Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

Keittiönurkassa voi valmistaa omia aterioita. Kaikkiin toimintoihin hyvät ohjeet. 2huonetta, 2WC:tä ja 2TV:tä. Lemmikkimaksu 10€. Lisävieras 10€/yö. Lähtiessä vain omat jäljet pois. Vuonna 2014 valmistunut Mökkimme sijaitsee Paljakassa, lähellä hiihtolatuja ja maastopyöräilyreittejä. Mökin tilat sijaisevat kahdessa kerroksessa. Sisältää puusaunan, viihtyisän pesuhuoneen, pienen mutta kätevän keittiön sekä vuodesohvan yläpuolelle avautuvan lasikaton, josta mahtavat taivas näkymät. Lisäksi terassiin on upotettu poreamme, jota vuokrataan erillisellä hinnalla. Pihalla on autopaikka lämmityksellä. Sviitissä on nopea wifi-yhteys. Keittiöstä löytyy kaikki kokkaamiseen tarvittavat perusvälineet uunia lukuun ottamatta.

The cottage is an old main building of a log-structured horse farm and is almost 100 years old. In 2010, the cottage was renovated from floor to ceiling. The cottage is 45 square meters and includes a bedroom, a living room and a bathroom. The cottage is located in the courtyard of the horse farm and the farm has horses and cats. Horses can be greeted by appointment. The hosts live in the same yard. Grocery store 6 km 4 km to the beach Nature trail 3 km Oulu 35 km I speak English.
