Large studio apartment with kitchen & bathroom

The apartment was renovated and newly furnished in 2019, and we renovated the bathroom and kitchen in the summer of 2021. In 2025, a partial renovation was carried out again. Electricity is now generated via solar and the heating is provided by a modern heat pump. It is a basement apartment in our residential building, which is completely independent (own entrance to the apartment). The apartment has a large living room and bedroom, a kitchen with dining table and a bathroom with shower.

The resort for nature lovers is located in the middle of the Southern Black Forest Biosphere Reserve. Above the cloud sea of the Rhine plain stands our beautiful forest house. Start your hikes right outside the door on the Westweg, or mountain bike tour through the Black Forest. Take the S-Bahn (8 min by car) in 30min. To Basel, France is 45 minutes away, Freiburg an hour. Feldberg, 45 minutes. The Schweigmatt swimming pool is a club pool. You can buy it for 20 euros for 4 uses.

in the district Hüsingen in the middle of the village, next to the old village well, stands our stylishly converted farmhouse dating from 1788, situated next to a horse paddock, not far from the forest. The attic is an oasis of peace. A large wild garden with apple trees belongs to the property and can be used for a romantic campfire, depending on the season. S-Bahn connection can be reached in 5 min by car. A baby cot can be added, children must be very careful with the steps.

A 1-room apartment on the first floor of an old farmhouse with a separate entrance and about 23 square meters of space, which we have lovingly brought to its current state. The area is perfect for hikers, motorcyclists, bikers and otherwise all who love nature. It is also not far to Lörrach (14 km), Schopfheim (13 km) or Basel (27 km).
