Ideally located between Grenoble & Valence, at the foot of the Vercors & hills, along the 63 Bike Way, our late 18th century house has just been renovated. It would have been built in the aftermath of a great famine and financed with 1 sack of wheat... it is full of history. Built in the shade of walnuts & a typical nut dryer of the Lower Dauphiné of 1744 (1 of the 2 dryers of the region), our house "in the countryside" has everything to make you feel good and rested in all seasons.

Apartment with a capacity of 6 people refurbished. Two bedrooms upstairs (one with 1 bed in 140 and one with 1 bed in 160) and a sofa bed in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine). Sheets and towels provided. The apartment has a pellet stove (very easy to use). Very well located : 5 minutes walk from the village and cross-country skiing center, close to the departure of downhill skiing shuttles and the soft lane.

The cottage is independent, adjoining our house.

IN SUMMER : 140m2 family house, located at the Col de Romeyère, large spaces allowing you to discover nature, fauna and flora without being totally isolated. Non-smoking house and pets not allowed.

It is also located 5 minutes' walk from the Route Verte road bike of the Isere Valley (V63) which is an easy route along the Vercors and Isere.
