The location was perfect. So nice to be able to walk down to the coast. I appreciated having a kitchen to use since I stayed during the Christmas holiday. The description is accurate. I just want all future guests to know that I'm a size 12 and the shower didnt provide any extra space. I'm not sure how larger sizes will navigate the stairwell otherwise it was perfect for 1 person. I bet its cozy with 2. I would stay again!

This was an amazing place to stay. The place was stylish and clean. The view of the bay was beautiful. We used the binoculars to watch the sea lions and the birds. They had everything you could ever need and more. We definitely hope to visit again.

This was our second time staying here. It had great beach access, awesome view, and walking distance from Mo’s and other restaurants. The place is very comfortable.

So beautiful, comfortable, elegant, and practical with everything you need other than food. I'm sad we only got to stay one night. A Jacuzzi just for us, a fire place, cozy loft you can stand up in... I slept so well which is typically tough for me in unfamiliar places , but this had a real homieness to it. Next time we are in Oregon, we will definitely be back.

Great view of the beach and the host is very nice and quick with responses. I spent my birthday at quarterdeck and the host left a card and m&ms for me. I took the shuttle to and from the casino both nights and it was very convenient. I had a nice stay at quarterdeck.

This top floor, corner studio had an amazing view with a balcony that let you see the entire coastline. The beach was just a few steps down and there was a lot to explore on the rocks below. The kitchen and bathroom came with everything I needed and all for a price that can’t be beat. Thanks for a great stay!

You couldn't get much closer to the water than Dan & Teresa's place. The place is exactly what you want for a weekend getaway for just the two of you. It's right in the middle of the city and within walking distance of a few of the restaurants. I would definitely stay there again!

Super clean, modern and perfectly located! Great views and very close to our favorite restaurant, Kyllo’s! We did not want to leave the condo because it felt so homey and cozy! The hosts were awesome at communicating everything! We will definitely revisit this space when we come back to the coast.

We had a great time at "The Lookout"! The heat was on and a welcoming fire was going in the electric fireplace. The condo was clean and had a wonderful view of the beach. We just had a few steps down to the beach and the weather was awesome. Definitely recommend this place and hope to come back.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Had one small issue with the TV but the hosts were quick to respond and help. I would definitely stay here again and recommend Dan and Teresa as hosts without reservation.

This well appointed condo has a lovely view of the ocean and is in the middle of Lincoln City. It is easy to get to restaurants and shops and just steps from the beach. The kitchen has a large fridge, full sized stove, and double sink. There is a set of dishes, silverware, a few sizes of glasses, pots, pans, and kitchen gadgets (including a corkscrew) available. There is one, large bathroom with plenty of towels and washcloths as well as travel sized toiletries. There are two bedrooms with queen sized beds and all rooms have a wall heater. As several have noted, it is next to street access to the beach. Our stay was in the winter, so it was fairly quiet. It's in a great spot! The condo itself was very clean and had a nice touch of a light and the fireplace on when I arrived.

The location of this unit is exceptional! Set high on a cliff, the unit is directly on the beach and the deck off the kitchen offers million dollar views. This two bedroom one bath unit is comfortable for 4 adults and is sparkling clean. It is only one mile-and-a-half from the casino so bring some extra "mad" money! The unit is fully equipped which allows you to cook your own meals if you 'd like or, with quick access to Rt. 101, you have your choice of local eateries within a couple of blocks. Don't overlook this unit when browsing property in Lincoln City. You won't be disappointed.

A great place! Close to the beach and other places. There is one sea food and grill restaurant right across from the Airbnb and I highly recommend to go there!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable, and having the hot tub was an excellent bonus! The staff was very friendly and we appreciated how quiet it was. The only downside was the lack of outlets beside the bed for plugging in devices, but the comfy bed did a lot to make up for that.

The in-room hot tub is amazing. The bathroom wasn't completely clean when we arrived, which was disappointing, but overall this was a nice place to stay, and great value for the price.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful weekend at the coast staying here. The bed was comfy, the jacuzzi tub was amazing after a night of dancing, and the outdoor fire places were perfect to be able to get fresh air and enjoying the sound of the ocean while staying warm.

Tricia’s place is homey, cozy, and welcoming. Check in was easy, we were close by the towns. My favorite parts were the deck with views and the freshly ground coffee and snacks we enjoyed in the morning. :) would stay again!

This is a comfortable room within the home. There's a deck with a view of the ocean. Trisha, our hostess was the most hospitable that it is possible to be. We had access to the kitchen, but our schedule was such that we ate supper and breakfast out, and good food was close and convenient. Altogether a big win.

Tricia's accommodation is ideal for relaxing days on the coast. There are some hotspots nearby and the location within walking distance to the beach and yet not far from the 101 is perfect. Rooms, private bathroom, kitchen and living area are tiptop. Most of the time we also had the common area for us. In fact, we would not have been more averse to personal contact. With a lot of luggage it can be a bit cramped in the beachroom, but there is also a closet for stowing. All in all very recommendable.

This place is so wonderful! Really clean, FANTASTIC view, walking distance to the beach! The propane fireplace is great, gives off a good amount of heat, too! Close enough to the local strip, but far enough away that it’s still secluded. We have stayed here before, and would stay again! Just one strange thing with the crawl space in the bathroom, but other than that, a fantastic place to stay.

Such a cute rental, it had me wishing it was my permanent residence. The views from the third floor balcony were outstanding with a path to the beach just steps away..... I loved the amenities that were available....coffee maker, refrigerator, hair dryer etc. My only regret is that I wasn't able to stay longer..............I WILL BE BACK

A perfect place to spend some time on the coast. Huge window with a beautiful view and arm chairs that swiveled to take it all in. Easy to get onto the beach itself. In the middle of town, so very convenient to everything, but also quiet in the condo and on the beach. The condo had a very well stocked kitchen - we cooked most of our meals there. Really well appointed, the wifi was good (we worked for two days while there), and just overall a fantastic spot. Highly recommend.

A great place for a beach getaway. The inside has been really nicely renovated compared to the outside appearance of the block.

It was a great stay! The building is an old one but the condo itself had been completely redone, was clean and well equipped. The climb up an exterior but covered staircase to the third floor was a bit of a hike but Bill made sure we knew that before we came. The view is magnificent and two comfortable swivel chairs and a side table right up against the large window on the sea was an excellent nook. The beach is wide except at extremely high tides and shallow in descent with a slow break--a good one for kids. The televisions were excellent but the remotes a bit of a challenge. (We couldn't get the remote to change channels upward so had to go to a high channel number and work downward. We never quite discovered the secret to finding a cable channel guide.) But at least in the living room--we never turned on the TV in the master bedroom though we assume it was similarly equipped--it came with Netflix, Prime and Hulu for streaming. The private wifi was secure and rapid. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped and there were many things provided. I'm not sure we've ever seen as well-equipped spice cabinet in a BnB. It's convenient to have two bathrooms even if it is only a couple staying. The maximum hot water was adequate and safe but don't count on near scalding showers and baths. The king bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The window opens on the outside walkway so it's a great place to sleep--not so much to hang out! Bill is a communicative host with suggestions for local attractions and dining. The check-in was rapid and we appreciated having an electronic lock that did not require keys or key cards. Check-out requirements were vary few--about the easiest we've encountered in similar properties.

Seas the Day is a great space to stay! Clean, comfortable bed, kitchen has everything you need to cook your own food, and the ocean view is great! We loved our stay and can’t wait to go back!

WOW. View from window super fine. Storms made waves huge. Easy access to beach. Bed comfortable. Pool heated with salt water. Kitchen had everything and stocked with spices and condiments. Be aware it is on third floor.

So close to the beach that I would call it "spitting distance," this was a wonderful place to spend the weekend. They even provided binoculars, and the chairs by the big picture window (ocean view) were super comfy. Clean, everything we needed, seamless check in, and really nice sheets. I would recommend!

The place was clean and the kitchen is beautiful and had everything we needed. The hosts replied quickly via text when we had a question. This is my second time staying and it is absolutely lovely here. You’re tucked away in the country but have less than a 5 min drive to town, restaurants and the ocean. And the place is absolutely amazing!! I thought I needed to be by the ocean but this is where I decided to stay for my last week in town. There’s a skylight over the bed, heated floors in the bathroom, a skylight over the shower, cable, coffee maker and Kuereg (however it’s spelt), a desk station, and windows everywhere, a fire pit, porch to sit on, the neighbors have horses and the drive to the mountains is beautiful. I really can’t speak highly enough of this place, it was like a little slice of heaven 💕 Cannot recommend staying here enough, when I come back to town I will definitely be booking here!

John has created an amazing, peaceful, quiet space off the beaten path but close to everything you'd want from Lincoln City. Having a pet friendly place on the coast is always welcome and John's is exceptional.

John’s place is amazing!! It’s just outside town so it has the country feel but it’s still close enough where it’s totally convenient. The guest house is behind the main house and it’s in such a beautiful area! There’s a skylight above the bed and the bathroom floors are heated which is amazing!! At night the sky is so clear you can sit and stargaze and listen to nature. We’ve been in the area for a couple weeks so we’ve stayed at 3 other places in Lincoln City and John’s place was by far my favorite!! Thanks so much John!!

This place can’t be beat for view and convenience, close to everything . The condo is filled with every accessory you’ll need. Games, puzzles and cards fill the cabinets. Plan on cozy time spent by the warm fireplace looking out at the ocean from every spot in the front room and kitchen. Great host, I will be back.

Lynn’s place is as described and pictured. The location is accessible to the beach, when the weather is nice out you can get beautiful sunsets out by the balcony without leaving the place! It is clean and comfortable. My 2 and half years old enjoyed her stay as well. Lynn’s directions and instructions were on point and easy to follow, we had no problem communicating with her. We highly recommend her place.

Lynn’s place is beautiful. I’ve never stayed at a place so close to the beach. The few is spectacular. I highly recommend staying here. It’s also very close to many yummy food places. This is a cozy space that makes you feel right at home!

My wife and I enjoyed this small condo close to the beach. It was rainy and cloudy on the coast, so the real fireplace made it feel warm and cozy. You can see the waves crashing from the living room and enjoy the view. Good space for 2, and it was clean as expected.

The hotel is very cute and is a great central location. The beach is right across the street! I loved the little balcony and the lake view below. It is very nice that the hotel also has a partially covered parking lot. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I loved how large the room was and it was truly a perfect space. My boyfriend and I both enjoyed how large the tv is and the shower is awesome! My only complaints are that the mini fridge does not have a freezer (we didn't know this before we bought ice cream LOL), and there is no dead bolt on the door, which I like just for my own peace of mind. Overall it was a great stay, and we will most definitely be back, next time hopefully for longer!

Definitely considering coming back in the future! Located almost directly off 101 with plenty of places to explore nearby. Amazing view of the ocean and well laid out and furnished pad made our stay feel cozy and at home. Despite the pad appearing rather small in the pictures it will easily sleep 6 people.

The location is really great and the place was very clean. Check-in and out was easy. The space fit us exactly how we needed it to. We also enjoyed the pool!

The bungalow is adorable, cozy, and comfortable. Paul is an amazing host; responsive, accommodating, and available. I didn't hear a peep from the guests in the attached bungalow and got the restful time away that I was looking for! Everything you need is right here too. The view is spectacular, the grounds are beautiful, and the neighborhood peaceful. The location is away from the noise and crowds, but very close to shopping and restaurants. I will definitely be back and now I know the perfect spot to send friends and family in the future.

Sparkling clean, accessible, and well appointed. Park right outside the door - no schlepping your stuff up stairs. Ocean is visible from the bed! Hot tub was all warmed up & ready for us. We like to cook on vacations and bring our own gear, having encountered places without a cutting board or other staples. This brand new kitchen is impressively outfitted. The only things of our own we used were the zester & the pizza stone. We never heard the folks staying in the unit next to ours. Great Place to stay! We loved the view and the clean contemporary look of the unit. My wife and I can't wait to return. We really liked the mattress, it was the best nights of sleep we had at any hotel/vacation rentals in the last five years. Also, all the bedding and blankets were cozyest especially with the mini fireplace!!!

We had a great stay here! The location is central and the beach access is close and easy! The home was perfect for our group of 2 moms and 4 kids. This house is great for kids-lots to keep them entertained. It’s got a very cozy feeling and they have added some great little touches. We would definitely stay again.

It was a cute, unique place, within walking distance to the ocean and downtown Lincoln City. Terra was quick to respond on any communications. It had a nice private yard and off street parking.

Very nice place. Comfortable and clean. I loved the spacious back yard. Due to weather, we didn’t get a chance to take advantage of the grill but liked that it was provided with instructions. Beach access was an easy walk, and four of us slept comfortably in different rooms.

What a great place. Perfect for our family of three, cozy but space to stretch out. We loved the decor, movies and video games. Can’t wait to come back and have a barbecue in the back yard!

Captain Overkeep is all about the location! We had so much fun enjoying the beach and local arts and restaurants. The cabin's style was on point with the location, and we had the best weather! The extra mile the hosts go to be sure there is plenty to do and enjoy at the cabin and area is recognized and appreciated! We truly enjoyed the halloween decorations, too!

What a true gem! I was looking to relax and recharge this helped me do just that. I was far enough away to feel seclusion and yet close enough to run to the store if needed. My boyfriend and I cooked the whole time. Great kitchen with all they utensils you’ll need. We walked on the beach every time the tide went out, it was magical. The bed was very comfortable and the view from every window is absolutely breathtaking. I enjoyed the claw bathtub very much the hot tub as well, i used it every time the rain let up. Great experience!

What a great find! Great location, loved the space. Also really loved the spooky personal touches (they had a few toy spiders, mice and snakes for the holiday) my 2 and 5 year old had a blast with them! Tons of Toys in the garage! Otherwise very thoughtful place with dog towels/sheets to cover furniture, Very comfy beds, great large stocked kitchen, and beautiful view of the bay from the living room. We got really lucky and had one almost full day of no rain and lots of sun! Definitely check tide tables, we were only able to go down in the sand in the mornings for a few hours, otherwise the tide was too high. Also the beds are super comfy but if you have little ones they are up pretty high, we ended up just removing one of the mattresses and putting it on the floor for our kiddos. Super close to the casino, shopping and great food. We had a really crazy storm one night which was very fun to see all the wind and rain through the beautiful large windows in the living room. We will definitely be back! Thanks again

Brian was a great host. Very responsive and accommodating. The place was clean and had everything I could possibly ask for. The location is lovely right on the bay. Calm and quiet. I would definitely stay again.

My wife and I stayed at the Bay House for our anniversary and we loved it! We really enjoyed the view and walking along the beach with our dogs. Brian was a great host and his house was super clean and well appointed. Very close to Lincoln City and everything you can do there. We really enjoyed this trip.

Scott and Peggy were very gracious hosts. We got there a little early for check-in but they were super nice and friendly. They will give you suggestions if you need them. The location is pretty great too. It's a short walk to the outlets and the beach is a short drive away. The room is very nice as well. We brought our dog and he loved it!

Scott & Peggy have a GREAT spot and are such nice people! Such a nice and cozy unit. Great location. Lots of great tips on where to go and where to eat. They went above and beyond providing beverages and snacks for us during our weeklong stay and offering advice when needed! We will definitely be back to stay!

We had a wonderful time. The ocean view is amazing and access to the beach is basically at the bottom of the stairs. We chose this for a winter getaway and highly recommend it. The room is cozy and the large window allows you to enjoy the beautiful ocean from indoors. We'd definitely come back anytime of year.

The perfect location for anyone staying in Lincoln City. Especially if you are traveling with kids. Immediate beach access as well as an indoor pool right on site!

The view was absolutely amazing. This place was so nice for our family, because we had our own room away from the kids after bedtime so we could enjoy the sunsets. This stay was WAY better than staying in a hotel. We will definitely be using this place again. It was a hidden gem because it was on the beach, with a pool, a kitchen, and HALF the price of a hotel.

Cozy little upstairs studio-sized and separated part of the house. Comfy bed, calming ocean view from the bedroom, with a kitchenette downstairs. Separate little living space with comfy couch with coffee table before the bedroom entrance which was perfect for reading or playing cards. Perfect for 2! Would definitely stay again!

This room is a part A Vista D'Mar specialty lodging in Lincoln City. Upon walking in, we knew we made a great decision as the view from the room is absolutely breathtaking. Room has lots of thoughtful touches including comfortable king bed, electronic fireplace that heats the space, cozy rocking chair with ottoman, smart TV, complete kitchen with oven, stovetop, refrigerator, sink, pots/pans, plates/bowls, cups, silverware, etc. Location can't be beat. Easy access to beach down some stairs, or you can even drive down on the ramp. Hosts were excellent communicators!
