Quiet room (13m2), on the courtyard, in a house (1924) on Royan beach. On the first floor. The other two bedrooms, also on airbnb, have sea views. 160cm bed. There is only the street ( bd GARNIER ) to cross to go to the large beach. Breakfast (very simple, basic coffee milk chocolate tea, brioche bread, butter, jam, orange juice) offered in the sea view veranda (Cordouan lighthouse in the distance). Shared bathroom & WC. Close-by shops and restaurants.

In a private house, large room with landing/mezzanine occupying the entire floor, the whole equipped with 1 single bed of 90 cm and 2 beds of 140 cm (+ baby cot possible) with shower, sink and toilet: 5 people can be accommodated easily (+ 1 baby). Bedding, towels and cleaning are included in the price. Breakfast available upon request. House close to shops and Bellevue High School, 15 minutes' walk to the city center.
