Kara’s place was exactly what we were expecting. Two people not needing a lot of space but a well maintained u it with everything we needed for 3 week stays. Clean unit and close to beaches and restaurants. I play pickleball and courts were open play and friendly for all levels of plays. Great community. Will come back again.

Stayed here for a relaxing vacation and it was such a convenient spot. The place was way bigger than expected and had amazing views of the beautiful blue ocean. It was very clean and tidy. Definitely would recommend 10/10. Thank you Kara!

I only had problems with the hot plate provided, host was repsonsive and bought what was needed the next day. Great place.

Best host ever, so responsive and helpful. Our room wasn’t ready and she has us instantly go to a different room which was so nice and amazing! She was very active and helpful throughout our whole stay! 100% recommend.

I couldn’t stop bragging about this gem of a BnB!!! Alicia is a great host and communicator, any time I sent a message she responded in a timely manor. I can’t say nothing but great things about their place. Pet friendly ✔️, spacious but still quaint and private✔️, if you forgot something 10 times out of 10 they had it there for you (beach stuff) ✔️, clean✔️, in a prime location for any type of entertainment you were looking for (adults & kids) ✔️. I surprised my daughter and a couple of her friends with a Spring Break trip (Seniors class of ‘25) and they loved this spot and I didn’t have to worry about them having to drive a far distance to go and have a good time!!! The beach up the street and around the corner you can literally walk or drive your choice. Like I said I have been bragging about this spot since we got back to Atlanta 🥰‼️ I was over FL but Alicia and this gem has put it back on my radar PCB fan for life!!! I’ll definitely be back to this spot. Ty Alicia 🙏🏾😘‼️

The house was so cute! We walked everywhere the entire week. Super cute restaurants and insanely nice beach. Locals were insanely nice! Michael was so nice and answered super fast!

We stayed at Becky's place in Panama City Beach. it was our first time to the area and there was a wonderful book of things in the area and a map of the resort. Everything was so sweet and easy to find, while some things were closed for the holidays the place is still a great location just steps from the beach and a short drive to the main pier and boardwalk. We could always find a heated pool with a few of them on the property and loved that there were pickleball rackets to use just outside the door in the court. Loved the space, even better than the photos and loved that there were a few of the essentials (shampoo, dishwasher soap, laundry, etc. ). Thanks so much for the wonderful stay and great house!

Bridget was a very friendly and hospitable host! Room and bathroom were clean and I was able to rest well.

If I could give more stars I would. Nicole was a fantastic host, and we will definitely be coming back. Super easy walk to the beach and nothing could’ve been better. Definitely will be coming back!

The condo was just what we expected and a great location. I prefer to be up higher but honestly being on the 2nd floor was very convenient. The condo was really nice and had everything needed for a great stay.

Quick response and flexible with our last minute reservation! Check in was seamless, plenty of parking, friendly staff, very clean place with excellent amenities! The view was stunning, beds were comfy and plenty of pillows and sleeping space. Easy access to beach chairs and umbrellas, we had everything we needed and more! Tasteful decor that created peaceful space. Clear instructions and security checks bracelets and maintains safety on property.

A super cozy, clean place! The kitchen was throughly stocked, there were beach items on hand. Love this lil place would rent again!
