The Annexe is a bright, quiet and comfortable modern self contained space with a private entrance and parking on the drive. Broadclyst village has two popular pubs both serve great food and are only a 10min stroll there is also a post office and corner shop. The Cathedral City of Exeter is a 15min drive and is also easily accessible by bus from Broadclyst. Close to Airport but away from flight path, easy access to A30 and M5. Choice of 2 Train Stations Cranbrook or Pinhoe which are a 5min drive

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. Our comfortable apartment is situated on the outskirts of Exeter close to Exeter Airport and the City (2.5 miles) .
