Monthly Rentals in S'Abuleu

Valentina was a wonderful host, we had a lively time with great weather, all the facilities of a house - plenty of space. Any hitches were taken care of immediately & lots of helpful advice on what to do and great places to eat. We had a very comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable visit to Sardinia - thank you!

We stayed in the apartment for a longer period due to remote work. The owners were very kind and communicative. Our stay was in January—off-season, which is worth noting. The house is part of a large golf resort that feels empty outside the season. There are no shops or restaurants within walking distance, and you also need a car to get to the beach. So, having a car is essential. The apartment looks just like in the photos—clean and tidy, with a big bathroom. The kitchen lacks a dishwasher, oven, and even a kettle, which is quite inconvenient, as boiling water for tea takes a long time on the gas stove using a pot. The fridge is small with a separate freezer. The internet (4-6 Mbps) is not suitable for remote work. The patio has a gas grill, which I highly recommend. Heating is only via air conditioning, and the fireplace in the photos does not work. The smart TV is small, low quality, and slow. Overall, everything matches the description, but keep these details in mind.

Great welcome. The house is not so big but it is essential and functional, equipped with everything you need (there are beach umbrella and chairs, air conditioning, vacuum cleaner, cleaning products, only the washing machine is missing). It is a short walk from the center of Pula and is very convenient for getting around by car. There is free parking a 3-minute walk away and various supermarkets a few minutes by car. The host Carlo is a very kind and helpful person and also gave us a lot of tourist advice. Recommended!!

Pasquale is a great host-welcoming,friendly,communicative & humorous!What a find this house was. The house & beautiful garden are brilliant in every way.There is absolutely everything you need and more for a perfect,relaxing holiday-which we had.The house is modern,bright&pristine with great attention to detail throughout. We loved the outdoor terrace.The location,quiet &private is great,an easy walk to a beautiful beach.The island is beautiful,so many fabulous beaches.
