Excellent stay at the villa , the pool and terrace are very pleasant , we enjoyed the charm of this villa which , moreover , lacked nothing . Anthony was quite at our disposal and we had all the useful info for our stay ,and special touches such as small things to eat on arrival and for breakfast. Located between St François and the Pointe des Châteaux, the villa is close to beautiful sites and pretty beaches .

We had a perfect stay at Villa Birdy. It was absolutely beautiful and in a perfect location to explore Grand Terre. It was equipt with everything we could wish for, and we ate in for breakfast and lunch very easily as we hardly wanted to leave! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Very proactive host and very welcoming neighbor. Super beautiful villa with common areas, privacy and all the necessary equipment, even for our baby, we did not lack anything. Possibility to walk to go to beautiful Bois-Jolan beach, but safer to go by car.

Charming property, the concierge was very attentive during this stay. They didn't hesitate to be responsive over the phone whenever we needed it. The amenities on site are of quality (Lighted Pool, Gas BBQ & Charcoal BBQ, Pizza oven...). I highly recommend this property to anyone who would like to rent it in order to have a peaceful stay!

Very nice accommodation! The yard is perfect. The kids loved swimming in the huge pool that's in the sun all day. Everything was perfect! Thank you so much. In addition, we enjoyed the small touches left by the host (lunch essentials, fruit basket, planter etc.) We would recommend the accommodation without hesitation.

A very pleasant stay in this magical and soothing place

Perfect house for a group of 12 people. We were 3 families and it was super nice. The sea view from the terrace is just beautiful.

Great stay! The house is intimate, clean, close to everything! It's a small oasis. Each room has its own toilet and shower, on the other hand, small disappointment with the shower in the bedroom adjacent to the house.. small and the ceramics is very damaged. We had a great holiday in this house, I would recommend it without hesitation! Thanks to Myriam for her availability!

This is a very nice place close to some very nice beaches and close to some restaurants and stores. The house is an excellent place for large families where everybody has its own place though good familiy areas. Stephane was very responsive, helpfull and friendly.

We (2 couples) stayed here in early February 2025 and had a great visit. The villa is outfitted with high-end furnishings and appliances. The beds are extremely comfortable. The pool is only heated by the sun but the temperature was just right. The subdivision entrance is gated so we felt very safe. The property manager, Carmelina, was very responsive and professional, which made a big difference in our stay. We enjoyed the location; we loved being beachfront and we walked to restaurants every day but one. I would definitely recommend this villa to those who appreciate high-end accommodations.

Very beautiful house with beautiful views. We were 9. Too bad the bungalow didn't live up to the house. So some are wronged. Ideal location. Great house for 6-8 people max preferably. The house, garden and pool are perfectly maintained. NB: Be aware of the many power outages seemingly common in the area.

beautiful villa in a quiet residence, 5 minutes drive from the port of St-François,ideal for boat trips. Very good welcome. The company of the iguanas brings a little extra charm. The only flaw is the pool a little small, but it's not very serious given all the beautiful beaches.

Accommodation as described, very quiet location close to Saint François. Splendid house. Good bedding. a very nice swimming pool with a great view. Thank you to Audrey who welcomed us and was responsive to our requests.

The house matches the description in every way. It has all the charm of Gwada life we were hoping for. Living room open to the garden with swimming pool, covered terrace, large well arranged bedrooms with air conditioning. It is located in a lush private environment and close to the beaches. Dominique's welcome is warm, friendly as is her husband Jeff with whom we spent an exceptional day on her small shore boat. If the home is available, don't hesitate to book, you won't be disappointed with your stay!

Awesome place to stay where we'd love to come back!

We had a lovely stay at Nanou's house. A quiet and peaceful place, not overlooked. The pool is very nice as well as the terrace where we had good evenings. A place we recommend and could come back to.

Excellent stay, very nice house located in a quiet area. Car essential but everything is then quickly accessible. Comfortable accommodation, suitable for infants, safety gates (to be installed or not) around the pool (essential criteria for us and not very common it would seem in Guadeloupe). Well-equipped kitchen. Great garden. Large terrace totally sheltered and in the shade, which is very appreciated. Thanks to Géraldine for hosting us and for being available. We would recommend this listing!

Very comfortable, functional, well-equipped and conveniently located home. Élodie who manages the concierge is very accommodating. The welcome gifts were very much appreciated after a late arrival (bottle of rum for ti punch, jams, fruit, coffee...). Ideal for exploring the Grande Terre, or for relaxing around the pool. We'll be happy to go back.

Very good stay at this very nice villa. Friendly and very responsive person on site. The villa is well located with beach accessible by a path and close to St Anne and St François. The only downside is the bedrooms. One of the bedrooms overlooking the pool has openings only closed by roller shutters so it is very exposed to outside noise. Similarly, the 5th bedroom with the 2 double beds opens directly to the living room and is only closed by a fabric wall so rather extra.
