It is located on the 1st floor (with elevator) of a small residence located on the main square of Royan with its many shops. The apartment was fully renovated in the spring of 2024. This ideally located home offers quick access to the zoo, shops, restaurants. Beach 700 m away. This large 28 m2 studio can accommodate up to 4 people. Located in a secure residence with elevator, it is fully furnished, all linens are provided and it has a 5 m2 terrace for breakfast in the sun (facing east). For parking you can count on 5 free parking spaces all located within 150 m and 2 bike rooms in the basement for our cycling friends.

We can leave two bikes at your disposal so we can enjoy our beautiful bike paths that are close to the property. In summer, restaurants, on the right when you exit the gate, Sandaya campsite 100 m away, grocery store, bar and restaurant with ocean view)
