Gîte de Laplagnotte

House in the heart of the vineyards, 2.5 km from the village of Saint-Emilion. Quiet environment. Three bedrooms including two modular (2 x 90 or 1 x 180). A couple with four children or a maximum of three couples can be accommodated. Beds made and towels. Separate bathroom and toilets. Separate and fully equipped kitchen. Cozy Studio Between the Vineyards

In a converted barn on the border between the departments of Charente Maritime and Gironde is our cozy studio. The studio is equipped with all the comforts for two people. There is a double bed, wardrobe, two comfortable seats, a kitchenette with gas stove, dining table and a bathroom with shower. For cold days, there is a fireplace. There is WiFi, and you can park your car with us. And outside is your own terrace with table and chairs for that croissant in the sun!

Beautiful loft-style house 180 m2. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer), dining area, bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet) as well as a relaxation area with fireplace and jacuzzi (4 people max). Upstairs, you will enjoy the Sauna, a first 140 bed with a water + toilet area, a bedroom with a 160 bed and a living room with TV. Outside: terrace, and heated pool (May/Sept) BBQ area.

La Demeure du Château Bournac Gîte

La Demeure du Chateau BOURNAC is located in the heart of the Medoc region between the vineyards and the ocean. This beautiful house promises you an unforgettable stay, it can accommodate up to 10 people, who will fully appreciate the cozy and discreet luxury of the place. The house, housing an outdoor pool of 12 m x 6 m, and the landscaped garden are a call to laziness. In winter, family and friends gather around the living room fireplace.

The house lends itself to relaxation with its pool and "slow life" atmosphere.
