The Carriage House - The Mountains are calling

This 1 bedroom carriage house is custom built, with tall knotty pine ceilings and features a spacious open concept. There is a queen size bed and plenty of closet space. A full kitchen, including refrigerator, stove, coffee and microwave and all the necessities to prepare a meal. The 3 piece bath includes, tiled shower, makeup mirror, and hair dryer. A sectional couch for relaxing, or watching tv. You’ll have a separate parking space, and a bistro set to enjoy on the carriage house porch.

Little River Cabin in the Woods

Upon your arrival to this secluded setting, you will find a charming modern log house. No detail has been overlooked in the decor and furnishings to make you feel at home. On the main floor is a generous living area which includes a contemporary kitchen with many amenities, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a laundry room, if needed. Up the staircase is the loft with a king size bed, a twin XL daybed and a sleeper sofa. Pls note: this property is unsuitable for children 12 and under.

Feels like you're out in the country but just outside the city limits. Maryville College is just around the corner,Great Smoky Mountains are just up the road...close to downtown historical Maryville, 30 minutes into Knoxville. Large yard to walk and enjoy. Space for 2 dogs, must be crated if left during the day...CATS are NOT allowed due to allergy concerns. NO SMOKING OR VAPING on property Diapers must be taken out to the main garbage each day. It's a cozy spot with a patio dining area, hot tub, fire pits, porch swing, and hammocks.
