The apartment is located in the attic of our beautiful semi-detached house in a quiet and very good residential area in the middle of the countryside. Free parking is available on the street outside the house. I speak German, English, Italian and French. If I am not on site, I am easily accessible via cell phone! We rent a cozy and lovingly equipped 2-room apartment on the upper floor of a Bavarian cottage with south-facing balcony and a paradise garden for 2 to 3 adults. The house is located in a quiet residential area 10 min. walk to the train station and the town center with all shops. A great forest is very close. Trips to Munich and the beautiful Bavarian surrounding area can be done comfortably by car or the S-Bahn/regional train or rent bicycles.
