This Airbnb is an excellent value! A private room, shared bathroom, full kitchen, and living space for the lowest price in the area. The room is very minimalist with mattress and boxspring on the floor, small table, lamp, and desk with TV (+Roku), just what I needed, with a lock on the door. The neighborhood is quiet and close to the highway, so ease of access to the general area is great and I never once felt unsafe. Ibn is the full time resident of the home and he keeps to himself, but is also available and friendly if you need anything. There are 2 rooms in the house rented for Airbnb so if you're staying for an extended time, expect to have numerous other guests cycle through. Ashley and Kyle are the owners of the house (they live a few blocks away) and are very hospitable, I had to shorten my stay and they were very accommodating. They deep cleaned the house before my arrival and there were brand new sheets and towels in my room when I got there. They are in the process of making updates to the home and there is now keypad entry for the house that works perfectly. Of note, this is an older home that has few if any updates so if you require 5 star hotel living, this isn't the place for you. However, if you are a normal human being who needs a place to stay where your privacy will be respected, I highly recommend Kyle's place!

This home and property was so enchanting! Our group enjoyed the spaciousness and charm that comes with this home. The home was clean and prepared for our arrival. We did not have any problems for the entirety of our stay. There is a particular smell that is in the downstairs of the home which is understandable being an older place that is not regularly occupied. It is furnished just enough to complete your stay. Don’t expect anything extravagant as far as sleeping is concerned. Over all, this home was a delightful experience and more than what we needed for our group’s weekend stay. The structure and beauty of the home/property are what dreams are made of! I’m thankful for the owner sharing their home with us!

This is an amazing, almost indescribable home set on beautiful grounds surrounded by huge trees and nature in a quiet neighborhood. Photos really dont do it justice. The kitchen is one of the best of any home I've seen! Everything about the home is very spacious and very comfortable! One of the best Airbnb values I've seen. This is also a good alternative if you need something close to Auburn. The commute is very easy. Much better than going back and forth to Columbus. Access to I-85 is very convenient and Opelika is particularly easy to get to. Try Niffers for burgers/grilled chicken and Zazus, for a nicer brunch, lunch or dinner. Our only issues were with the mustyness of the downstairs library which is converted to a bedroom. And on our visit the landscaping and outdoors had not been attended to recently so it was a bit overgrown and we ran into a number of spiders and webs around the outside of the house. We saw no unsects and had no problems on the inside, so it was not a big issue. Nature will be nature! Suzanne was a wonderful host and had everything in good order for us on our arrival. We will have great memories of celebrating my father's 81st birthday in this amazing home for years to come!

Dave and Rebecca are great hosts, very responsive and accommodating. There were seven of us in our party and we were very comfortable. We were in Columbus to visit our soldier and the house was so much better than a hotel. We were able share meals together and hang out in the backyard. We had an amazing time while visiting for our Son's "turning green" ceremony (October 25-October 27!) I am so thankful that David and Rebecca opened their home to allow for all the families to spend some much needed time with their Soldier. It was very clean and close to a lot of activities and restaurants in the area. I would definetely recommend staying here! We can't wait to visit Columbus again in 4 weeks for our Son's graduation!

We loved the location of this place. 5 minutes off the freeway but it feels like you're in a woodsy secluded paradise. We went for walks and hung out outside every morning just to enjoy the location. We especially loved all their doggies. Rodney is the sweetest dog I've ever met and he greeted us whenever we came back to the house! You can't get a better deal for a 2 bed 2 bath place!

Remotely located mobile home. The guests have their own side of the house with 2 bathrooms. The place was nicely decorated for Christmas. Teresa and Ron are very nice. They have a few dogs which are very quiet overall. The place is pet friendly. Overall very positive experience.

Sweet home Alabama! We loved everything about Ron and Theresa’s home! It was the perfect place for our visit for the Alabama/Auburn game—comfortable,clean and very spacious and they are the kindest hosts! We hope to visit again soon!

Theresa was charming, helpful , kind and very thoughtful. We drove in from the dark night into a warm welcoming home lit up with lovely lights. There was a generous bowl of dog food that sat welcoming our two anxious dogs. While Theresa greeted us warmly and showed us the way, we were left alone to enjoy her beautiful home. Our dogs had a fenced in yard all to themselves and we had a suite and access to the kitchen and sitting room. We loved the bathroom that was clean and had their own labled shampoo, lotion ........ Bottled water and york chocolate mints by the bed added a warm and thoughtful touch. We loved the hot coffee and tea. We even made ourselves some buttered toast and honey. Most of all the room we stayed in made us feel at home and personal artifacts reminded us of our own. I had mistakenly thought I had left behind something of sentimental value and they were kind and looked all over for it and immediately messaged back. OUr dogs were at home there and felt safe. We can't wait to visit back there again.

This is a lovely, well-maintained home with conscientious hosts who were available on premises 24/7. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a place in Auburn, but not in the middle of the traffic. It is close enough to be convenient, but far enough from the center of town not to be hectic or crowded. The neighborhood is beautiful and would be a great place for a morning or evening stroll.

I was looking for an inexpensive place to stay as I was coming into town for a pickleball tournament. This met my needs. A clean bed and a hot shower. It was part of a yoga studio but I left early and arrived back late and never saw anyone else. Someone else was staying in another room in the house but we never ran into him/her. Next time there is a tournament in town, I'll be booking this place again...if they will have me. :)

Ashley’s place was super clean, tidy, and she had so many little thoughtful touches to the room and bathroom in case you had forgotten anything. Check in was easy and even when I had some changes to my original plan (like arriving late) Ashley was so flexible and made it easy on me. The room was very nice and it was perfect! Also, the bed was SUPER comfortable!!!! We really loved our stay!

Ashley has a great place in a good location just a couple minutes from downtown. There is also a great nature Conservancy to walk in, within a couple miles. The upstairs apartment was very nice with a large sitting area and a very nice bathroom. Ashley has very good taste and all the furnishings and deco were very well done. We highly recommend it for anyone wanting to stay at Auburn.

It's a clean open home with comfortable bedding and wide open spaces to get around. It has all the amenities, front load washer dryer, full kitchen and bath and plenty of parking. Do know there are 4 super friendly dogs, labs/huskies and the sweetest cat. I have had to to telework due to COVID-19 and Jason has been super accomodating of my needs to move furniture so I can work more efficiently. Great guy.

My husband and I needed a place to stay while our house was being shown. I never thought that we would find a tiny house only 17 minutes away, right here in Auburn AL. It’s proximate to Tiger Town but you feel so far away from the city. We’ve been dreaming of buying some land and have a tiny house on it. But I was hesitant because I’m afraid a 400 sq ft home would make me feel claustrophobic. Well, Declan’s Rest is only 399 sq ft, but there are so many windows which make it bright and open with high ceilings that make it feel bigger too. I didn’t feel claustrophobic at all. And there’s a good sized fenced in deck that was perfect for relaxing, and convenient for our dog. I didn’t expect the house to be right next to the hosts home but it was still private on the other side where the patio is, so it worked for us. Besides, Barbara and Alton were friendly, hospitable, but also not intrusive. Barbara donates hand sewn masks to the vet school and we were lucky enough to receive 1 each as a gift. They really care about their guests. Of course, with social distancing in place, we had masks on as we talked to each other 6 ft apart 😷 thank you again for a great stay! The highlights of the tiny home, for me, are: Lots and lots of storage space Big bathroom with shower and double sinks Doggie door Fenced in backyard and patio Stacking Washer and dryer Big fridge Bedroom window faces the woods Front porch (screened-in would be nice but there weren’t many bugs when we were there) House faces a big farm so the view of green hills is relaxing Homemade jam in the fridge (so yummy) Big TV Very clean We hope to stay here again when we feel like getting away from the hubbub of the city but don’t want to drive too far.

Lee's house is exceedingly charming and in a beautiful bucolic setting. Definitely a break from urban life. The house is very well appointed with lots of space, towels, blankets, plates, glassware, heaters (my visit was in the Fall). The driveway leading up to the house can be hard to spot especially at night. I highly recommend staying here.

Between the beautiful lake view (which is spittin’ distance from the front door) to the cleanliness of the area to the most amazing hospitable host, Brandon, I highly recommend this Airbnb and endeavor to revisit in the future. My bridal party and I stayed at this beautiful house on the lake! It was the perfect touch to my special day! Waking up to that view of the water while we’re all getting dressed was just icing on the cake. It was everything I dreamed of and more!

This place was perfect for my needs. Host greeted me in person and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. I had a comfortable bed upstairs with a private bathroom as no one had booked the other upstairs room. The temperature in the house was comfortable and it was nice to have a ceiling fan also. There’s a nice flat screen TV mounted on the wall with plenty of channels. It was quiet during the night and slept with no interruptions. I know I will definitely be back in the future.

I enjoyed staying at Ronnie's place, check-in was quick and his home was very welcoming. He also has a dog which I adored. Ronnie himself was kind and I enjoyed talking to him during my stay. The place was very close to the highway and near many places to eat. Also if you are visiting Fort Benning it is about 20min off-post, which was great since I was volunteering to drive soldier for their pass. Would definitely stay there again.

We didn’t actually make it to Ronnie’s. Although, we spoke to him and he got back to us very quickly during communications. We hope to stay with him in the future if we are ever in the area again. Kind and very polite host.

Mr. Ronnie really made my two children and I feel at home. He gave us tons of privacy but still made sure we had what we needed. I also enjoyed that his home is near the highway, tons of shopping, and places to eat. Mr. Ronnie's home is exactly what it says, Southern Comfort. If you're a southern guy/gal, like myself this is the place for you. All in all a great stay.

There were a lot of little touches from menus of places in town, water bottles in fridge, and snacks / coffee on the table. The house has everything you need. The beds are very comfortable, so much so that my husband and I want to buy that exact one. The house is clean, very large, comfortable with nice furnishings. The oven , microwave and refrigerator all seem newer. They were super quick to respond, and were always incredibly nice. We are very happy we chose this for our Airbnb.

Quiet, comfortable space!

This is a great place to stay not too far from the city but feels like your away from any crazy city traffic. The place feels like your own private spot... you have access to their home but they definitely don’t intrude. I would recommend this place to anyone. Very clean and comfy.

Me and Ollie (my dog) enjoyed our stay here! The hosts were very friendly and considerate, and the place was lovely and in a queit and safe neighborhood.

Everything was exactly how they described. Rafael was a fantastic host and extremely kind and made you feel at home. It was a nice place because it was away from the city but not to far from doing anything in Columbus. Very knowledgeablein what to do which helped alot. I would recommend them and stay again.

Roy and Susan's place was lovely! A couple of co-workers and I needed a place to stay in the area, and their house was the perfect space for us to share and do our work. Not being from the area, we really appreciated all of the local tips that Roy and Susan prepared, and the charm of the house and neighborhood was just icing on the cake. We had a wonderful stay at Aunt Rose's house!!

Roy and Susan's is an absolute gem in a very quiet neighborhood. It had everything we needed and more! The board games were a blast! Very clean and it felt like home!

Brad's place is amazing! The pool house offers ample privacy and all the amenities for a exceptionally comfortable stay. Communication was great and check-in/check-out was extremely easy.

This was an amazingly comfortable space to stay in. The view of the pool, the hospitality and amenities provided to the guest are nothing short of astonishing. I enjoyed every bit of my visit and look forward to using the pool house again when I revisit Alabama.

Perfect place for Auburn football weekend. Clean, cozy and close to everything. We would definitely stay again in the future!
