Our new cottage in the middle of the vineyards with sauna and private jacuzzi consists of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen (Nescafe coffee maker and pods provided), a sofa bed, a bathroom as well as a large bedroom with a 160×200 bed. A large terrace overlooking the vineyard is also accessible to guests. A bioclimatic pergola allows you to relax in the hot tub all year round. A barrel sauna is also available on the terrace.

This independent studio is part of our main residence, and we are delighted to make it available to you. Guests can enjoy the quiet of the studio's private terrace, pool, and barbecue. The accommodation is 2 kilometers from the city center of Mont de Marsan and 5 minutes from the main roads for your excursions (Beach 1 hour 10 minutes/Spain 1 hour 30 minutes). Our old water mill has been rehabilitated into a dwelling house. With its independent entrance, its large windows have a breathtaking view of a green setting that will delight you! It is composed of 2 pretty bedrooms, a bathroom, 1 living room and a fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher etc. You can enjoy the beautiful covered terrace and in the summer you can swim in the river!
