Anthony and Leeroy's space is lovely. So stylish and cozy. A basement unit that still feels airy and bright! The fresh bread was a lovely tough, as were the eggs. The garden was beautiful and I wish we had more time to enjoy it. As a basement unit it did have a bit of noise from movement upstairs but it didn't affect our stay. Thanks so much Anthony and Leeroy! Would definitely stay again!

We stayed overnight after finishing the Overland Track and before driving to Hobart . I couldn't have been happier with this absolutely wonderful little place in its gorgeous garden and with the attention to making our stay so homely. Fresh baked bread and eggs ! Would stay again and can recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Anthony’s place. The space was very stylish and clean. The garden is really peaceful and beautiful and they shared some of its produce with us. A highlight was that our little dog had a secure yard to play in and loved the company of Bam and August the two resident dogs. Check in was smooth and we had everything we needed. Highly recommended.

Louis’ space was clean & cozy, complete with stylish decor (love the lights!) and an easily navigable entry. The sweet touch of bacon, eggs, muesli and milk (which we would’ve loved had we not hit the road early to get to the spectacular Freycinet National Park- just 2 hours from Louis’ place) in conjunction with the quick and friendly responses made this a really lovely stay :)

A quite good value considering the location...easy check in when I needed flexibility...quiet, comfortable, affordable, private, and walkable to decent eateries... (Steves at Centenial) and easy parking off street. Enjoyable and entirely worth the journey.

Quaint little cottage, we took our little dog and we all enjoyed our stay! Netflix and Amazon Prime were an added bonus. Perfect for a night or two away, handy to watch football, short drive to city etc. comfy bed, washing machine and even had Doritos and Chocolates on our pillows. Well priced, very tidy, lovely. We’ll be back!!!

Nice place to stay, grate hospitality

We didnt get to stay long but we wish we did! There were fancy snacks waiting for us after a long day, a comfy bed and everything we could have hoped for! The facilities were clean and practical, and they were very accomodating to our needs. I recommend this place for anyone who has to stay around Launceston!

This is an enchanting little 1 bedroom cottage; very clean, well furnished and well appointed. I stayed for two months overall, with three gaps when I travelled, and it became more and more a "home from home". Fine for one night to 60 nights, I thoroughly recommend it. It is quiet, in a good residential location, close to essential shops and an excellent 10 minute bus service into town. A lovely park at the bottom of the street for long, leafy walks. Nell and Tom were ready to help with anything and everything if needed.

This little cottage is spotlessly clean and well-appointed for a comfortable stay. 20 minutes walk into town but buses every 10 minutes make it easy. Lovely park and walks at the end of the road and a little grocery around the corner and an amazing restored 1930’s single screen cinema close by. Situated in a very quiet residential area. I had a long stay and really appreciated the excellent washing machine.

It was a wonderful stay, completely comfortable, cute and homely. I highly recommend it. My friends and I were able to relax although it was brief it was great! I enjoyed the ease of the place, Also with our Friendly host and interesting location. Easy enough walk to different places if you wish.

Sarah welcomed us and even had a few local treats for us to try. We even had a bunch of wildflowers in water to make it extra special. Great stay, quiet location and close to CBD.

I had a great stay at Sarah’s. It’s a 20minute stroll into town through the park, I found the location really convenient. The room was great, air con, a window to open for fresh air and the additional amenities made the stay super easy, like shampoo, conditioner, body wash. There were plenty of white fluffy towels which was so great as for longer stays sometimes you only get one. In the kitchenette in my room there were several thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, milk, bacon, eggs and even a couple of ciders. Comfy bed, clean linen, current magazines and Sarah even printed a city map for me with a few suggestions to check out which was very thoughtful. I’ll stay here next time I’m in Launceston.

I head to Launceston a lot of work and have found Belinda’s apartment a really homely, well styled and affordable place. Will definitely be back!

Amazing place to stay, even better than it looks in the photos. Private access, comfy bed, well-equipped kitchen and plenty of room to spread out and relax. Just across the road from a supermarket and only a few minutes’ walk from the city. We couldn’t fault it and loved how stylishly it was decorated.

I didn’t expect that the rooms will be artistically designed. We really enjoyed our stay there. Besides, it is located just in front of coles, making us much easier to buy groceries.

Katie's apartment in West Launceston is delightful, clean and well appointed. It has everything you need for a great stay. Katie was very prompt with her communication, the check-in and check-out were very easy, and she provided us a wealth of advice on places to see and eat. The location of apartment is close to everything if you drive but will probably be inconvenient if you walk. I would definitely recommend other people to stay here.

Katie and Liams apartment was really lovely. Very clean and tidy. It had everything that we needed and was perfect for our short stay. It was located just a few minutes from the gorge and just up the hill from the main part of town, so really convenient for getting around. Katie gave us some lovely recommendations as well which is always helpful. Would definitely stay again. :)

The apartment is near the centre of Launceston and was very clean&cosy. Warm welcoming from Lisa with a personalized "Hello" on a black wall in the sleeping room. Recommend it highly.

Lisa is a very considerate Host, her garden is pretty, street parking is handy. The house is on a steep hill which may cause problems for people with walking disabilities.

Such a pretty house with a beautiful garden outdoor. Lisa left me fruits and biscuits. The room was really comfortable with everything available that I might need. There was also this little space with chairs to sit, maybe have some tea looking out at the street. Lisa was also v quick with her responses. Only wish I had stayed many more nights!

Cute, small Airbnb which was very clean

Lisa’s rooms were excellent and allowed us to relax and head off to the gorge and the city on foot or by car. There was parking out the front and milk cereal and goodies for our use. The Queen bed was comfortable and heating and aircon available if needed. Tip Top 5 stars. We will jump at the chance to make a return visit. .

Outstanding accommodation. Set in a beautiful part of Launceston, surrounded by local cafes and restaurants, this apartments offers everything you need and so much more. The flat is beautifully and thoughtfully arranged and styled with quality and artisan pieces and is open and inviting. We felt so at home and comfortable, with lots of space and room for open living. We were able to walk to cafes and restaurants easily. We loved our stay here and it was hard to leave. We would definitely love to visit Launceston again, and would stay here in a heart beat. I couldn’t recommend this space more!

What a magical place to stay. The Store House is beautifully appointed and a great location to base yourselves while exploring Launceston. Easy walking distance to some great cafes and restaurants and you must visit the store Ecoco beneath the apartment to snap up some beautiful pieces for your home. Comfy beds, modern bathrooms, gorgeous living area to relax and watch TV or play board games with the kids, secure off-street parking. Perfection in Launceston. Thank you very much Di.

Great location. We loved the Japanese restaurant (Kosaten) on the corner and also visited a number of local cafes and restaurants close by - all good. There is a great toy store next door to Kosaten that has a fantastic selection and well worth a visit.

The apartment is wonderful, I felt like I was on a special holiday from the moment I walked in the door. The beds are amazing! So comfortable. It took us a little while to get used to the late sunset though! Perfectly located, such a friendly neighbourhood, we were so sad to leave.

This is a lovely place to stay. The living area opening onto the outdoor area meant I could see and hear the birds and the garden. There was everything I could have wanted in the kitchen area. The bathroom is clean and modern and the bed very comfortable. Elleni and Roger are warm and welcoming hosts.

Elleni’s place is in a great location, 15 mins walk to the Queen Victoria Museum, and to the edge of the city, another 15 mins to city centre. Her garden is peaceful and relaxing, the apartment is very well equipped, clean, comfortable bed and good linens. She went out of her way to provide us with all the goodies we needed on arrival and for breakfasts. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

I was travelling alone and this provided a great space with all the self contained amenities I wanted. The unit is situated under the hotel reception but provide to be quiet and comfortable with nominal overhead noise (really only noticed a few checkouts happening none of which were too early or noisy. Great single room space with kitchen and bathroom facilities. Really comfy bed and recliner chair. Well located with an easy walk into the main part of town. Also close to the free Tiger bus stop which will take you to Cataract Gorge (although does not run regularly - I caught the 9.36 bus each day for Mona Foma events at the Gorge). Staff at reception were super friendly and helpful. A great stay.

Cosy and modern, so close to the city - perfect !

Very clean and comfortable place. Plenty of parking space. Easy spot to walk to restaurants and shops. It’s located downstairs under reception so we could hear some foot traffic but nothing bothersome. The washer & dryer are coin operated and not that great, but there was a washing line that we used. Probably more suited to a single, but my partner and I were still comfortable. Thank you :)

Relaxing Homestay, beutiful scenery. Highly Recommend!

The house is well maintained and clean at all times, rooms and living spaces spacious and comfortable. The house was heated 24/7 so it was always welcoming to come hone to. The location is a short walk to the city, and the Gorge with it Miriad of walking tracks is just out back of the house- perfect for a pleasant walk or vigorous hike. Gina is the perfect host, friendly and attentive. Very happy to recommend this place for a short stay or for longer term stayers!

Atop of the zig-zag trail home is a lovely place to stay in LAUNIE. Easy access to the CBD & the Basin, at night many Pademelons which are small wallabies are hopping around freely as well as other Animals like PEACOCKS which are at the Gorge or what we say the BASIN!!

Gina is especially helpful and hospitable. If you don't mind sharing living spaces (kitchen, bathroom and living room) then this is a wonderful, homely place to stay! Overlooks Launceston and easy to get to and from!

Gina’s home is warm, inviting, clean, spacious and offers a wonderful view of Launceston without the hustle and noise. There are native animals that come into the area every night, birds that sing in the surrounding areas and literally so close to the Cataract Gorge that fit people could walk to it. Gina welcomes you like old friends and is very knowledgeable on what Launceston has to offer. This was our first Air B & B, it won’t be our last. A very positive experience.

The Bungalow is an ideal space for two people. Nick is a great host and has left many useful tips in the guest information folder. Central Launceston is about a thirty minute walk. The free Tiger buses leave from the QVMAG frequently. These can be used as a hop on hop off service. The QVMAG is about a twenty minute walk away from The Bungalow. You couldn’t choose a better place to stay when in Launceston.

Such a wonderful place for our first night in Tassie. Nick went above and beyond in making us feel welcome. Our room was so lovely and clean. There really wasn’t anything that we would change about our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I only stayed 1 night but we enjoyed the space very much. Very cosy, clean and nicely decorated. It's pretty separate from the main house so you get decent privacy. I don't know Launceston too well but it was close to everything we wanted to go to. The dogs were also friendly (especially if you give them treats). Nick was a great host and very helpful with local tips, would have been nice to stay longer!

My partner and I have had the best possible experience at the beautiful little Bungalow:) By far the best Airbnb experience I have ever had. Our hosts Nick and Tam provided an immaculately clean room and en-suite, the comfiest and softest bed, some little snacks in the kitchenette and there were two adorable little dogs who added an extra spark to our stay. Amazingly hospitable, Nick even gave us a bucket and car wash to help us wash our rental car! Seriously amazing and would 100% recommend this place! Ticks every box!

The space is the most well decorated place I have every stayed at, so homey and welcoming Julie has thought of absolutely everything: board games, fetch tv, choccy treats, huge breakfast selection (eggs to microwave poach, home made jam and oj, museli, snacks, etc) The place is also so close to Launceston cbd. Gina and Tony’s place was great. The older home gave it a nice feel of what Launceston of yesteryear was like. Gina was also very helpful and letting me know what was going on in town and we even had fun hanging out at the market one night and listen to music. We had good conversation and I highly recommend The stay. It was very close to the gorge and to get downtown even by foot.

This is a well-furnished place with virtually everything one could need furnished. It has a spectacular view over Launceston, with an easy downhill walk into the city. Coming back, you will either need to have a car or use an Uber or taxi, as it would be a very demanding walk back up.

We had the pleasure of staying in the container home for 2 nights. A great little spot within the garden grounds which we explored with a glass of wine in hand. The container house itself is a unique and immaculate space with adjoining outdoor area with an incredible outdoor stone bath, just what we needed after a hike up Cradle Mountain. Would highly recommend for something cool and unique.

The accommodation is small and fantastic, have stayed several times and will continue to do so. Access to the gardens after hours is wonderful, they are spectacular and private, the courtyard and bath are enjoyable. Best for travelling light as not a lot of room, but the place makes up for that.

We found it to be very spacious for six adults, the beds were extremely comfortable and the shower was steaming hot with great water pressure. Gavin was extremely helpful and very accommodating. I would absolutely recommend staying here and I would definitely return. We had a fantastic weekend!

Great location, perfect little base to explore Launceston with the family. Enough room for a family of 5 or 6. Fantastic hosts, would love to come back!

What a fantastic home, stylish and modern but without losing the historic charm. Great central location, we walked everywhere, being so close to the city and Cataract Gorge. Would definitely stay again, highly recommend it!

Gavin’s property was sparkling clean and provided a stylish and cosy home away from home. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was steaming hot with great water pressure. If you have kids there is a phenomenal park just a short stroll from Gavin’s house that is well worth visiting. All in all this was a lovely property to spend our time in whilst we were in Launceston. We would definitely return.

I had an awesome stay at Casey’s place, she was a great host and I will most definitely be booking again if I’m in Launceston.

Casey was very gracious and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and the home spotlessly clean. I appreciated being shown the amenities and then left alone in quiet and privacy to enjoy my room.

Casey was a wonderful host, her house was sparkling clean and had a real peaceful/relaxing Vibe to it. She didn't mind that I sampled of her tasty tomatoes from her garden which was absolutely beautiful. She was very hospitable by offering tea's and all the amenities that I needed. Thanks a million Casey!

The accommodation very good. The bed and room very comfortable and clean. The bathroom is very clean and large. Yyvone was very kind and nice to us. The location is very comfortable. Also, there are kittens in the house and they are very cute 🧡

Expect a loving lady full of surprises and caring she will come to talk but if you need your space she respects that too. You need any thing just ask her. She goes out of her way to help people.

It's good house. And she's friendly to us. She gave me some good information. There are 2 cats in the house and it is very cute.

Staying at Yvonne’s place was quiet the Air B & B experience! Amazing hospitality! We had a blast, met some great people and made some memories. Yvonne was a fantastic and welcoming host, she made us feel at home and even picked us up from the bus! My advice is read the description carefully, Yvonne’s place is exactly as she advertises. We will most certainly be back again!

Beautiful little house in the loveliest garden setting. Bed was super comfortable and the rain sounds on the roof made it even better! Wow what a beautiful little hideaway in a lush garden. Felt totally private and the space was beautifully furnished and clean. Shower had great pressure and bed was comfortable. Loved that the kitchen cupboards were stocked with the essentials also. Keep in mind, must be comfortable to climb a ladder to access bed. Would love to stay again!

Beautiful little tiny home with plenty of charm and style. Had everything we needed for a 3 night stay and lovely and quiet setting amongst the gardens. Great location too. Lovely and tidy. Only issue is there is a loft area for sleeping with limited space/headroom and a ladder to climb which wasn’t an issue for us but could be for others. Loved it ❤️ Would definitely stay again.

The tiny house in the gardens was such a cool and unique experience for us. The accomodation was just what we needed and having the gardens to explore was so lovely, even having a sunset picnic to ourselves on the lawns. It’s close enough to all we wanted to see and the city. Would definitely recommend

Hanna's place is absolutely beautiful, its cosy and set in a beautiful gardens. We stayed over Christmas and when the power went out on Christmas eve, Hanna not only put us up in an adjacent AirBnB property (which was luxurious) but promptly responded to all messages and managed to get an electrician out that evening and again on Christmas morning to sort it out. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable.

Tom&Bec’s place exactly looks like the photos, it was big, clean and nice, and they have their own little car park, it was a lovely building!

Great stay in this large accommodation. It was very comfortable and has everything for a short or long stay. We were able to cook our meals comfortably and enjoyed the views. The apartment is equipped with great bathroom toiletries and it was very quiet. We would highly recommend!

The rooms are amazing, with invincible mountain views, the rooms are much better than expected, the gardens are beautiful, and the kitchen and living room facilities are perfect.

Claire’s flat was comfortable with great views and a great location. We walked to all local destinations and had a great weekend in Launceston.

Everything was great! We were surprised by how well the kitchen was set up for cooking and really enjoyed having adequate milk, crunchy muesli and even hot chocolate. The place is very comfortable and spacious and the steps up from the covered parking space are only two flights of shallow steps (not deep). We loved watching the sunsets over the town from the balcony. Highly recommend!

Lovely view and great place close to everything! The space was comfortable and clean. If you are very tall the shower might be a little too short for you, but everything else is fab!
