Main floor living room has a queen murphy bed(sofa isn’t the most comfy but I chose bed over comfy sofa) , a half bath, Full kitchen/dining area w/ everything you need for daily meals. A small fenced in yard w/ turf for pets. Smart tv, WiFi & laundry room.

Located in a nice safe neighborhood this house is about 2,000 sq ft and has everything you will need and love. You also can soak up the sun laying next to the pool out back, or you can take a 10 to 15 min drive and be standing with your toes on the white sandy beaches in Panama City Beach. Please note the step up to the bathroom and ONE low bed. Some guests have trouble with these! The futon folds down into a twin size bed. If you have one kid (or two small ones) they may be comfy sleeping here. Let me know and I’ll make it up for you before you arrive. You will not be able to add them to the reservation but just text me! Private entrance to a renovated single car garage apartment in the popular, quiet Cove neighborhood.
