Hannah's hideaway is situated within a quick 3 minute drive from downtown Muscatine. Guests are welcome to use the house to come and go as they please. The bedroom has two queen beds and a tv equipped with Netflix, a few movies and a faux fireplace. Hannah and Niegel will try to make you as comfortable as possible during your stay! We are Muscatine natives and can provide any recommendations on nearby restaurants and activities in the area. You’ll find the home to be filled with plenty of houseplants and original artwork. We’re excited to host you sometime soon! **Please note that guests with pets are no longer allowed due to damage caused by previous guests**
The neighborhood is a very safe environment.
  • I spent a great time with the hosts. House extremely clean and hospitable hosts. Very quiet neighborhood. close to the center.

  • Cozy and cute historic home near downtown Muscatine - the check in and directions were super easy.

  • Hannah was a great host. My stay was quiet and restful in between a fast-paced work week.

  • As always, a wonderful stay with my Iowa-Family, lots of good talks and some* wine ;)

  • No better bnb in the area. The best! Super clean. Good location. It snowed and they provided a ice scraper and brush. They went the extra mile. The dogs are so sweet and well mannered.

    Jonathan2020-01-24T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay here was phenomenal. They were very attentive to our needs and flexible when we unexpectedly had to stay longer. They were accommodating with a shared space. It was clean and cute! Also, the dogs are the BEST.

  • Hanna was super nice and very friendly. I was a bit later getting in on my first evening from traveling and when I arrived the lights were still on for me and she greeted me and showed me around her home. She has a binder full of local dining suggestions among other things for her guests. The dogs were wonderful and really friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable with internet access and Netflix and other viewing options. The bed was so comfortable. Hers and her boyfriends hospitality was superb. I had battery issues with my vehicle the first morning after my stay and would’ve been later for work but Hannah’s boyfriend gave me a boost. They are such wonderful people and their home is fantastic and at such a great bargain compared to local hotels. I would definitely stay again as well as highly recommend Hannah’s Hideaway to anyone!

  • As always just a great experience, wonderful hosts and a lovely home. The amazing dogs never fail to be the cherry on top of the whole package!

Private entry with 1,000 sqr ft of space, open concept, full kitchen, TV lounge, private bath and literally right in middle of everything. Check in at Creations by Oz Jewelry, Wine, & Unique Finds. Enjoy free wine tasting, compliments of Creations by Oz. Come hungry. Photo comments provide dining options within steps of the Emerald Room.
The Emerald Loft is located in the middle of a vibrant and active downtown, but our 150 year old construction with it’s 24 in thick brick walls will keep you in reasonable solitude with access to everything. This second story loft apartment is located above a Jewelry store that first opened in 1913. It is the former residence of the Jeweler who owned the store.
Located in the heart of Historic Downtown Muscatine Iowa. The Emerald Room is steps from shopping, entertainment & award winning restaurants. Best of all, you will be just one block from Riverview Park bike trails, marina, play ground and last but not least, the Mississippi River. Muscatine offers an outdoor summer art/music street fair held the 2nd Saturday of each month June, July, September & October.
  • We had yet another amazing stay at the emerald loft. We couldn't ask for a better host. Melissa is amazing and goes out of her way to make us feel comfortable and happy. We will be back for sure.

    Barrett2019-12-07T00:00:00Z
  • Right in the heart of downtown Muscatine and you really can see the river from the kitchen window and if the weather is nice, you can sit out on the deck and watch the barges go by. Everything was fine. We would stay again.

    Kurt2019-11-13T00:00:00Z
  • Melissa was a kind and wonderful host. The place was sparkling clean and in a great location. I would definitely recommend staying here!

    Eric2019-11-10T00:00:00Z
  • Place is a very nice place. Very cozy and the bed is wonderful. Parking is a little tricky if you have a big vehicle.

    Riley2019-11-08T00:00:00Z
  • Melissa was amazing I found myself a couple of times going to her shop just to enjoy conversation. She makes some amazing handcrafted things. Anyone can find something they need in her shop. From bath bombs to coffee to wine natural soaps and conditioners. Some truly amazing items and the apartment upstairs was well worth the money. It made my stay much more enjoyable then just a regular hotel room for the same price. I would no doubt stay there again.

    Frank2019-11-02T00:00:00Z
  • Melissa is a great host and fun to rent from. She seems to love life and what she does. That is reflected in how she deals with folks. Truly fun. Great place. Conveneint. Muscatine is a wonderful destination.

Hello all! This was my first home and I just can’t part with it because it’s such a beautiful single family home with rustic decor. So I have decided to use it for any stays as you need! It is located two blocks from Vanderveer park and botanical center and the bike path that will take you anywhere in Davenport and bettendorf! It really is in the center of Davenport and located near anything you would need during a short or long stay. I am around town frequently and can help as needed!
The house is completely private to you for your stay! It is such a beautiful house made around the 1920’s and therefore has that charm of real wood floors and trim but has been updated so the kitchen is up to date for our century! This house has everything you could need for a short or long term stay and will hopefully make you feel as if you’re at your home away from home!
The house is two blocks from the bike path and Vanderveer Park and botanical center. Which in my opinion is the best park in Davenport! You can chose to stay in or go to the park and workout or just sit and watch the ducks in the pond! The bike path leads to many restaurants that are nice for a meal out or you can just cook in! The house is very central located near the mall, grocery stores, downtown and many restaurants as needed!

Cute cottage, newly updated with 2 bedrooms and private back yard. Close to I-280 and downtown. On the street parking.
This is a very cozy clean house. There are steps to the house and no wifi but you have the whole house to yourself in a safe neighborhood.
Neighborhood is quiet with several private homes and off the main drag yet still close to I-280 and downtown Davenport.
  • Awesome place!

  • This is my second time staying at Beth's place. It works perfectly for me. Space to practice, a grill, and no distractions.

  • Beths cottage is quaint, affordable, great location and in a quiet neighborhood. Beth is quick to communicate.

    Maria2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Great place, even better value for what you’re getting! The only thing that might be of concern is the LOUD heater in the house. I slept through it just fine, but if you’re a light sleeper, keep that in mind... also the shower doesn’t get super hot but the place was immaculate and Beth provides lots of tips and amenities as well.

    Krystal2020-02-21T00:00:00Z
  • Nice place for what I needed, kitchen had utensils and basic cooking things, overall clean. There is no internet however for anyone traveling for work that needs it.

  • Quaint home in Durant, a tiny town in Iowa. Seth is retired navy, a great guy to talk with, and the bedroom he is renting out was just what I needed. Iowa charm!

5-10 minutes from the Moline Airport! Within a few miles of everything: bars, restaurants, Hy-Vee grocery store, coffee shop, you name it! We recommend Pagalos or Spinners pizza in Milan. If you download our mobile app Blujaket you'll get deals for tons of local restaurants and other businesses. We're right next to the Hennepin Canal bike path!! Bring your bike and/or running shoes and your 4 legged running companion! Close to the interstate 74 and 280 so you can get just about anywhere in the Quad Cities in 20 min or less. Get to downtown Davenport or the District of Rock island in 15 min or less. Quiet neighborhood, you feel sort of "out in the country" without being too far from conveniences. Large fenced in back yard for your pup to run around in without worry. You will have plenty of peace, quiet and privacy with the only noise expected to be in mornings before work and evenings after work. Our space is pet friendly and also very clean! Guests have their own personal fridge and microwave in the room. Our rooms our popular for both short and long terms guests. Our dog's name is Lila and we have a cat, Murray, both of which are extremely friendly and would love to meet you, but we do not have a problem with keeping the dog and cat isolated to their own room/out of the common areas during your stay if you wish, and have done this for guests in the past! Our pets are never allowed into guests rooms.
Quiet, friendly neighborhood, great place to go for a leisurely walk. You can also walk to the bike path and trails from here.
  • Very quiet, nice bed, good shower, especially I enjoyed Murray the Cat. He greeted me at the door and said goodbye when I left.

  • Would definitely stay again!

    Janina2019-10-16T00:00:00Z
  • Best value for location. Emilie and Michael are very hospitable and their puppy, Lila, played with my dogs a lot. Their yard is enormous and fully enclosed so my dogs could unwind after the drive from Chicago. Their area is quiet and peaceful. Although this is a private room, I only ran into Michael and Emilie a few times. They have a robot vacuum, and as they have a friendly cat, I never once stepped on a piece of cat litter, which says something about how clean their place is. Will definitely book again.

    Nicholas2019-10-07T00:00:00Z
  • Awesome place to stay, comfy bed, super clean and the desk is nice to have since I can study and read. Their pets are so friendly and kept me company! Will be back.

    Janina2019-10-02T00:00:00Z

This little cottage is a Rock Island Historic house. Nestled among the large Victorians, it was built in 1879 and housed various workers, from a blacksmith, to a wallpaper hanger! Located just blocks from the Mississippi River you can walk along a paved bike path with gorgeous views. In the evening enjoy the vibrant nightlife, with music and a dinner playhouse! This tiny historic cottage is great for a quick night, but perfect for class reunions, weddings and the John Deer Classic!
This Historic home was called the Workers cottage. Since I bought it last year I have refurbished it so others could enjoy it as an airbnb. Be the first to enjoy the charm of this quaint cottage in the Broadway Historic Neighborhood! We love it, and hope you will too! Note: has very steep stairs to the upstairs bedroom!
I have lived in the Broadway Historic District for over 30 years and raised 2 boys. I am very proud of my Victorian home and this little Cottage.
  • Another wonderful stay at Carla’s Cottage! It is so nice to travel and have such a beautiful place to stay! Carla goes above and beyond in creating this fantastic place..and she is an excellent host. This place is awesome and we have already booked our next trip.

    Kelly2020-01-02T00:00:00Z
  • Carla made my experience one of a kind. Would stay 100x over!

    Kelsey2019-12-19T00:00:00Z
  • This is the perfect place to stay after a day of history buffing, as we did! An old, historic home, fixed up beautifully and the whole place is yours! We are tall so we had to be mindful of the upstairs dormer ceiling, and the tiny stairway up was a bit of a challenge to our big feet, but what a dollhouse. It was a quick in and out, and meeting Carla was a joy. She is so enthusastic about the history and decor of the place. I whole heartedly recommend this place to any romantic out there who loves history and friendly hosts! Carla is tops!

    Mary2019-12-03T00:00:00Z
  • Great place. I will be back

    Kari2019-11-26T00:00:00Z

    Sami2019-11-22T00:00:00Z
  • Carla’s house was very nice. It was sparkling clean and very stylish older home. Carla always very friendly, and I enjoyed my stay in Rock Island.

  • Communication was clear and quick. The Pearl House is great for the whole family and easy access for anything along the river in eastern Iowa. David is fantastic. To work with and we will definitely come back when we are in the area in the future.

    Kevin2020-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • David was an amazing host and this house was way more than I could have asked for! I will definitely stay again if Dave would have me and I’m in the area! Perfect in every way!

    Brock2020-03-07T00:00:00Z
  • A wonderful historic house within easy walking distance from bars and cafés in downtown Muscatine. A great base to explore the Mississippi river area. The house itself is historic and beautifully restored. David as a host is just wonderful - the personal touches... the efforts to make us feel welcome... the charm of our 'home away from home' best in class! We were a family if five and we truly felt at home - enjoyed board game evenings, the local cafés and the national parks in the area. Strongly recommend staying here if youre in the area :)

    Kjell2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • Unbelievable find in Muscatine. Great for stay with family. Pearl House is well located within a few blocks of several of the best restaurants in Muscatine. The house itself has been recently remodeled and redecorated from top to bottom and the job was very well done, creating a very comfortable place to stay. It was absolutely spotless with everything imaginable to make our stay super comfortable and convenient. It was nice having the extra room - living room, dining room, kitchen, front sitting room and a bathroom all on the main level. The second floor has three bedrooms and a bathroom/laundry. The third level is one more bedroom. It was really nice to have the laundry facilities and thanks for the detergent pods and softener sheets it was easy to wash a few clothes. In fact there were plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, coffee pods, pantry items, etc. making it easy to stay and not have think too hard about what was needed. Everything worked well, not a single issue. The alarm system made us feel very secure. The internet was super fast and there were several options for steaming movies and other content, including Hulu and YouTube TV which provided live TV channels with many sports options. I can’t think of anything Pearl House did not have that we needed and the host was very responsive and considerate - Highly Recommend!

    Douglas2020-01-12T00:00:00Z
  • This house was absolutely gorgeous! The extra amenities and historic feel made our stay extremely memorable! We can’t wait to rent this home again! If you have young kids it is the perfect home due to the extra touches for the kids!

    Kaila2019-12-30T00:00:00Z
  • The early 1900s house is beautifully renovated with original hardwood and details but with large rooms and plenty of storage so you won’t be cramped on your stay. The pantry was stocked with extra supplies which helped prevent more grocery store runs. The bathrooms are comfortable and everyone got a great night’s sleep in the comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again!

    Jennifer2019-12-23T00:00:00Z
  • This house is just beautifully restored and spotlessly clean and tidy. The organization of everything was just great, the extra things left for our use in case we forgot anything were thoughtful and numerous items were there for our use, just because this owner knows what people like and need. We had a very enjoyable stay!

    Tim2019-12-02T00:00:00Z
  • This is one of the nicest AirBnB's that I have ever stayed at. It has all of the little touches that most AirBnB's don't think of, especially for the kitchen. The communication was great and we had an amazing time at the house. If we ever return to Muscatine we will definitely stay here. Great Job on the house David!!!

Apt 2 is a cozy, welcoming full apartment. There is a large bedroom, and the living room/kitchen is a small but well used space. It is a second floor unit, (must do stairs, staircase is outside). There is 1-2 off street parking spaces and the street is safe to park in also. WiFi, free Hulu, Roku, and Disney+! (No local channels) Complementary coffee and tea with to go cups for an early morning exit. LGBTQ+ friendly.🏳️‍🌈 It’s got everything you need for a weekend getaway, or a work week trip.
The space that is available to our guests is entirely their own. There are separate entrances. There are many times we do not see a guest coming or going, so it feels very private.
  • Great place! Clean, cozy, with lots of personal touches. Hosts responded quickly and were super helpful.

    Katherine2020-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • This place is super cute and clean! The area is also very nice; being from the QC area myself, I would not get an Airbnb just anywhere. It is located near other beautiful Victorian homes, safe neighborhood. There were lots of amenities, including tooth brushes which was super helpful because my boyfriend forgot his and didn't have to go buy one! Loved that they already had netflix and other things hooked up to watch easily. Overall great stay, would definitely recommend!

  • Loved the location of Amanda’s place. Just a 10 minute walk from a few great dinner spots and bars. The space was clean and cozy with tons of room. The stairs to the unit were perfectly cleared of snow and salted for safety. Loved the inclusion of the bathroom amenities since I had forgotten my toothbrush.

Newly renovated cabin is steps away from a public access boat ramp leading to Boston Bay and the Mississippi River. Great area for hunting, fishing, boating, snowmobiling, or just an easy getaway with family and friends. There are a couple bars in town and a convenience store within walking distance (about a 10 minute walk). Rental includes use of 3 kayaks and one canoe. If you’re up for a 15 minute drive, the “Boondocks” in Joy has excellent food!
New Boston is a small, laid back river town that’s kind of at the end of the road. There are a couple of bars in town, about a ten minute walk away. A gas station/general store/take out pizza. If you’re up for a 15 minute drive, the “Boondocks” in Joy has excellent food. Also, a little used public access boat ramp right by the cabin, and a larger, more modern ramp with parking about a three minute drive away if you have a big boat. Both ramps have easy access to Boston Bay (roughly 1.5 square miles of area to explore) and the Mississippi River (Pool 18 is roughly 26 miles long). There is river type beach near the bridge in the bay (if the water isn’t too high). We have met all of our immediate neighbors and genuinely like all of them.
  • Such a cute and cozy cabin. Loved the boats and fire pit. Loved the location for exploring some Iowa and Illinois parks, etc. Good value, too!

    Joshua2020-03-06T00:00:00Z
  • It was a very cozy and pleasant stay. Perfect for our romantic getaway hibernating inside, but as the host allows use of their canoes and kayaks, it would be very fun in the summer as well! Loved Will’s place!

    Noah2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Place was clean, the description provided by Will was accurate. It is 100 feet from the Mississippi River, which was gorgeous even during the winter. Neighbors were a bit closer than we would have liked, but honestly, it did not take away from the experience. Place is cozy and has solid WiFi and amenities.

    Anthony2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Very nice and on the Mississippi!

My place is for couples, business travelers, single travelers.
The listing is situated in a quiet neighborhood with little to lite traffic but it is positioned near busier roads that allow for quick traveling around the Quad Cities.
  • Clean, relaxing and very quiet place to stay. The bed was quite comfortable, and it's a great getaway.

  • This place is great. It was my 3rd or 4th time crashing here.

  • Sean was a great host, easy to communicate with, and helped me with my car during a snow storm. Location was great, room were clean, and everything was as expected. Highly recommended as a place to stay!

    Theresa2019-12-07T00:00:00Z
  • Sean’s place is a real bang for your buck! His place is really stylish and clean and the bed was super comfy. Perfect for business and pleasure!

    Rachel2019-11-24T00:00:00Z
  • Sean's place is great! So great in fact, that this was my second time booking his place. He was just as welcoming and hospitable the second time around. I'm sure I'll be back the next time I need lodging in the area!

    Joseph2019-11-03T00:00:00Z
  • Sean's place is in a really nice, quiet, safe neighborhood and the home was recently remodeled. Private room and private bath. I slept very, very well. I was in Davenport for business and had to extend which Sean was very helpful in doing. I would have stayed longer but he had another returning guest already booked. I enjoyed my stay, and will be saving it in my favorites.

Welcome to my home! This bedroom has a Double/Full bed. There are 2 bedrooms with 1 shared bathroom in my harmonious home. You will share the living room, dining room, kitchen & bathroom with the person booking the other room. See Private Queen bedroom: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/27928556?s=24 . If you are interested in booking both rooms it's available here: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/29435523?s=51 (Can accommodate 6 adults (2 people per bed).
Peace and Harmony is the theme of my house. I have done most of the repairs and restorations myself with the support and help of many of the lovely ladies I call friends. This American Foursquare 5 bedroom 3 bathroom built in 1925 incorporates handcrafted "honest" woodwork. While I've been told I'm quite witty, my home would be considered quite "smart" with the connected devices available to you during your stay. My space and I are however very much alike in that we will always be a work in progress and as creativity flows we will continue to evolve. I hope that if you chose my space you will enjoy the progressive evolution of improvements to my space of InHer Harmony.
Keystone Neighborhood is a quiet, quaint neighborhood ideally located between the two downtowns of Rock Island and Moline. This key location was first promoted by developer E.H. Guyer in the 1890s, where he imagined a utopian city with a depot, theater and wonderful houses. While the houses did eventually develop, the rest did not. Residents here resurrected Guyer's logo of the area 100 years later. One of KeyStone's major assets is the wide variety of architectural styles that can be found in the neighborhood. The neighborhood contains an outstanding variety of American Foursquare style homes.
  • Great place to stay. Cute place with everything you need. The location is great as far as being close enough to the cool things the QC has to offer, especially one of a kind restaurants. Kelli is a wonderful host. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again easily.

    Jordan2020-03-14T00:00:00Z
  • This was my second stay at Kelli’s . I really think this is my favorite place to stay in Rock Island. Always clean and comfortable! There is a certain peace and tranquility when I stay there!

    Kari2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • This place is very nice for the price. The house is clean and the rooms have lots of space to put your stuff. Even though Kelli wasn't there during my stay, I found her to be a very welcoming host. She answered all my questions immediately and was great at communication. Perfect airbnb experience!

  • It's an interesting little two-bedroom cabin, just the right size for a place to crash. I liked the rustic features and it was nice to indulge in one of the drinks left for guests. I didn't spend much time there, but would recommend it.

  • This was our first time staying at a Air BnB. And I have to say it was an amazing first experience. Teresa had stickers on cupboards to tell us where everything was. We had even little extras for the bathrooms (q-tips, deodorant, toothbrushes) which was a cute little addition. Helps just Incase you forgot anything like that. We had access to her grill (which we used). Nothing negative about this stay!! We felt at home! Definitely will book again! And I think I’ve gained a friend =)

two sets of bunk beds fit snuggly in a small, high ceilinged, single closet room with light blue walls. there is a small round cafe table in the corner with two chairs in front of a massive window overlooking a green space. ideal for touring bands, and people just passing through needing a bed for the night. we host shows randomly throughout the week in the downstairs bar. please check with us to find out what is happening as it could affect your stay depending on the event.
the room is on the second floor of ROZZ-TOX, a popular bar/cafe/music venue. just outside the apartment door is a library that is shared with customers full of wonderful books and vhs tapes.
next door is a record shop (ragged records), an analog recording studio (future apple tree) and a lovely green space. 5 min walk to the mississippi river and a great little riverside park. across the river is downtown davenport, which has many bars, restaurants, cafes, museums, retail.

  • Thank you Benjamin for a fantastic stay. Everything was clean and many extra touches were very well thought out. The mini fridge and reading light were handy. The place had a fun vibe with lots of cool artwork. The location is very convenient to local nightlife including the establishment downstairs. (Check it out btw) The price was reasonable too. I just regret the time went so quickly. Thanks again!

  • Very clean space. Use of the garage was great for our stay and proximity to downtown was great.

    Mark2019-12-08T00:00:00Z
  • Teri is a great host! We travel from Alabama each year to visit family in Moline. This is the first time we chose not to stay in a hotel and it was the best decision ever! This will be our first place to book for our next trip. Her home was very easy to find and in a cute, quite neighborhood. Her home is very clean, spacious and kid friendly (we have 3 year old twins). The beds and pillows are super comfy. We absolutely loved the master suite on the top level. Having the washer and dryer in the suite also made it very convenient. We also liked having private parking in the back rather than parking on the street in front of the house. It definitely felt like a home away from home.

  • Great place to stay downtown Davenport. Within walking distance to food and bars. Very modern style and clean. Comfy couch and bed. Extremely easy check-in/check out. Nice view of the Mississippi River. Only complaints are that the apartment is close to train tracks which can be loud and the large windows let in a lot of sunlight with no curtains to block out the light if needed. Overall great place to stay.

  • This is a comfortable 2 bedroom one bathroom unfinished basement home with detached garage. It has everything you need to feel right at home, other than food of course. The living entertainment was exceptional, with a large smart tv-Netflix provided, surround sound, and PlayStation. Along with WiFi! The neighborhood seemed welcoming. Their was scented candles on just about every table top as well as the bathroom. Any and everything other than food and beverages(to be expected) was provided. The basement was unfinished although spacious enough to throw a gathering. All in all, being my first air bnb, I will never rent a hotel room again unless I’m in need for a dip in a pool or jacuzzi lol. The host Michael was very nice welcoming and communicative! Definitely will be doing business with him again in the future.

There is also a beautiful view of the Mississippi River outside the kitchen windows. It’s perfect for one person or a couple. You’ll have a private entrance to the apartment in the back of the house. I have included a couch, coffee table, small dining table, large desk, a few chairs, a fully functional kitchen, and a washer/dryer. Help yourself to coffee or tea provided. There is a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, dishes, and pots and pans. Clean sheets and towels provided as well as everything you need and more for a super functional cozy stay. The space works for those who do not require privacy. Massage Therapy is available by appointment as part of your trip. I am a licensed MT, and have a room upstairs dedicated to my craft. Just let me know if you’d like a massage in your message upon booking the space, and we’ll see if we can make it work.

  • Emily’s home is absolutely stunning! The victorian charm has been captured in time and well kept with many of its original features. Sparkling clean. The location was nice. A 5 minute walk with my pup on sidewalks to the little Main Street area with restaurants, bars, and shops. A short walk to the Mississippi River path and a wonderful view of the river and city from her backyard which sits up on a hill. Would stay here again if I’m ever back in the area.

  • Emily’s place is in the best location in the Quad Cities! Minutes from anything you would want to do or see in the area! The apartment is super spacious and PET FRIENDLY. There’s a yard in the back that overlooks the river - gorgeous in the morning! It is an old house (charming and we loved it) so know that when you book - it’s not the Ritz, ya know? Great value!

  • VERY spacious, quiet, loved the never ending HOT shower and large shower head. 15 minutes from almost everything and 5 minutes from most things. Wonderful cafes and coffee shops in walking distance and cool view of the Ole Mississippi right off the back. I loved the vibe of the old house and all the space that came with it. Will def stay there again.

  • Eric's place is great. Very close to pretty much everything in Davenport but far enough away from the noise. Eric is very good at communicating. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area and looking for a great place to stay.

    Joseph2020-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • Eric's place was perfect for our trip! Quiet neighborhood and a short drive to downtown. He was very quick to respond to my messages which made it even more seamless of a stay.

    Courtney2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Good place to stay. Everything was perfect.

    Michal2020-02-07T00:00:00Z
  • Great location near parks - perfect location for children. It’s in a quiet and safe neighborhood off the Main Street so very little traffic. Lots of space with an in unit washer and dryer.

    Don2020-01-02T00:00:00Z
  • Stay was great, plenty of space for our party of 4. Location is positioned at the end of a street close to a park (great for kids) and easy access to the main roads of Davenport. Eric was pleasant and quick to respond, thanks for the stay!

    Cody2019-12-26T00:00:00Z
  • Great space, plenty of room, close downtown, quiet.

    Casey2019-12-08T00:00:00Z
  • We were scheduled to stay at Eric's for 3 nights. Last minute we needed a place to stay the 4th night and Eric was very quick to respond and set us up with an additional night without any hesitation! Apart from being clean, cozy and offer a great location Eric was a wonderful host.

    Taylor2019-11-30T00:00:00Z
  • Eric place was great! He let us do our own thing, but was also available for any questions we had. The fenced in backyard was bigger than I expected, and loved by the dog! He has everything you need, right down to laundry soap and spices for cooking! We fully enjoyed our stay.

The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, within walking distance of Vander Veer Park and its beautiful fountains and botanical gardens! In our home you'll choose between two bedrooms. I accept one reservation at a time and, although 4 fit very comfortably, I can accommodate up to 6 people depending on the makeup of your group. The rooms are directly across from each other, with a bathroom in between. There is never any overlapping of guests so the bathroom is exclusively yours during your stay. Making a reservation with 1 or 2 people gives you your choice of one bedroom. Making a reservation with 3 or more people gives you access to the second bedroom. Two people may reserve both bedrooms for an additional $10 per night. The first bedroom has a king sized bed, a single day bed, and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a beautiful queen sized canopy bed, ceiling fan, small sitting area, and a large desk. I also have 2 twin sized, self-inflating, air mattresses that fit perfectly in that bedroom and are equipped with sheets, blankets, and pillows. I can accommodate most sleeping arrangements if you tell me in advance what you'll need to make everyone comfortable. You may utilize the kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry facilities. A television providing local channels and a Roku with Netflix is available for your use in the living room, or use your own devices to access the wireless internet connection. Please make yourself at home! Love coffee? Choose your brew! I have a stove top espresso maker, a programmable coffee maker, french press, coffee grinder, and a pour-over coffee dripper. I'm happy to set the timer on the programmable maker so you may have your coffee freshly brewed when you wake up. Included in your stay is a continental style, self-serve breakfast, fresh bed linens and towels, ironing board and iron, blow dryer, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and a collection of sample sized toiletries in case you forget something. We are people friendly, everybody is welcomed here, and we would be pleased to have you as guests in our home. We are conveniently located 4.5 miles from the I80 and US61 interchange. The Rock Island Arsenal is just down the hill, approximately 2 miles away. Nearby, you'll find Saint Ambrose University, Palmer School of Chiropractic studies, Downtown Davenport, Figge Art Museum, Putnam Museum and iMax Theatre, Casinos, Adler Theatre, the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds, Centennial Park, Northpark Mall, and easy access to Bettendorf, Moline, & Rock Island.

Carriage house apartment (above a garage) close to St. Ambrose University and Palmer College, dining and entertainment. Large private space - you get the whole apartment. 1,400 square feet. Two bedrooms with 3 beds (1 queen/2 doubles). Big kitchen, dining room, on-site laundry. Modest space, with the character that comes with being 120+ years old! Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids). If you like old historic buildings, you'll like the space.
Located in the Oak Lane Historic District, which is listed on National Register of Historic Places, this is the carriage house of the Julia Roberts House (no, not that Julia Roberts). Julia and her husband started the U.N. Roberts Company which was best known for its subsidiary the Gordon Van Tine Homes. Think about where the servants stay in Downton Abbey - its sort of like that except it has modern conveniences. The floors creak and the space shows its age. If you prefer contemporary spaces, its probably not the right place for you. It has own private entrance, with all modern comforts – forced air heat, central air conditioning, onsite laundry, dishwasher, and aged wood floors. With nearly 1,400 square feet, you’ll have plenty of space. There's even a back porch that looks out to a neighborhood park. The building has 9 ft ceilings, big windows and it still has the original claw foot tub.

  • WOW - what a treasure! The carriage house was even bigger and more beautiful than we expected. It's directly backed up to a city park and an easy walking distance to down town. The space has special touches that make it feel like home - would be perfect for a family or small group. We would love to make a return trip for another stay in the future. Thank you for the great experience, Joe!

    Heidi2020-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • Joe is a great host and super-responsive. This place is a bargain for our family with 2 little kids. Each kid got a twin and they loved their stay, too! We were close to downtown and all that we needed. Thanks again to Joe!

    Allison2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Joe's place was comfortable and spacious! It was a great landing spot after a long day of activities!

    Catherine2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • Joe's place is exactly as described. Joe described it as being somewhat creaky, however I didn't wake up my grandson walking around in the morning, so it's not too loud. We loved the spaciousness of the carriage house stay.

    Terry2019-12-15T00:00:00Z
  • Great experience! We stayed there on Thanksgiving while visiting family. Joe was flexible with the check in time, and we were able to come a little early to cook our part of the meal at the Carriage House. He was great with communication, and he had a working turntable and records to spin! We hope to stay there again. Nothing but good things to say.

    Tim2019-11-29T00:00:00Z
  • This is my second time staying at this location. It’s an awesome place. It’s quiet, private, and it feels like home! Looking forward to more stays at this place!

    Bruno2019-11-24T00:00:00Z
  • Joe was a great host and very hospitable. The house is spacious; be warned it’s a little hard to find in the dark.

    Nikhil2019-11-03T00:00:00Z
  • Great little 2 bedroom carriage house that sits above a garage. It is an older style with a cool layout. Enjoy the tv or some records while you're there. Comfortable beds, coffee maker, and more. Does have a steep stairway going up.

Cozy upstairs apartment, 1/2 mile away from the Village of East Davenport. This is a tiny spot, but perfect for a weekend stay or a work week trip. Radiant heat, and a lovely view of the neighborhood and sometimes peak of the river. Free Hulu, Roku , and Disney+! (no local channels) WiFi Kitchen cook wear, utensils and complementary coffee and tea with to go cups for early mornings. LGBTQ+ friendly.🏳️‍🌈 Owner occupied in lower unit, happy to answer questions and make your stay more comfortable.
This is a cute, calm and relaxed apartment, that you will have all to yourself. We are walking distance to the Village of East Davenport, which has cute shops, bars, restaurants and a winery. A bit farther walk in the other direction and you would be downtown Davenport. We love taking walks on the bike path on the river, just down the street. The bedroom is SMALL, but it’s for sleeping. The morning and afternoon sun shine into the bedroom, we use black out shades to keep it cool in the summer. The living room is cozy, I put a million pillows on the daybed to make it more comfy. The kitchen and bathroom are also SMALL, but efficient. Everything out in the open so it’s easy to find everything.
Our neighborhood is old, we love walking around and looking at the old architecture and character that people have added over the years. There is a lovely look-out point around the corner on Prospect Drive, that over looks the Mississippi River. We would generally advise to stay between our place and the river, if you’re walking around.
  • Very nice.

    Alexis2020-03-05T00:00:00Z
  • Space was super stylish and welcoming. For the most part it felt secluded and private, despite talking and music from downstairs neighbors. Great little space and proximity to city center and riverfront was awesome!

    Jessica2020-02-25T00:00:00Z
  • Easy check in. Clean place. Had everything I needed for my short stay. Only (very minor) complaint is the thin walls. Everyone quieted down at a reasonable time but definitely woke up to the sounds of snoring on the other side of the wall.

    Abigail2020-02-22T00:00:00Z
  • Great space with everything we needed. Great communication and location. Very clean. Highly recommend!

  • I stayed for an extended period of time with Amanda from Nov 2019 to the beginning of February 2020. She was an amazing host and everything in the apartment was exactly as stated in the description. Amanda and her husband and the cleaning person were all very responsive and helped us whenever we had any questions or issues in the apartment. Having an accessible laundry site was also a huge plus and came in handy during my stay. Highly recommend staying with Amanda.

Our house is in the perfect location for fun and essentials. We are 1/2 mile from the cute Village of East Davenport which boasts a great scene of bars and eateries, a little theater, and local softball games all right by the Mississippi river. Along the river is an excellent bike path called the Mississippi River Trail. The neighborhood is called McClellan Heights. It is very established with amazing old houses, no two of which are alike so it's a real treat to meander by when taking a walk. For kids, we have lots of toys plus fenced in swings, slide, and lots more like that nearby. As for essentials, stores are numerous with Starbucks, Home Depot, Schnucks (groceries), and more just a mile away; ALDI, Save-A-Lot, and more two miles away towards downtown, and Hy-Vee (groceries), Dollar General, and more two miles north, and a mall and many other shops a little farther. • Excellent value and a great space. Stayed for a long-term business trip and it was easiley nicer and more convenient than any hotel. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and Taryn was very good with communication from the check-in instructions to being very accommodating should anything come up. Just minutes away from downtown Davenport was very nice as well. All in all, a great stay and I will be looking up again when back in the area.

Welcome to my home! This bedroom has a queen-size bed. There are 2 bedrooms with 1 shared bathroom in my harmonious home. You will share the living room, dining room, kitchen & bathroom with the person booking the other room. See Private Full/Double bedroom at https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/29434669?s=51 If you are interested in booking both rooms it's available here: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/29435523?s=51 (Can accommodate 6 adults (2 people per bed).
  • Kelli’s house on Rock Island is a nice older home, about 70-80 years old, in a historic area of town, near a University, which has a lot of college kids living in the area...but are very quiet and responsible. The pizza restaurant at the corner was great. Kelli keeps her house nice and clean. It reminded me of my grandmothers home with the architecture and woodwork inside. The electronic code power lock on the front door is a great security device. I never experienced one like it. Wonderful. The bathroom has that 1950’s appearance and everything works great. The bed has a memory foam mattress. The room is simple but decorated nicely. I will definitely stay at Kelli’s again.
