nice and the location was amazing. They are still doing construction around and right above her unit so if you want quiet might not be the place for you. Construction was still going up until around 7pm one night. Didn’t bother us much until my boyfriend had to make a few work calls and could not find a quiet place to do so. I would still definitely recommend the place. You can’t beat it for the price and location.

It was perfect! The apartment is super cute, very comfortable and with a very nice view. The jacuzzi is amazing although the pool is a bit cold since it almost does not give direct sun.

Eternally grateful for hosting my friend and I last minute when our original spot was a bust. Excellent communication, perfect amenities, and a spectacular view. Lovely walk into town as well, with sweeping vistas of la paz and the bay.

Easy to find and check in was also easy. No problems. Nice to have a washing machine to use. I'm not sure we figured out how to use the dryer part. All instructions were in Spanish. :) Very friendly town to visit!

Everything went wonderful. Love the location of this place close to town but not in it. So it wasn’t busy.

Dolce casa is perfect location. Beautiful views, easy to get to. The place has everything you need. We did not have a chance to enjoy the pool, but it looked very appealing. Very safe, quiet, gated neighborhood. Ricardo responded promptly. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The apartment is the same as in the photographs. It is very safe given that you are in a condominium with 24 hour security. The apartment is fully furnished, equipped and has everything you need to feel at home and spend a very pleasant stay. The beds are very comfortable, the sheets very fresh, everything very clean and beautiful. I would definitely return with pleasure.

Great place! Highly recommended and I will surely return. They contacted me to give me directions and communication was always smooth. The Airbnb is within 1 preserve and has extra security. It is always very quiet to stay in such a place. Super well located, in a place full of tranquility and at the same time near the center and boardwalk. The spaces are as they appear in the photos. You have a pool and a great view of the city. The apartment is very well lit with natural light. If your plan is to sleep late, I would recommend a sleep mask.
