NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous center and train station proximity (10 min. walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking space + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the Landesgartenschaugelände.

The apartment is located in the nice idyllic Rupertiwinkel. Our great garden on the edge of the forest, with birds chirping and the sheep on the pasture next door, overlooking the mountains is pure relaxation. The apartment is located in the basement. Cleaning supplies and disinfectants are here. A bike path leads around Lake Waginger and Tachinger See the warmest lake in Bavaria. The heath hike with the moor lake is just a kilometer away.

Studio by the Lake Large private studio with terrace. 4 minute walk to the lake. The studio was intentionally designed to provide wide space for thought, reflection and movement. Oak floors in the living space and heated tile in the bathroom. Very quiet area with a peaceful view. There is a private terrace overlooking a meadow and the lake with a path, that leads you to the lake. Bathroom has a bathtub for two and separate shower.

Beautiful, bright apartment in Traunstein

Our apartment is 3 minutes walk from Traunsteiner Bahnhof, in a quiet location, as well as 5 minutes from the city center, with nice cafes and shops. Shops for everyday needs are also a few minutes away. The apartment has its own entrance, room with double bed and single bed, which can be used as a sofa when not needed; small kitchen with all necessary utensils...if you need anything and it is not there, just let me know
