Each floor has a bathroom, including a bath and ground floor walk in shower. Our fully equipped kitchen includes range cooker, washing machine and fridge freezer. Stunning appartment as part of barn conversion in quiet, rural location, just 2 miles from the sea with a village pub within easy walking distance. Very comfortably furnished with under-floor heating, large shower, kitchen/living room, free wifi & off-road parking. Lovely countryside walks and cycle routes on our doorstep and 2 awarding winning pubs/restaurants less than 3.5 miles away. Unfortunately, the accommodation is not suitable for children or babies and we do not accept pets.

Hello! The flat at Conway House is located in the wonderful village of Overstrand, just 1.5 miles east of Cromer, a ten-minute walk to the beach. We are renting a self-contained flat with an en-suite, on the first floor of the house. We will provide a breakfast of toast, cereals, fruit, and yoghurt, as well as tea, coffee, and nibbles. There is a small kitchen in the flat, but it does not have either a hob or an oven - just a microwave.
