BETWEEN LAND & SEA: new accommodation, close to the sea (walking distance to the beach, 700 m) in a rural environment, surrounded by vineyards and woods on 8 hectares (house adjoining ours, but not overlooked), quiet and relaxation assured! Our accommodation (40 m2) is perfect for a couple or couple with young child (2 years max). It consists of a bedroom and a living room with fitted kitchen, washing machine, sofa, enclosed terrace, not overlooked. I provide linens and towels.

Large beach of Boyardville facing Fort Boyard 800 meters away. You can do anything on foot on Boyardville and visit the island by bike. Bike paths in the immediate vicinity (tip: follow towards La Braies to cross the salt marsh and see the many birds). Private parking, 2 outdoor spaces with plancha and barbecue.

Studio with private entrance adjoining our house (we live there with our 3 children in joy and good humour, it is possible to hear them!) It has an attic room (maximum height 1.90 m, minimum 1.50 m) Watch your head! Queen-size bed (160x200) with new mattress June 2025. Accessible by a miller's ladder type staircase. A fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. You are welcome in our studio to discover Oléron in peace.
