1 hour from Bordeaux, 25 minutes from Saint Emilion, 4 km from Cercoux, at the edge of the woods in this pretty little fully-equipped studio (independent entrance (key box), kitchen and dining area, with basic necessities (coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, etc...) and all the linen, you will enjoy a peaceful setting next to the owners who will be at your disposal. Located in an old house, it is naturally air-conditioned for the heat.

A few minutes from Lake Beauvallon (Montguyon), Saint-Aulaye beach (Dordogne) or Aubeterre (Charente), it's very easy to enjoy swimming and sightseeing. The Domaine de Pinsac and Andy Booth's famous school are only 7 kilometers from the farm. Idleness, rest and fishing at the edge of the ponds.
