The gastronomy and shops are about 5 minutes by car, on foot in about 20 minutes. The large windows illuminate the premises and offer a pleasant atmosphere. The nearby summer & winter sports regions of Schöneben (I), Samnaun (CH), Nauders, Serfaus, Fiss-Ladis are a few minutes' drive by car/ski bus!

Relax after an eventful day in our fine wellness area with relaxation zone, sauna, adventure shower and infrared loungers. A secure garage for bicycles with charging and repair facilities is also available. Ski equipment can be stored in the ski room with heated boot dryer. In summer there is a barbecue in the garden.

Our new apartment (vacation home) will be completed in mid-August 2024. It is ideal for 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 children. It has a double bed and a sofa bed, a dining table and a spacious kitchen. The bathroom has a double sink and a shower. The toilet is separate. There is also a beautiful private terrace with garden and sun loungers. Parking, ski storage with ski boot dryer free of charge at the property.

Great location! The house is close to adventure pool (Bogn Engadina), shopping, public transportation, restaurants. You'll love my place because of the unique mineral water fountain in front of the house, the forecourt with original Lower Engadine flair. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with children) and large groups for family celebrations
