The beautiful coastlines of Brittany are only just over 1 hour drive. The beach at Lac de Guerledan is 10 mins away. A good selection of shops, bars & restaurants are available. Sordan Beach (restaurant, water activities, swimming) is a 5-minute drive, 30-minute walk away. 10 minutes away, on Sunday mornings: Bon Repos market or visit the Abbey of Bon Repos or enjoy the towpaths of the Nantes-Brest Canal. Hiking or mountain biking trails at the foot of the house. Shops are 10 minutes away. Optional linens and towels. No cleaning service.

Un patio pour les fumeurs et non fumeur, cosy intérieur, lumineux. Pour les personnes sensibles aux bruits, je déconseille, le bien est situé en ville dans une rue passante, dans un immeuble plancher bois, le bruit de pas des locataires du haut peut être dérangeant.

By car you are 12 km from Mûr de Bretagne, 30 km from Pontivy and 55 km from Saint Brieuc.
