Le Pétrou is a bright and airy modern house enjoying panoramic views of the valley and the surrounding countryside. The open plan living room/kitchen looks through the window of a long 6m bay on the terrace, pool and view. Flat-screen TV satellite with DVD, music system and high-speed WiFi. Fully equipped kitchen with a pantry. A bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower room with W.C. There is a separate W.C. next to thestairs.

"La petite Roche" country cottage

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove. It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.

On the forest side and in the heart of a set of two traditional Périgord houses, the calm is total and the place lends itself to positive introspection, alone or as a couple.
