The apartment is located in a very sunny & quiet location in Birkach, about 3 km from the center of Pfunds and offers a great view of the upper Inn Valley. The restaurants and shops can be reached by car in about 5, on foot in about 20 minutes. The large windows brighten the rooms and offer a pleasant atmosphere. The nearby summer & winter sports regions Schöneben (I), Samnaun (CH), Nauders, Serfaus, Fiss-Ladis can be reached in a few minutes by car/ ski bus!
