Beautiful, bright apartment on the 2nd floor accessible by lift. In the room is a large bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) for 1-2 people TV available with cableTV and Wi-Fi You live directly in Neu-Ulm. On foot it is about 7 min. to the center in Ulm and the Ulmer Münster and to the train station it is also only 3 min. The distance to Legoland in Günzburg is about 25 km. The Steiff Museum in Giengen is also a 20-25 minute drive. Ulm is 15 km away and there are plenty of opportunities to pass your time. If you want more nature, you can visit the ice age caves in the Lonetal and Achtal valleys. A parking space is directly in the premises. In the village there is a baker and butcher.
